@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@btbusinesscare Thanks. The lack of help available via telephone from a telephone company is very poor & when you do get through advisors not knowing how to help & pass you to numerous dept is shocking! Eventually after 4 hours on the phone they “promised” service would be back on within 24 hrs

@bt_uk it’s fine to automate your faults service, but if this results in your system constantly calling my house that’s not so fine. No way of actually talking to a person is BAD customer service

@BTCare Yet again my BT landline is not working. This time there's a broken dial tone and I can't make outgoing calls. Yesterday i could make calls but nobody could hear me. Last month for 10 days I couldn't make calls or receive calls. It's just SO frustrating.
