@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk Dear bt received a call from India from number 077776862430 claiming to be from @amazon telling me that £39.99 will be deducted from my account for prime, when I asked him to repeat the details they hang up & I've tried to ring back, number not recognised 🤔

@bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

Well @bt_uk have lived up to expectations again today, took the day off but engineer called to say he can't fix our broadband as they have cut off our landline and given it to another property! Been waiting for Fibre order since 29th March still no sign of that! Awful service

@bt_uk absolutely disgusting service. You've now left my 93 year old disabled Grandmother and her disabled son without a phone line for 10 days and no hope of a resolution any time soon they live in an isolated rural area with no mobile signal!
