I've stressed on no less than ten occasions that I wish to do so. He has tried to sell me other packages and have put me on hold FOUR times. Still no luck! Please urgently advise.

Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

All I know is I went to the GPs after they left and the main road I live off had at least 8 Openreach vans doing repairs. The road my cul-de-sac is off isn’t that long. How do I claim for the data I’m using and also a refund for not getting the broadband service I’m paying for?
