Laurence (@EllisWebb86) reported@bt_uk is there an issue with mobile reception in the Cheltenham area? Signal is very iffy, even when using WiFi calling. I wish the BT Mobile app was still active, reporting the fault was so much easier then (i.e. it was possible to report a fault)
