    @bt_uk No , been on the phone with a BT staff, told not much they can do , I have to wait for a rescheduled appointment in 3.5 weeks time ( that can’t be 100% guaranteed) , BT have broken the customer contract, not I. you work in telecommunications deal with this first .

    @bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

    @BTCare @ofcom Can BT explain to me how my mother’s account was closed because someone claimed to be moving into her address. With no access to her acc. Details. She thought letters received were a scam as the letter was such poor quality. So she called and told nothing was wrong

    @bt_uk how about Customer service, left without broadband for over a month after engineer cancelled at the last minute, given next appointment in 3.5 weeks. In 4G blackspot , can’t even use phone as hotspot. Less jumping on bandwagons, more in service.

    Pretty vexed that after two hours talking to @bt_uk we will be without internet and phone for at least another two weeks. They failed to tell us there was a problem with our order, when we made it and we have to reorder again ourselves even though it’s their mistake !!!!!

    @bt_uk Both had trouble hooking up the fibre, and then I got a text saying it might be Weeks before sometime else comes out. And now, I'm told that someone will come out, though time travelling back to yesterday.

    @bt_uk 5 weeks to wait for WiFi to then be told I need an engineer ! I am exasperated at the awful service I’ve received just for doing a home move. If it wasn’t for a £190 get out fee I would leave.

    @Ofcom Please encourage @bt_uk to make it more obvious that once the BT home phone service goes digital as the PSTN is being switched off 999 calls cannot be made in the event of a power cut or broadband failure. On their comms its in the small print.

    @bt_uk The fibre cabinet has a limited quantity of connections, pretty sure that would be maxed out a fair time ago. Fail to explain why my remaining 9 months is substantially higher than if I added TV to the service. Lets be honest it won't go down if I add the service End of contract

    @bt_uk Getting slow full fibre speeds, usually 300MBs down and currently down to 100MBs the past two weeks, not even the guaranteed minimium of 150MBs on an ethernet connected to the router.

    @btsport what's going on with app when using kindle fire, the last two months it is like watching a computer game when watching football. Have done uninstall and installed again but same thing. Works fine on phone but kindle is awful. How do i fix?

    @btsport Don’t you ever answer your phones? You’ve cut us off twice. Moving rapidly towards cancelling the subscription but we have to phone to do that!! If you’re busy hire more staff. Poor customer service is not acceptable.

    @bt_uk I spent 3 hours on online chat last night, issue resolved then it re-appeared 15 mins after closing chat. Last chat it wasn’t resolved but got ‘connection unavailable’ so gave up. 2 hours later received an email telling me you’ve closed my complaint. Why, how?
