@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk 3rd time in 3 weeks my broadband has gone down, and I’m paying for BT Sports for Liverpool games that I’m unable to watch because of it. All I get is ‘there’s a fault outside your house’ and then 4/5 days for an engineer to supposedly turn up (never seen one)

@bt_uk Hi, I upgraded to a bundle that includes Netflix last week, however I haven’t received an email to link my existing Netflix account to BT, and there’s no link to do it in the TV & Sport section in my account. Please help as this is why I re-contracted in the first place.
