@bt_uk someone from open reach came did lots tests turned out that the fibre optic cable as near to breaking so packet pingback signal was degrading

@bt_uk engineer has been est repair date next tuesday , ive done cabling and seen how fibre optic is made sounds like it maybe a cracked cable as if its a card my connection be down its just slow

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness Still not working apparently the order wasn’t ever made. I have now called and had to go through the security process over 20 times and spent several hours on the phone. I keep getting conflicting messages and strange promises - absolutely appalling.

@bt_uk will most likely have to go into the office during this time which is not ideal as we are all still meant to be staying home as much as possible, surely there is a way open reach can sent someone sooner as an emergency

@bt_uk I'm still getting these calls and your agent Kieran said that this can happen if we don't pay bills but as I'm not account holder BT refuses to help. So I'm loosing my peace because BT refuses to investigate who is calling me and as a customer am also subject to rude response too
