    @bt_uk OK now frurious! Customer service promise to sort out - put on HOLD forever then put through to wrong team who put me back through to Openreach who say you need to contact BT!!!

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

    @JaneTown23 @bt_uk Oh no wait for it now … I can upgrade to a higher fibre, pay more money (on top of the money I’ve been paying while not getting a full service 👀) & they will then guarantee it reaches the 3rd floor … I don’t live in a mansion so what does that say about @bt_uk fibre broadband?

    @bt_uk So I have to disable the service to receive international calls, why is it that it does not recognise them? My mobile does & that is also on your network!

    @btbusinesscare getting very frustrated with your network tonight. Have lots of surveys to complete on line and the connection keeps dropping. The EE dongle we pay for to keep us always connected is about as useful as an ashtray on a motorbike!!

    So I rang @BTCare to cancel my contract within my 14 day cooling off period - was told a manager would do it today and I’d get an email — looks like it hasn’t happened — I’ll be raging if I ring tomorrow to say there’s no notes and I’m stuck
