@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@ThomasDuecke just thought you should know that I’m experiencing appalling customer service from @bt_uk and despite almost 10 hours complaining, am still no further forward. Can you please help as I’m at my wits end?

@bt_uk I've tried several times to have the issue assessed but it never progresses anywhere after the initial tests because BT always claims there's no fault when there obviously is.

@pingumaster72 @bt_uk @BTGroup I had the same issue for months, could not get through so asked them to contact me, they refused so I cancelled the Direct Debit and now they hound me with Debt Collection hounds and destroy my credit rating, shocking organisation

@btsport How much are tickets going to cost if few so fans are in the stadium? Clubs will lose profit anyway. Feel for Northern England, especially clubs in lower leagues. #Awful

@bt_uk Nope still not working. There’s a fb page for where I live and there are a ton of people saying the same but they’re with all different providers
