@paullewismoney @MartinSLewis Mum charged by @BTCare for BT tv which she’s never had. Have taken over £700 since 2013. Raised complaint but promised call back hasn’t happened. Have chased but still haven’t heard back. Small claims court to pursue money?

@bt_uk was on hold to your billing team for 40 mins got through said to the operator once I did I said “I don’t have a telephone number” and she put the phone down on me! Absolute disgrace! you change a pretty penny for your services and their not up to scratch

@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

Hi @bt_uk, I had an engineer booked next week to install full fibre, and was told today by email that this would be put back by TWO MONTHS. That’s an awful way to treat customers.

@bt_uk How do I rebook my Home Tech Expert? They were supposed to come today, 8-10am but no one came. The call centre operative tried to help but didn’t have much info with her. This is the THIRD time l’m having to schedule the engineer. From a comms POV, this is very poor.

@bt_uk So the nice open reach engineer came and confirmed there’s no BT digital phone equipment which will work in my house. As a vulnerable user on priority service register I need a system that’ll work 24/7 throughout the house even in a powercut. No BT digital phones can be boosted.

@bt_uk Already spoken to someone Anne, your system has had it due for delivery on the 13th October ever since I placed the order. Even if you sent it out today on a next day service with no Royal Mail strike there’s no guarantee it would arrive for an engineer visit between 8am & 1pm.
