    Not even a full @bt_uk user yet but already the customer service and the installation part of this company is such a disaster and a missed opportunity to help out this disgruntled person!

    Love it! Just got a message off @bt_uk about now having to wait till July 29! 2 days b4 installation I received a message about today being delayed and now another message reads above...wait a month! Such bad communication!

    It's amazing that between March and May @skytv put my bill up by £12.47 a month without even a notification! Over 14% increase for no change in service at all - odd behaviour considering I am out of contract. Hey there @bt_uk and @VirginMedia_TV

    @bt_uk Have been trying many weekends and weekdays to contact you for issues with my TV. No response. App support is useless as it does not describe the box I have. Issue since box installed last year. No way to have it fixed. Might leave BT as the response rate is zero

    @bt_uk still no internet at W2 .. left with no connection, forced to use my mobile phone data in order to do work .. who’s going to compensate the extra charge I will have to pay to my mobile data provider due to your service being down?

    @girl_tinder @bt_uk I hear stories like yours all the time and BT and very fond of blaming the LA for not letting them work. When they haven’t even served a notice? The only issue here is if BT own the pylon? But if their apparatus is on it they are still responsible for for your lost service?.

    @btsportfootball @btsport Why do you have women pundits talking about men's football? As we've just seen in the euros the men's game is completely different. Men's football is about pace & power - women's is about who has the least terrible defenders/goalie, there's no conviction or power in the shooting.

    @bt_uk Hi, recently I turned off BT Sport contract (I’m a BT customer with log in details etc), tried this morning to buy monthly pass but isn’t happening as was being asked to create details or if I choose login there’s nowhere to buy the monthly pass, pity
