Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport They just ripped me off for £217 as claimed I did not cancel my contract which I did, so had no choice but to pay up or face a debt collector

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

@bt_uk Would help if you upgraded our copper wires to fibre, but we are still trying to home educate 3 kids on 2-4Mbs (if we are lucky). Apparently our rural community is not important.

@bt_uk We’ve had the same router for many years, when we ‘upgraded’ we were told we’d get a new hub, never arrived called multiple times and told it would be delivered, never arrived. We were told we’d get a faster download speed but the last month it’s getting slower and slower.

@bt_uk hey, can I have some help please? I got an email the other day saying my 24 month contract was nearly up after only 12 months... and ever since my Internet has been awful. Keeps dropping out, trouble on all devices. Would like someone to look into it please.

@bt_uk Complaint Ref: VOL013-564100345094 Spoke to Michael tonight for 12 minute for which he continued the company line from ******** Telecom to talk utter ******** and as a result he has took it on himself to close the complaint despite not being resolved

@bt_uk There’s no point calling up though as your staff are either rude or just fob you off with the same old, ‘I’ll fix that now for you, sorry for your inconvenience’ but then it’s never fixed. We are paying almost £50 a month for an internet which doesn’t even reach half the house
