@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

BT @bt_uk having cut off the service from my 86 year old father who is vulnerable over an unpaid bill you haven't sent him. You are now waiting 24 hrs to reconnect him, not the best service. My complaint ref number is VOL013-548912298549 if you care to do anything about it.

@bt_uk WiFi down & engineers refusing to enter the house due to tier 4. When asked what to do was told “we will be able to fix it when COVID is over”. Unacceptably poor service at a time when everyone is relying on WiFi. What are you going to do?

@bt_uk disconnected our service, closed our account today for missed payment to then say oops we're sorry we made a mistake but can't restore your Internet for 14 days! Christmas week? A 4g hub arriving from you tomorrow to cover xmas period but would prefer the issue resolved!
