    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    Not a happy boy my @bt_uk broadband is down and wont be fixed to next week will have to go and buy a freeview box I guess especially with this sporting weekend

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk We can't go around in circles again "make a complaint to BT" "Wait 3 days for a call from BT" @bt_uk "Openreach don't have any excuse" "An engineer will come next week" - engineer doesn't show up and then around and around in circles FOREVER. We need internet to work from home!

    @bt_uk Just called after waiting for 30 minutes. Nobody knows what the problem is but it won’t be fixed for another 24 hours. Says it is planned maintenance but nobody was told anything. Shambles.

    @bt_uk Good evening. If I've been migrated to Digital Voice can I not use the copper line from now on whatsoever? Ive just got a new landline phone after not having one for a long time and it doesn't work. Should that be expected?

    @bt_uk The app. But dialing 1572 says it cannot connect to the service. Not had a phone plugged in for months so not sure when it stopped working

    @bt_uk I used the trouble shooter on each & every occasion it happened which fixes the problem but the same problem persisted over a period of time. A few days ago it it happened again. At that point we made our decision to move. Perhaps in the future ill consider BT again. Thank you.

    @bt_uk engineer came to setup broadband. Couldn’t do it. BT solution was to cancel my order. Order couldn’t be cancelled by system - has been raised to DI team for manual cancel, told can take 5 days. Only then can re-process order. What is escalation process?
