.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. I’m completely stuck. @btbusinesscare can’t even accept my report of a line fault because I’m not named on the account. Both people who are named are out of contact for the foreseeable. Have come home to use Internet here for a bit, but not having it at work is a serious problem.

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk Wireless, exactly the same way it was before I was forced to get a new identical account with the same users doing the same things without issues. My ms goes from the 20s to in the thousands in semi-regular intervals regardless of time of day or other usage.

@bt_uk still having latency issues which I assume you will claim are routine, speeds are fine and as expected but the important thing for a connection is reliability, I'm still getting lag spikes and dropped connections from both online games and voip. Yes, my settings are fine.

Hi @bt_uk a bit of a problem we have chucked away the return sticker that was attached to our new fibre hub to send the old bit box back is is possible you can send another one so we can get it back to you. Cheers.
