  @bt_uk I was supposed to receive a call back about my complaint. I was supposed to receive a call back from an operator about my WiFi and I’ve had neither. I’ve spent 3 hours this past week on the phone for no outcome. Could you request I have a call back please?

  @bt_uk you cut customer services , phones Broadband and no one can advise after 4 days what services will be reinstated. After 30+ years of loyalty your staff advise us to leave as they cannot be bothered to take the pressure and answer questions on shocking service @bt_uk .

  @bt_uk @BTCare just seen from my fathers bank accounts that he’s been paying £65 per month for phone (never used) &broadband (used) for over 6 years. He’s on end of life care. What a shockingly corrupt practice this is from BT to leave this account without intervention.
