@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk It’ll not be paid I can tell you that much. I did keep the proof but as this was weeks ago and I hadn’t heard anything I thought all was fine. Terrible way to treat an ex customer. Not a chance I’ll be going back. @skytv at least treat you better.

@SkyHelpTeam Do we get a reduced bill for the upcoming month given that we're unable to utilise the service and you haven't provided us with a way to connect to the internet? @bt_uk offer a backup service should their customers have a disruption. I assume you don't...
