@bt_uk Really sad to see that @DPDgroup_news drivers are not dementia friendly. Quite curt/rude when phoned me to say he couldn't find address(he was next door) Did not allow time for Mum to get her id to receive her new easy to use phone.Just left. #dementia

@bt_uk Hi team. So, no one turned up yesterday in the booked time slot. So what happens now? FTTP was meant to be live on Tuesday. Then yesterday. Such a disappointing start along with all the damage and ancillary issues caused.

@bt_uk I ordered an upgrade to your 900mgb fibre to the home in Jan. Installation supposed to take place Apr 22. Engineer did not show and my existing fibre to the cabinet service including landline disconnected. Currently being told I should get service back May 20. Shocking
