@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk It's just a shame that your customer service department isn't able to use commonsense and escalate to openreach for investigation when there was patently a problem reported

We’re not being threatened by some communist tech firm. Imo you should start packaging any of that Huawei crap from China and start sending it back. @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @bt_uk

@compo99 @btsport Well, they offered to pause subscriptions for those that weren’t using the service which was the right thing to do with no live sport. Now their is, you should be able to watch it if you start up again. Bt pay for the rights on the basis people pay subs

@bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.

@bt_uk First appointment 10/6 phone line not sorted. Supposed to come today to sort it, didn’t turn up. Now being told that first available appointment 28/6. I think that is an unreasonable amount of time to wait, but no one seems to be able to help me when I call.

Ok @bt_uk. So why if I pay a packet for FTTP am I still getting "video paused poor connection" and "unstable internet" messages? You've altered the frequency more than once but all that does is bugger up my wifi discs. No such problem with @Plusnet superfast and it's 1/4 of the £
-
Kingjed
(@Dairyboy_Jed) reported
@bt_uk had your FTTP for 12 months 900 service never had a speed over 450, the downloads on devices like PlayStation 5 etc all down load to what speed tests are telling me. Averaging 150mb - don’t care what’s to my router, your router doesn’t work with your own Speeds, shocking.
