@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk Yep. Carried out all the checks. (I'm used to carrying these out every few weeks). Disconnected everything and tried reconnecting after a while. Still not working. I have seen many others with similar problems. Definitely not a problem within the house. Touched nothing.

@bt_uk For over a year, I been suffering with poor broadband issues. Im paying £40 every month for absolute poor bandwidth (10mbps). Its a struggle for even one person to use the Internet in the household. And now we cannot access the Internet for the past 5 hours! Extortion.

@bt_uk so we moved house over 3 weeks ago and arranged to move our broadband over with yourselves. Here we are 3 weeks later no internet even though we’ve had multiple dates of when it will work! Now we’ve had an email saying our mini hub will be disconnected soon. Please help!!

My partner's parents' landline has been down since yesterday. They're old, vulnerable and not mobile phone savvy. Estimate for a fix from @bt_uk? 21st May! Ridiculous.
