They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

victor martinez (@CoreblimeyVic) reported from Esher, England@bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.
