  @bt_uk I don’t need to call any number I need BT and the people making these stupid decisions to realise they’re putting their customers at risk. The issue is you weren’t able to spot whether it was a scam number or not. So the question is why are BT as a company putting their customers through this?   @bt_uk Hello - what on earth has happened to the MyBT app? It was bad before, it's even worse now!! Can't find anything useful, the most useful page is very dark, as if there's a screen over it. Really not an upgrade... tell I.T. to design something useful. Do they even check it?

  The BT 2 factor Authentication Login is rubbish!! Each Time you receive the Passcode Via Email it fails to login. It only works if you get it sent to your phone!! Asked for Help from Support but they only say Download the BT App, which is unusable and provides zero help @bt_uk

  @bt_uk Phoned to cancel BT TVpackage, had ONE box since 2018. Guy said to send back TWO! I explained I don’t have two, he said I was complicating things and to phone when I get the pack to return them. Your website says it doesn’t need returned as had it since 2018???? Clarify??
