Restarted my router and now have solid orange light. Status page says you are working on the network. Was this planned maintenance? I live in SW16

The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!
