I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @SaxonKate @virginmedia @bt_uk Good luck with leaving bt they are awful. Worst company ever. Plusnet are the best I’ve found. I’m on their unlimited fibre extra broadband at £26.99 a month and they are great.I also got cashback by going through topcashback.

@bt_uk Hi, I have just ran the diagnostics for this and it says the issue won’t be fixed until 3am? It’s been down for 8 hours already, and now a further 4. It’s already affected my working day and now it’s affecting my partners as he probably can’t work tonight now either.

@bt_uk NO INTERNET FOR 9 hours so far. No one can help took out new contract with fibre as you promised great connection usless not fit for purpose so will be terminating this contract as you can’t provide me with internet at all !!!!!

@bt_uk Bt have sent people out to check mine and say it’s fine, still problems so sent a new hub out, made no difference, all mobile devices have trouble streaming and have to switch wifi off and let them stream through 4g.

@bt_uk just upgraded to FFTP and when I speed check I am supposed to get 121MB download speeds but Netflix is buffering. What is going on as I never had this problem with previous supplier with lower speeds.
