  • haydonbeagley Haydon Beagley (@haydonbeagley) reported from Plymouth, England

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

  • rachelmlay Rachel Crute (@rachelmlay) reported from Saltash, England

@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

  • Lucyk1091 Lucy k (@Lucyk1091) reported from Plymouth, England

    @bt_uk your internet is shit.

  • Odonata22 Dave Allan (@Odonata22) reported from Torpoint, England

@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

  • MikeyJNoble Mike Noble (@MikeyJNoble) reported from Plymouth, England

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

  • gwelmor Gwelmor Holiday Home, Widemouth Bay (@gwelmor) reported from Plymouth, England

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

  • mikemartin46 mike martin-PAFC (@mikemartin46) reported from Plymouth, England

@alanm8412 @btsport Exactly mate...phone up to cancel it, you never know they may make you an offer on reducing the price, I didn’t get that tho,😂😂

  • chris_de_souza Chris de Souza (@chris_de_souza) reported

@bt_uk @MarcAllera #philipjansen encouraged to move from BT mobile to EE. What a disaster - 2 accounts were set-up! One in error & clearly for commision based purposes. Now receiving threating letters about debt collection agencies & getting a default. Can someone please help?

  • CatrionaRuadh Catrìona Ruadh (@CatrionaRuadh) reported

Hey @bt_uk are you paying for the replacement of the wires you cut between my phone line based house alarm and the outside world? An alarm that was fully working now not unless we ‘upgrade’ to your fibre network.

  • ManoAgia Mano Agiakatsikas (@ManoAgia) reported

@bt_uk Been waiting for over 4 weeks for my line to be installed. Just been told that I need to wait another 3 weeks for my next update and there is nothing that BT will do to help - a mini hub is not an acceptable solution. How about an EE 5GEE Router in the mean time?

  • IanHCooper Ian Cooper (he/him) 🇺🇦🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️ (@IanHCooper) reported

@bt_uk Sorry, didn’t mean to suggest further problems. It arrived about 60 mins before leaving the old house, so I’m all set. Thanks for all your help. Will be connecting it at new property shortly

  • iymvolatile Iymvolatile (@iymvolatile) reported

@bt_uk Been en route since last Thursday apparently, they sent me another one out yesterday which still hasn’t made it past the main depot, I appreciate Royal Mail are having difficulties but surely you can send me one on another postal service

  • AshleyWhiteford Ashley Whiteford (@AshleyWhiteford) reported

@bt_uk hoping someone can help. Upgraded my broadband from fibre 2 to fibre halo 3. Service was activated on October 6th, should I have received a new hub?

  • moomooland25 minkymankymoo 💙 (@moomooland25) reported

@bt_uk I’m confused. I’ve booked an engineer for Friday…but 5 hours later, have been sent a msg from BT on the same text thread indicating I should upgrade to your ‘complete wifi’. Hope you’re not trying to force me to spend more money by disconnecting my current service…

  • AshleyWhiteford Ashley Whiteford (@AshleyWhiteford) reported

@bt_uk Aw no problem. I was confused as the confirmation email stated my equipment would be delivered within a couple of days of activation. I understand it’s probably a standard email. Thanks anyway

  • basnettj Baz (@basnettj) reported

@bt_uk you are a shim sham of shame. I waited from 8 am until 1 pm. And you never came.

  • ManoAgia Mano Agiakatsikas (@ManoAgia) reported

@bt_uk I just get told that OpenReach has delays and there's nothing BT can do about it. Problem is, I can't wait 2+ months for a line to be connected. I work from home. Virgin and Community Fibre are available in the area so I might need to swap if I can't get get connected with BT.
