@bt_uk Thanks for reaching out Jordan, but to be honest, after 196 mins on the phone across 2 calls, I’m kind of done. BT is always super busy, it never changes, but they have assured me now that it will be fixed by midnight... which they assured me yesterday too... 🙄

@bt_uk I’ve had issues with my broadband dropping out for over 6 months . Had several engineer visit . Issue still resolved . Conflicting reports . Last engineer said it was the router and said I will receive a new one . 2 weeks later still not received anything. 😔

@bt_uk Thanks for following up. Yes all sorted when I got through. Just frustrating to have to wait for 45 mins and it be the only way to cancel a subscription (but you can upgrade / take a new sub online easy enough)

@LazerSpart @GAMEdigital The best place to sell this is BT by far. Already had 2 major sell outs and every other retailers ruined it for everyone. Bt introduced a code per customer solved all the problems. The que was genuine customers of bt @bt_uk
