Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @bt_uk No thank you.After 15 minutes the operative came back to the line to arrange an engineers appt & when I asked again to speak to manager admitted keeping me on the line because I wouldn’t speak to him. I have now used a separate avenue to arrange a call back to cancel my account

@bt_uk How about instead of taking it offline, you can say why the G66 issue has went from being resolved at 6om, to 11.59pm to not knowing when it will be resolved. Terrible customer service. Good job I'm out of contract soon
