@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Anytime I use the iOS app. Been a few weeks now and have to stop and start the app again which during live sport is a pain but obviously it’s a known issue going by others on here.

@bt_uk Staying in a lovely Holiday Let in #Portreath #Cornwall , shame the only thing spoiling it is the horrendously and extremely intermittent BT Broadband, it’s actually off more than its on. I guess it’s a good reminder to never use BT #broadband at home……ever! 😤

@bt_uk Yes, they just say not available I've filled in forms, drummed up business from desperate neighbours, contacted my mp twice, the lot, we are being overcharged for a primitive service I'm afraid.

@BTCare please help, elderly friends are having trouble accessing their online phone account, it’s in the husbands name but he has Dementia and can’t speak on the phone to sort, they are getting very stressed with trying to sort with your phone team as all they (1/2)
