@btsport Furious as tried ringing BT & put on hold for 1/2 hr twice & then they drop my call🤬You can’t text or email them. You can’t use the App to cancel! Had enough of their appalling service. Still charging for a service they can’t provide

@bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

@bt_uk Hopefully, but we have had to reapply for the line, cancel the direct debit (to prevent being charged for a new line) all after numerous calls to let you know it was the wrong house !

@JOOPERS2014 @btsportfootball @btsport they said I owed them £109 on 4th of September then I said got a bill for £307, after an argument settled on £217, total thieving gits what they can get away with I never even got any football for that

Credit where credit’s due, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service from @WeAreOpenreach and @bt_uk after our WiFi crashed. Not an easy job locating the source but they’ve stuck at it and solved it - with only a little inconvenience to our current guests. Thank you

@bt_uk I do hope so. Today's was meant to do just that. Given it's 2020, could I suggest the engineer texts when they're due on site? When I called at 13:40 ish to enquire where my 8am to 1pm engineer was, was told he had visited and resolved the problem.

I've had consistent issues with @bt_uk over the last 6 months. Constant cutting off, slow speeds etc. All they do is send engineer after engineer who says everything looks fine. Property in the middle of London but no fiber optic!!? They're now charging abysmal cancellation fees.

@bt_uk I have been trying for weeks to get my Mum reconnected in her new care home. The service we have received is disgraceful. Waiting for hours trying to get to speak to an advisor, when you do eventually get through they fail to deliver on their promise. Still no call back!!

@Nath_______ @BTCare @EE I’ve got 4G calling switched off, not really made much difference to the calls. Tried switching 4G data and onto 3G but the signal doesn’t improve... I’ll leave it with them. I need a lie down after BT
