    How crap is @bt_uk My recently bereaved elderly mum has been messed around since 12/12/22 trying to get @btsport cancelled & broadband changed to fibre. Now she's been disconnected & lost her lifeline with the outside world. So tomorrow we try again. 4th time lucky? I hope so.

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them ยฃ109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for ยฃ307, after an argument settled on ยฃ217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for ยฃ217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    @bt_uk Hi, I have just signed in to the BT account and the last bill says (Final bill). Next to the BT account No it says (Inactive). I was in credit and this was sent to my bank account. So I'm guessing its ok to cancel.

    Who else is having issues with BT Broadband after moving? ๐Ÿ˜ก Been waiting 28+ days for service and just spent 2 hours on the phone with no resolution. Broken promises, poor communication, and still no connection. Completely unacceptable. @BT_UK #BroadbandFail #CustomerService

    @bt_uk I wouldn't be leaving if you had sorted my tech issues over the last 2 years. I find it very coincidental that I am switching and I have my problems turned up to 11! And my cancellation fee is MORE than I was quoted the day I was looking at leaving!
