    Not a happy boy my @bt_uk broadband is down and wont be fixed to next week will have to go and buy a freeview box I guess especially with this sporting weekend

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

As I replied - The business billing team don’t answer calls, don’t resolve the issues no one takes responsibility

    Beware of switching Internet/phone providers at the moment. Major issues and backlogs with @bt_uk + @BTSopenreach. A 79 yr old customer has been left with no phone line, internet or TV for nearly 3 months as they switched from @skytv .Particularly bad in South Armagh/Newry area

    @VOD_Alex_ @bt_uk They live in a mobile deadzone,move rooms,you lose signal,so wifi,3/4g essential.Been having problems still 4 months later,engineer came they were running off a neighbours line,all the time,he had to go to a junction box up the road and reroute everything.

    @bt_uk whilst the broadband was down earlier, I tried to listen to a recorded message on who to ring via mobile. But the number was read out way too fast and I could not hear it. I am partially deaf and found it impossible to understand. Plus slow down reading numbers down. #deaf
