    @BTCare The person claiming to be a BT engineer. I had a similar call two weeks ago. He referred to himself as a BT engineer (not Openreach) and told me there was something wrong with my Hub and I needed a replacement. He put the phone down on me when I asked him too many questions.

    @BTCare don’t really give you much for loyalty, been with them for 4 or 5 years I think, moved house last year and had to sign up for 18 months because i was moving, have to cancel my contract again as moving and they are charging me £124, won’t be back again. #thanks #bt @bt

    @BTCare No, customer service about 40 mins ago. Engineer left at 11am after 3 hours. Said he was escalating it to another team at BT to sort it today by remote access. He knew it was an emergency situation, yet I’ve been left hanging.

    @BTCare Broadband upgraded to superfast on Monday, lost all connection from that day. Engineer came today & wasn’t able to fix it. Said he was referring it to u for remote access. That was 4 1/2 hours ago. Rang BT who said nothing on their system. A 2nd engineer is due tomorrow.

    @BTCare I now have accept terms for BT Plus AGAIN!!!! and I have not had the benefit of BT Plus for weeks the service I signed on for was cancelled NOTWITHSTANDING there being a direction to fix a problem. I still don’t have the service I signed on for and i have to call back next week!
