@bt_uk agreed to @jugglerbry, my queries are not being answered despite being on hold on customer service phone line for 1 hour and get very poor response on cancelling my BT broadband service.
-
Caz ☺🏴 (@caz_08) reported from London, England

JorG (@spanishgeo) reported from Merton, England
@haggerzz @bt_uk @btsport I’m seriously annoyed with #btsport They won’t allow suspension of payments while NO SPORTS are going on. And they don’t make it any easy to cancel the subscription online. This is #abusive behaviour. I’ll call and once cancelled, i’m not returning to them!
-
Dein Moore (@deingerous1) reported from Stratford, England
@bt_uk Of course you should take care of the vulnerable but I’ve had 2 engineers booked to fix out internet throughout last week and the week prior waited on them between 8-1pm both days only to have to be Stuck on the phone for 2 hours to rebook, with no updates from your team at all.
-
Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England
@jugglerbry @bt_uk I was originally charged 33 per month for broadband, now they decided to charge 52/ month without notifying me about the change - they will still leach on my direct debit and despite calling them up to cancel it - they pretend they can’t hear the line and hang up on me! @bt_uk
-
Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England
@chriswalklett @bt_uk I very much agree to you, very poor response from @bt_uk who deliberately ignored my messages
-
Jack Teh (@JackTeh96) reported from Hammersmith, England
@Rossifer @bt_uk @MartinSLewis Seems like @bt_uk only prioritise response to certain twitter accounts with a large following - Guess all of us have to wait till they can actually respond to our queries!! #poor #customerservice despite being a regular @bt_uk service user for the past 3 years...,
-
JorG (@spanishgeo) reported from Merton, England
@SportOnTheBox @btsport @bt_uk @NHSuk Such a joke! They don’t let you suspend your subscription while there is no live sports. And they don’t let you cancel your subscription online. They make you call them, when they have “VERY busy lines”.
-

@bt_uk Intermittent service, even after we've had technicians over. Constant router reboots, usually in the mornings and evening. BT's online tool will show a failure.
-
Dein Moore (@deingerous1) reported from Stratford, England
@BTCare @bt_uk we paying for our service and now MUST rely on you to work! 3 weeks is too long for us not to be able to work properly!

Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England
We’re not being threatened by some communist tech firm. Imo you should start packaging any of that Huawei crap from China and start sending it back. @O2 @EE @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK @bt_uk
-
Colin McFarlane (@colinmcfarlane) reported from Hackney, England
@btsport Can you please follow the lead of @SkySports & simplify the process to ‘pause’ the sport until @ChampionsLeague & @premierleague are up & running again. If the economy can be paused it should be simple enough to pause this service for customers. Pls update on @Twitter 👍🏽

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport How fooking stupid is that yah right me man turtle wankers mate borgish decision making
-
Seminole Native (@SeminoleNative2) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport How can we help?
-
Daniel hopkins🔴⚪ (@Hoppo101) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport But saying that. 3pm blackout should stay in place. If certain clubs with smaller fan base start to struggle and fans think, I'll stay at home and watch in TV, these clubs would go under. #keep3pmblackput
-
PureH (@PureH11) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Basically, half your matches wouldn't be streamed anyway thanks to the 3pm Blackout, which is for all Football in the UK which is to encourage people to actually go to the grounds instead of staying at home and 9 times out of 10 would watch a prem match over the lower league.
-
Aidan Gamble (@Aidan_Gamble) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Is your proposal that the home team keeps all the revenue, in the same way that the home team keeps all the revenue for league games? Have no real issue for overseas streaming if so.
-
Matt (@MattScFc) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport You can’t stream 3pm kick offs in any league, why should you be special? Let’s be honest it’s got nothing to do with helping the league, it wouldn’t help Woking. 500 people illegally watching a stream and not going wouldn’t help the club at all.
-
Trevor Lambert #SaveTheBBC (@TrevorMLambert) reported
@BTCare Back from holiday and broadband off yet again! Known issue?
-
Some Guy (@SimplySomeGuy) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Yeah, growing the product seems like a bad idea, I'm with the league on this one.
-
IKnowSomeoneWhoseDadWasKilledByAnEagle (@BownDiggyRiggy) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Might be a stupid question but wouldn't that defy the incentive to watch the show? Like if we all know the scores to all the games that would act as spoilers to each episode right ? Kinda like skipping to the end of the series or watching a highlights.

Andy Birks (@andybirks_) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Be careful what you wish for. Streaming has definitely impacted (circa 20% less) championship attendances plus incremental spend on food/drinks and club shop due to lower footfall. This was mainly midweek games. Got to protect 3pm Sat blackout for steaming as piracy risk.
