@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

I don’t know if there’s awards for terrible customer service but I’d like to nominate @BTCare and @WeAreOpenreach told 4 hours to get our internet back online…6 days ago. Not so much as a courtesy call let alone an answer for what’s wrong or why it’s taking so long

If anyone’s having issues with #BTmail on Apple or other email clients, check if you’ve set up 2FA in BT. I think it’s stopping 3P clients from working correctly. The guy I spoke to from @bt_uk yesterday told me it wouldn’t but, the proof of the pudding… Views?

@bt_uk He was but the issue is outside my home. I was told that another engineer will be send on Wednesday. That’s 5 days for what seems to be a simple issue. I see BT vans outside my house all the time (including this morning). I was told that I can pay more to have back up. Ridiculous

@bt_uk Internet connection keeps dropping intermittently plus a landlines problem. Nothing showing as an issue in area. Trued online diagnostics and it just kept asking the same questions. Can you help please?
