Just left @bt_uk and switched to @virginmedia Best move ever! 50% cheaper and broadband is 60x quicker! Standard and quality of service by @bt_uk was awful, not fit for purpose!

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

@bt_uk BT anaze me , got a. E mail from BT very quick to send there bill , but I have been on BT s back for the last 11 days to fix my internet, and gues what it’s still not working, honestly fed up with them.

So the @bt_uk BT WiFi plot thickens. Reset the password, can login to the app but now can't login directly via captive portal in the browser. What auth are they running over there!?

@btsport predictable useless support on logging in to app from by sport. It’s weird how their systems for taking money always work, their systems from broadcasting sport don’t. Funny that.

@bt_uk Hi, I upgraded to a new YouView box a few months ago and have had lots of problems since - frequent disconnections, programmes freezing when playing, etc. Probably on a daily basis. Please can somebody resolve this? Thanks

@MelanieB237 @bt_uk Our fault was first opened about 6 years ago. Problem was on going way before then. This current problem has been ongoing since the 4th of March. Good luck trying tonget it resolved!

Does anyone know the MINIMUM #broadband speed I’d need to fully support 2x teams video calls & 2x kids watching #Netflix on different devices? Cos that’s my bottom line that would influence me changing broadband provider. We don’t have access to @Bt_uk ‘s full fibre yet
