    @btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

    @bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

    As soon as my contact is up with @bt_uk I'm going straight over to @virginmedia the worst thing I ever did was go with @bt_uk wouldn't it be nice to have a full 24 hours where the broadband is what I've paid for?

    @btbusinesscare Can you fix your crummy service please, the speed is never constant and the internet cuts out too frequently and I only signed up 3 months ago. In addition the signal strength from the hub is not good and Vodafone’s old hub that i had 5 years ago was better

    @bt_uk How to raise a complaint about an issue that's left people without internet for 8 days running? It's a complaint about how poorly the complain has been dealt with and an escalation been refused by an adviser.

    @andysc @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp Since they are eventually (I hope) going to need to come out to fix it - why not just ask you where you are and come and fix it. How hard can it be (very it seems).

    @bt_uk Unbelievable time Nick Lane needs 2 earn his full salary what a state to be in that ID number should provide my details - I have spent 5+ hours chasing after BT today No more this is like the Chinese water treatment drip drip drip - Excellent Service is the pits 4 me Sorry

    @bt_uk No faults listed. No internet connection. Every colour under the rainbow, both still and flashing. The only colour missing is a blue solid one. (Mainly flashing purple and then orange). Prices went up, service went down. Zero surprises there.

    @bt_uk I called again today to reopen/relodge a complaint but was told I can't, as an engineer has already been booked for Monday against a new fault ref.
