    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    .@bt_uk @DPD_UK @OpenreachHelp - BT responded to say they cld do nothing. We still haven't a 4Gminihub & no information abt what's happening. DPD have promised delivery time & again & now say there's an issue with the 'scan on the parcel' & we aren't allowed to collect it .. 1/2

    @bt_uk Laura thanks not to worry. Complaint raised. BT were told to cancel call messenger in August. I've the call recorded. Nearly December & they are still charging it. Have been refunded, entitled to it. Given excuse employee has left. Not acceptable.

    @bt_uk I beg to differ ... It's a BT failure that the minihub hasn't been delivered. There's a serious flaw in the thinking that it's our issue to chase DPD. Also 'comms' - what's happening about restoration of service for us and several neighbours?

    @bt_uk Hi. I changed the password twice and it doesn’t work still. How can you help me gain access to the app? I want the app so I can auto connect to the BT WiFi rather than having to manually type in my details constantly. Disappointed with this

    Thank you @bt_uk for allowing me to spend 1 hour 20 minutes on the phone to 4 people trying to fix your mistake. Of course it would not have been so long if I had listened to the first person who provided me with (deliberate?) misinformation to discourage me from continuing.

    Update, 5.5 hrs later, @bt_uk person turns up, bemused that we actually didn't leave a cable lying across the round in the dark, says we need to ring tomorrow to get it fixed. Err, no. We've rung. Now you fix it.

    @bt_uk can you tell me why your company and BT open reach don’t train your staff? Lie? Don’t fulfil contracts? Are lazy? And have the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with? 13 year olds have better customer service than you!
