@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

@bt_uk No, just passed from dept to dept and total denial that our order from Monday ever existed - I have email evidence! Worst is our number has been discontinued. I would really appreciate a speaking to a competent person and see if I can get it back? Can you please help?
