@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk OK now frurious! Customer service promise to sort out - put on HOLD forever then put through to wrong team who put me back through to Openreach who say you need to contact BT!!!

@bt_uk Nicola it was installed and activated yesterday when the engineer was here ! It was working fine for the first 4 hours the. The los light went red. Called into customer services yesterday and they said they need to arrange an appointment for this morning.

CANCEL our CONTRACT now if you are to incompetent to fix the issue. @bt_uk has our address so we just go there!!! Do something cause we will stop paying the good damn bills for this ****.

@bt_uk When you install a new customers router in the wrong place (other end of the house on the floor by the back door) and they can’t connect any of their network devices by Ethernet to the router do you think ‘buy a long Ethernet cable’ is adequate advice ?

Currently waiting for @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk engineer this after my brand new fttp set up (cable, box on the wall etc) failing after only being installed 4 hours yesterday ! Poor show
