Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

Thanks a lot @bt_uk waited all afternoon for one of your engineers who didn't show, then spent 30 minutes on your phone line getting nowhere. Will now have no broadband tomorrow as my current contract with Virgin is set to end. Worst service ever. @OmbudServices @Ofcom

@virginmedia I am sick to death of the poor Wi-Fi in my house! I've upgraded thinking that will stop the drop outs. We've had an engineer out and the Wi-Fi was up to standard for a week now back to black spots and loss of signal. Get me back to @bt_uk

@bt_uk My mother who is a customer and moving tomorrow has been asked to call BT with regards to new address setup. However, been on hold for over 30mins, which is not helpful when trying to sort out for a house move. Any chance someone will answer?

@bt_uk When are you releasing software update to resolve 2.4gh and 5gh conflict issues. ? Had new WholeHome for few weeks inc x2 discs and have to reset system EVERY DAY. Package is not fit for purpose. Read in net common issue and needs update ?
