@bt_uk I've been speaking to your online chat team for 2 and a half hours, been transferred 7 times to 3 different departments, spoken to a supervisor and a manager, and STILL DO NOT HAVE AN ANSWER. Are your team really that bad? This service is a JOKE.

@bt_uk I mean no offence but a lot of people generally don't know what their doing and are setting their upload stream to be much higher than their isp/line can support. I'm intentionally locking it to 3 and it's cuttting out. It's something to do with BT In my opinion.
