    @bt_uk over 3 months of being a new customer and still no proper internet, was suppose to get a call back at 7pm today to try and sort once and for all but nothing, am now once again ringing you back, not good when we are all still suppose to be working from home!

    For a company that prides themselves as Europe’s largest telecoms service provider, @bt_uk have the most lousy customer service team in history! If I go into detail on what I’ve been through!! All because of one master socket install. Which mind you still hasn’t been resolved.

    @bt_uk hi BT we haven’t had reliable internet for days. It’s been cutting in and out a few times a day for weeks and now it’s just gone. The hub cycles between orange and purple lights. Despite complaining, nothing is being done till the 12th. I need reliable WiFi to work. Help??

    @bt_uk let’s discuss selling customers fibre packages... then 2 months later, less than 48 hours before install deciding we are not critical and leaving me with an open ended install date? Selling packages you can’t deliver on is v poor. Especially when home schooling etc

    @bt_uk Hi Rita, we’ve already done that, on the 7th. They detected a fault, and said the estimate fix date is the 12th. That’s an unacceptable timeline, and too long to go without any WiFi.

    Third hour on the phone to @bt_uk still no idea why the installer just failed to turn up, and next appointment not for two weeks. Shockingly bad service.

    @bt_uk @amysverse_ Dear BT. I've had the same issues this week and @virginmedia asked me to contact YOU about this as BT Sport are the programme providers / rights holders. What are we supposed to do here? We completely stuck in the middle and paying for the privilege.

    @bt_uk Bad start to being a new customer, engineer was booked to come yesterday to set up our new broadband, never showed, called this morning and was told it was too dark for him to complete what he needed to do outside, now get told the next available date is 7th April

    @bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

    @bt_uk my elderly grandmother is struggling to contact you. No one replies to emails, picks up the phone or responds to her. She’s been told her contract is going up in price for no reason. It’s causing a lot of stress and I’m trying to help in any way I can... please assist.

    @BTCare hi there. Im visiting my grandparents and being told yet another appalling piece of customer service by your BT. Installed a digital line, internet in Nov. Then your team 10 days ago come and rip the new line out the street. No reason why & no timeline to reconnect. Help!

    @bt_uk Hi, we have no WiFi because the engineer due to install it is delayed til 31st, EE dongle is useless, we were told about a local BT connection we could use but we never got sent the login details, could you dm me?

    I spoke to an engineer in my street who said it is easy to connect - sending barcode and linking to a number. 30 second job. He couldn’t help without the number @BTGroup @bt_uk

    @IamAustinHealey @btsport We agree he kicked it but it actually matters in which direction. Referee and coach/player relations have never been worse. Broadcasters have a responsibility not to further erode that landscape and follow the football path. Implicit or explicit criticism must be correct on law.

    I swapped my Sky fibre and TV over to @bt_uk last week. The hub is terrible. Cutting everything off on Monday and going back to Sky. Worst Internet I've ever experienced
