@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk 2nd time in 6 months BT Wifi is down. I have to work from home & this makes it incredibly difficult. Pretty rubbish for a services that’s not only expensive but pretty slow. Just annoyed. I don’t want to go into the office tomorrow!! Help!!!!!

@bt_uk I’m so sad…on 19 Nov an @OpenreachHelp engineer swore at me when he called to access the property to fix my broadband…I have battled depression and anxiety for years and this got me on a bad day…I had a panic attack while trying to explain this to someone @bt_uk

@ofcom isn't @bt_uk meant to make it easy for customers to switch service providers? I've requested a PAC, but instead of providing a code have told me to call or go on their website. No link provided & don't answer calls. Their help page gives a false description of where PAC is
