@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

@bt_uk Guess what; engineer came on Thursday told me it’s the local dslam’s fault and will be fixed until Friday. Still no internet and BT now thinks it’s an issue on my side and booked me an appointment for Wed 28th, so 1 week without internet while WFH. 🙃

@bt_uk @NHS Pity you were not more focused on getting your own product up to standard. My internet speed 0.46 mpbs on a promised 25. Time problem has existed: 3 weeks. Engineers worked on it: 9. Appointments missed with no explanation: 2. Status: not resolved. Client: at wits end.

@bt_uk Hi. We moved house yesterday and booked an paid for an engineer to help with internet setup. The BT engineer did not show up, you’ve told us the internet is working but our hub is flashing purple and we have no internet. Please can you advise further. Thankyou.

Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!
