I move house and seemingly return to dial-up. @virginmedia guy was a man looking for a problem and probably saw a solution getting in the way of an easy day. @bt_uk say 2 weeks to £50 activation even though cables already in and I’m self-installing and it’s only 3-7mb !!!! 😠

.@bt_uk Your customer service is the worst. My elderly parents received a visit from @WeAreOpenreach yesterday to fix their landline, were assured it was fixed and it's not. Furthermore your directors do not even respond to emails. My father needs access to a line now, not Weds.

Whilst this weekend is not an official blackout weekend, the EFL TV deal will probably still include a 3pm blackout, hence you don’t see EFL games televised on Saturdays at 3pm in international breaks. @kirkdawes @bt_uk @bt_uk I have this too. However the BT engineer didn’t test it. When I switch my main router off, I had expected the EE Hybrid connect to kick in. But it doesn’t… it seems it’s only useful in the event of a BT service issue - and not much use for other events such a fusing.

Another company who loves to take money but has poor customer service. @bt_uk Gave my notice on 17th Jan.. 30 days.. due to terminate on 17th Feb. They have just sent me a bill for Feb and March and guess what.. double what I have been paying.

@bt_uk disappointed you've disconnected my 98 year old relative and left her without a phone service until Monday. Because of confusion her bill was paid on Friday. £17! But you'd already disconnected her.Spent too long with logistics to be told it will be Monday. Disgraceful.
