Jo Agnew 💙 🏳️🌈 🏳️⚧️ (@TavyJo) reported from Tavistock, EnglandHow crap is @bt_uk My recently bereaved elderly mum has been messed around since 12/12/22 trying to get @btsport cancelled & broadband changed to fibre. Now she's been disconnected & lost her lifeline with the outside world. So tomorrow we try again. 4th time lucky? I hope so.

Rachel Crute (@rachelmlay) reported from Saltash, England@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

Jamie Nicholson Photography/Hair (@jpnhairstylist) reported from Plympton, England@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

Caroline (@snowlingc) reported@bt_uk Your missing the point, your engineer installed full fibre today but it is still not working after 7 hours of flashing pink
-
Paul stagg (@Staggly) reported@bt_uk @M300bt3 i’ve had multiple calls and they just say we are trying to fix it - they don’t care - it’s breach of contract surely and they need to compensate us
-
Ann Beck (@ann_beck) reported@BTCare been told there is no possible resolution to a system error in YOUR company so I either pay nearly double what you quoted or leave. CEO must be proud. Customer care at its worst #donotbuy #Complaints #BTscams
-
Gizmo (@Gizmo83508413) reported@bt_uk Done that already. I might be going mad here. It's your sodding website. It shouldn't be down to me to chase a fix ETA on a fundamental problem you have. This should be information on the website and with you, surely?

Graeme Davis (@GraemeDavis) reported@bt_uk Thanks for this @bt_uk - i did manage to speak to a BT *human being* and the problem is outside my home, BUT the process has triggered BT to book a fourth appointment to connect me to fibre. I’ve had three engineers who say it is impossible - Grade 2 listed house in a conservation area; cables would need multiple way leaves, no practical cable access to my house which is permitted by Grade 2, difficulty of routing inflexible cables once inside. I’ve accepted this, fibre cannot be installed to my home. How do I cancel the engineer and not rebook the engineer appointment which has been set up? There appears to be a lock on the system where it can only be rebooked even by BT; cancellation is absolutely impossible. Should I try a letter? Any phone process doesn’t work as operatives are not authorised to cancel but can only rebook.

Alexandra O'Byrne (@AlexaOByrne) reported@simboman @stokeygurl @bt_uk Could not agree more! During my many calls with BT I’ve been told this is affecting tens of thousands of customer accounts. Waiting for my paper bill for which BT “kindly waived the £3 fee”. Luckily, I’m “out of contract” and hence able to move to another provider.
-
@sharpy74 (@sharpy741) reported@martinintune @bt_uk Do you have any local alternative? I’m baffled why people pay BT for poor service at inflated prices. There are so many new Fibre providers now offering a better service at much lower prices. The days of BT’s monopoly and ridiculous Line Rental charges are thankfully, over.

🤓 Julie 🤓 (@JulieNobbs) reported@bt_uk Help! We’ve had a lightening strike n our router has gone off n will not switch back on. We’ve rang the help line 3 times n it keeps finishing the call without giving us the option to speak to someone even though their check assumes there’s nothing wrong. Advice please!

emze (@KerZE87) reported@bt_uk your service in the Deal area has been absolutely appalling the last few days. If my wifi goes down again I’d like money off my next bill if not all of it. Why am I paying £83 a month for a shoddy connection?

Emma (@88ejackson88) reported@bt_uk So the text bot didnt help, I cannot access the Web page, and I cannot use my landlines to call as its also currently out of use.
