    @BTCare The person claiming to be a BT engineer. I had a similar call two weeks ago. He referred to himself as a BT engineer (not Openreach) and told me there was something wrong with my Hub and I needed a replacement. He put the phone down on me when I asked him too many questions.

    @BTCare No, customer service about 40 mins ago. Engineer left at 11am after 3 hours. Said he was escalating it to another team at BT to sort it today by remote access. He knew it was an emergency situation, yet I’ve been left hanging.

    @BTCare Broadband upgraded to superfast on Monday, lost all connection from that day. Engineer came today & wasn’t able to fix it. Said he was referring it to u for remote access. That was 4 1/2 hours ago. Rang BT who said nothing on their system. A 2nd engineer is due tomorrow.

    .@BTCare spoken to two different advisors. One said my broadband should be working now (it isn’t), the other said it won’t be working until Sept 22 which means I’ll be without broadband for five days. I was originally told 24 hours. Advisors clearly make things up. Shitty service
