@bt_uk cancelled on us twice without notice after we notified you of our moving date. Terrible service for those they consider loyal customers. Will go to Ofcom as service not provided and impossible to contact someone to speak with.

@bt_uk was offered a new broadband upgrade about 4 weeks ago. The order never went through even though I agreed to it. Made a complaint the next day and told I would be called very soon. Still waiting..... I would appreciate a phone call after being a customer for 10 years.

@Fizzbw @bt_uk You might be right there. It makes you so despondent spending X amount of time on phone to customer services & getting nowhere. I had bad probs when I was with BT. They rectified them & compensated me but I’d rather have had no issues in the first place!

@philjordan_1 @bt_uk @skytv You need to contact your service provider. Technically it's not a "bt line" but openreach. Regardless openreach are not customer facing and so issues not to be reported to the company you pay money to. Hope that helps.
