@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk No confidence in your customer service: dead line and broadband for 2 days. 3 different future fix dates cited by call centre, app and fault email (last of which has a “track” option that says I have no fault!). Hopeless. App each day says fault will be fixed today. Help!

@bt_uk Yes please. I’m not going to die in a ditch about it I just find it odd to read that if the leccy goes off I will have to use a mobile to make calls. What’s the point of that? I didn’t ask for the service to be changed.

@bt_uk is anybody else's broadband download speed fluctuating badly today? Mine is going from around 35mbs down to under 1mbs constantly? Super annoying to download something that would normally only take a few hours and so far its taken 6 and still going.

@bt_uk I’ve been told I’m being switched over to it but I can’t see the point of it. The whole point of a backup service is that it works when the power is off. Don’t really know about phone lines. I’ve had your broadband installed.
