    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    @bt_uk Why is the price for new customers for Full Fibre 100 Halo 1 £39.99, but if you are an existing customer for many years, our loyalty counts for nothing as it costs us £42.99? Over a 24 month contract, that's an additional £72!!!

    Hi @SkyHelpTeam I need an internet service. I tried to switch to @bt_uk on a fibre promise, but now they can’t even offer basic broadband. I don’t know what they’ve done to the line. How quickly can you get me back to a Sky service? I still have all the Sky equipment set up here.

    @bt_uk History of Terrible BT internet: 1/2 Speed stable ~38Mbps until July 2020 Speed slowly drops Speed down to ~8Mbps by August 2020 01/09/20 - Engineer Visit; new Hub and line check. Back to ~33Mbps Speed down to ~18Mbps by early November 2020

    @bt_uk I upgraded my plan this morning and now my phone is showing as no service I can’t make even make a call. I need this fixed immediately. It’s been showing as no service for over an hour
