    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @bt_uk Locked out of my email, 3 days later and numerous online chats and phone calls, still not resoled......BT worst customer service ever!!

    @bt_uk OK now frurious! Customer service promise to sort out - put on HOLD forever then put through to wrong team who put me back through to Openreach who say you need to contact BT!!!

    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @BTCare @bt_uk just to let you know automated call received pretending to be BT and threat to cut service.. cant navigate your website to report anything but sure you could check where call came from and stop it!!!

    @btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

    my internet went down on the 17th and @bt_uk can't send anyone out to fix it until the 29th "at the earliest". got nothing to do with social distancing etc either because the problem is with the cabinet down the road. and we still have to pay the full £60 for the month :-)

    My 12 year old son is trying so hard to do online school, but he has missed 2 classes today because @bt_uk have still not fixed our internet. They have had since October to sort it out, but still it goes down countless times a day.

    @bt_uk No we’ve had to cancel because apparently Open Reach are now charging . Open reach want us to pay for 3 poles and 700 metres of cable 😳😳😳

    Not a good start to life as a @bt_uk customer, fibre installed incorrectly last Tuesday so still no Internet and little information on when it will be fixed. Landline due to be installed today, engineer due by 1 o'clock and not arrived as of yet. Waste of 2 days annual leave.

    @bt_uk Hi, thanks for getting back in touch. They are with @SkyUK however the only contact to them is by phone and we were charged £30+ for a 14 min phone call last Friday and still waiting for a solution. Scandalous!

    @bt_uk I’ve just had Elaine on the phone who is dealing with my complaint. In her defence she has been lovely. My issue lies with the service I have signed up for - I have a BT plug in my home, what is causing the delay? No one seems to be able to tell me????
