BT WiFi is absolutely horrific. After having issues previously we were advised to get a new BT hub. We did so and now the connection is worse than ever. Abysmal @btbusinesscare

@bt_uk I don't need help with a workaround, I've switched to using Google's DNS, as described in the first tweet. You may want to raise an internal ticket though because whoever runs your DNS servers has a problem to fix.

@bt_uk @HarryCobeans a warning if you are going to sign up to btbroadband - they will sign you up for 2 years - and when you need to cancel for life reasons, like leaving the country or moving to somewhere - they pretty much charge you the remainder of the contract! in my case £650!

@bt_uk Just checked and showing no issues in my area but the Internet box randomly turns off on it's own earlier in the morning clearly there's a problem in my area if the Internet keeps dropping and by looking at other people tweets they having the same issues

@bt_uk How can I get a log of my internet connection directly from you to assist me with my complaint for intermittent and TLOSS on my BB since 24.08.21 I have been billed for the full amount despite being told I won’t be charged. No one calls us back when they’ve promised to.
