@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

They're probably manic with grumpy people like me, but if it takes them so long to answer the call then they need to employ more peoplr to do so, both to improve customer service & support the staff they have

@bt_uk I can access on my laptop. Just this new iPhone it seems. Will try on my old android shortly. I am sure it worked last week. iPhone updated last week and maybe that messed something up. Anyway thanks for your help.
