    @bt_uk Updates? All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. I was told by one operative there were numerous issues in my area

    @bt_uk Hi. Had a problem with the internet a while back. You thought it was the hub so you sent us a new one but turned out to be an incorrectly wired junction box. So now got a brand new hub lying around. Aren’t you going to send a bag so I can send it back?

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk We got a small EE Hub yesterday, it’s working but download speed etc is dire , BT said they are making the fault a priority and it will be fixed by the 28th Feb , I hope it is as I can’t work with the slow speed of the EE Hub , I will be expecting compensation

    @bt_uk called other wk to say I was leaving for virgin, boy asked date of install, didn't have one yet but as it takes 30days to cancel I wanted to sort it, said no 'UP TO' 30 days just call back once you have date an we'll sort it, called today no it takes 30 days? #Stung

    @bt_uk We’ve been on numerous calls and chats with BT and the answer is that it’s not your problem as @DisneyPlusHelp should just ‘know’ which ranges of dynamic IP addresses you use in the UK. Disney say they need a list from BT (tech team to tech team) to update their whitelist.

    Anyone else had problems getting wifi from @bt_uk ? My experience is shocking. Lied to by sales and customer service. Currently waited over month. Now saying several more weeks. Nothing done at all. Would definitely not recommend
