    @BTGroup @OpenreachHelp @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk - Passed from pillar to post between you and Sky on my Internet issue and still no resolution - just keep being told 1-5 or 3-5 days - Awful service throughout in this day and age. This just needs an engineer in the exchange! No TV

    @bt_uk / @BTCare odd one I’ve been facing since I took out BT TV is the sound levels from my YouView box are super quite. Change over to my TVs built-in Freeview or my AppleTV and I’ll be needing to turn down the TV. Tried different TVs/SoundBars/Cables.

    @bt_uk Thanks Rita. I have now managed to speak to someone at BT who has identified an outside fault. The problem is though that I CANNOT text my landline number - issues with the way my very basic mobile works.

    @bt_uk hi BT I am due to change over to from Sky to BT on the 3rd of Feb. When will you ship my new router ? I can’t seem to get an answer from your help desk. I know that I have 4 working days until go live, but can you share any light on when you ship routers etc

    @btsport @btsportwwe @bt_uk Could you tweak your TV app to improve navigation? There's no thumbnail images when forwarding or rewinding, no chapters. You can't resume a show despite being logged in with BT credentials, hence the problems when navigating long #WWE shows. Thanks.👍🏼

    @bt_uk I really am appalled it has taken over 3 hours on hold, many calls and mistakes on your end to organise my broadband home move. I’m still waiting for this to be correctly organised but get passed from pillar to post by your apparent untrained team. Can someone please help!

    @bt_uk @bt_uk Bt_uk Use sent me out a 4G mini. I Just rang use this morning AGAIN!! The Mini-Hubb Doesn't work!!!!! It takes 45minutes, to get through to you each time! I think I've rang, approx 13-15x times! I left, Virgin-Media to come to use, and use have screwed me over!

    @OpenreachHelp -99 days since I was meant to have service @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp this is disgusting, got to waste another 2 hours on the phone to another advisor trying to work out what the hell openreach are doing with the line, such incompetence in time like this

    @bt_uk Dunno if you're still listening @bt_uk but we're now at 6 engineer visits and still no broadband. It first went down on November 24th. That's 2 months ago. Phone advisers say there's no way to escalate - just pass through to Openreach again. #GroundhogDay Thank god for @ThreeUK
