    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    @virginmedia It's a joke. unreliable, lack of communication when issues are ongoing, and costing me money, @bt_uk what deals have you got and whats the turn around if I cancel my broadband with Virgin.

    @bt_uk OK all working again. Thanks for the reply but tbh it's not a reliable service atm. All locations of the disc's in a 3 bed semi are deemed poor. The idea is to have the disc's in different rooms to extend the range. The signal drops out regularly. 😕

    @bt_uk It also means there's some services, like the one in question here, where because of my learning difficulties I forgot to update the email address... and since you discontinued the service, I have no way to access them any more. This is a 9 year old game account that I've lost.

    As expecting a call back yesterday at 6.30pm. I called myself at 6.45 and I was told it call take up to 2 hours after them asking the customer what time is best for a call back. I'm still waiting at 5am this morning @bt_uk. Don't tell me to DM for yous to ignore it anyways

    @bt_uk I’ve had an open BT broadband order with you for +5 months now while we’ve awaited (with no real support) for Openreach to complete some infrastructure work. They finally did so today but for some unknown reason you cancelled my order today.

    @bt_uk I have never experienced anything like it.. I’ve been on now for 45mins asking for the disconnection team.. keep getting the same man who is now just huffing at me and putting me back on hold.. terrible customer service..
