@bt_uk Definately don’t agree. All businesses have had their challenges and have had to respond as they could. Customers have been understanding as should have been. I’ve been waiting five weeks for broadband and still not sorted. Worst customer service ever even after complaint logged.

@bt_uk This is nonsense, my devices try to connect to furthest away disc instead of hub 12inches away or nearer discs, SkyQ constantly disconnecting from network, Ring Doorbell likewise. Poor, unnecessarily over complicated system I have hub and two discs in a bungalow and still rubbish
