@bt_uk Love your complaints process! You fail to deliver on your commitments. I contact you repeatedly. You offer to raise a complaint, which you do....And then close it again an hour later without actually doing anything or consulting me! Must make you KPI's look great.

For both @SkySports and @btsport to require millions of customers to queue for hours to cancel when there is no sport is corporate chiselling of worst sort. You can buy online - should be able to stop online.

@SkySports @BBCSport @btsport until you stop interviewing celebrities outside etc, ppl won’t take #COVIDー19 seriously. Your interviews shud b via Skype etc. Pls use the tech. Ppl think if a footballer can talk from outside on TV, then it’s not so bad. But it is, is horrendous.

@bt_uk just reported a fault with our broadband to BT and told the fault is 'outside your home' and 'You don't need to do anything' Estimated fix time 6pm 2nd September!! In 7 days!! Sounds like BT aren't doing anything either? Maybe time to look for a new provider...

Not happy with level of service we're receiving from @bt_uk we asked to speak to the operative's supervisor on a call to check on progress. That will take 72 hours. Sorry what ? Surely a telecomms company can contact one another in less than 72 hours !
