  @virginmedia Doesn't help answer my question. The virgin media app restricts a user to just the channels. Whereas on the @btsport app the user can stream all games and switch between the matches.

  @bt_uk As I have said it was not in my name, the person has left the country and I don't have any of the details. We have a box that is technically functional but as of now disconnected. It is technically a 5 second job for you to fix but because of nonsense policy I'm now disconnected

  @bt_uk Twice now i’ve been lied to about my internet and service provided. After catching you out in a lie, your manager Steve gave me a special deal over chat to keep me with BT. This was all done automatically. Now, two months later you are trying to raise my bills.

  @bt_uk 6:05pm it’s not a good one is it BT!!!absolutely no response. Mr Jansen, one should really look into the failings of your company in keeping a health centre without an incoming line now for 3 days of all which trying to help those who phone in or in our case can not currently!.

  @McGuinnesschild @bt_uk My experience of BT so bad I paid to get out of the contract. Pleased they appear to want to help you. In my case I spent almost 4 hours waiting to speak with a person. They try to grind you into giving up. Much as I’m no fan of some company stances I’m now ABBT - anyone but BT.
