@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

So #ultrafast broadband now available. Was going to order from @bt_uk at £54.99/month. We're with them currently and they've been ok. But NO ! Those packages are only for NEW customers. An existing customer is now sufficiently incentivised to look elsewhere. Well done #BT !

@bt_uk I have had issues with my BT Smart hub for over a month now. We have had 4 engineers come out and the issue has not been fixed. I feel I have been provided an unsatisfactory service. How can this be rectified and if it can’t I’ll have to change providers.
