@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk my main broadband hub has been down for 10 days, poor support and shocking turnaround times. Nothing but disappointment after leaving virgin for another low quality provider. 100% uptime is a myth but they’re allowed to advertise it.

@PaIveer @bt_uk Bt have been sgocking with my 79 year old dad. He has been without a phone line for 1 week. Have now been advised it will be resolved on 9th feb. They did not even e mail him to confirn there is a problem as i asked them to do. Awful, awful, awful

@bt_uk Yes I am over six months of speed issues and broadband dropping out over reported it so many times to the point of it being ridiculous the issue is between my home and exchange as that is where your engineers are occasionally work it’s a joke and not getting the use I should

@bt_uk can send me a dongle so I can get 4g service while they investigate but they won’t unless I upgrade to a more expensive package and longer contract. Tell me @bt_uk why should I pay more for a service you are currently failing to provide (since October)
