@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

Good news today that BT prices are increasing by over 10%. Nothing added to the service. Just one of those things. Billions of pounds of profit - just not quite enough. Thanks @bt_uk

Banned again on siege because @bt_uk is the biggest bag of ****, constantly ******* disconnecting. It took them a week and a half to fix a ******* cable, customer service is ran by a bunch of brain dead ***** who don’t even answer the phone.

@bt_uk Just double checking. This fault has been live since 21st Feb. A complaint since 24th Feb. No one from #bt @bt_uk has called me back despite repeated promises. I am on ‘guaranteed’ ‘unbreakable’ Wi-Fi. It’s been broken for 2 weeks and I am losing money now as well as service

@bt_uk have been kept on hold for over 30 minutes! How is this acceptable. This is the first time I have used your service and I already regret it!!

@EE you're increasing my mobile bill by CPI inflation +3.9% every year...because Ofcom is stopping you doing things like this without allowing me to cancel after 1 June 2022. @bt_uk morally bankrupt Don't be fooled people. Take your business elsewhere. #inflation

@btsport @btcomplaints I have been billed for using BT sports since last May and have not used it once since then. I called today and was shut down when I asked to check my usage as I understood it had been cancelled. Over £200 to BT for zero in return

@bt_uk Nothing justifies price rises of over 10%. You can take a little less profit. You can simply use CPI - no need to add an extra 3.9%. Your service to me won't get 10% better will it?

Absolute swizz from @BTCare. A new customer signing up today would get Full Fibre 500 for £22.49 per month for 3 months then £44.99 after that. As an existing customer, my price is going up 9.3%, so I’ll end up paying nearly £10 more for Full Fibre 300. An absolute con. Avoid.

After my elderly parents (85 & 91) being without their @virginmedia phone line with absolutely no support at all, it’s now good. Thank you @bt_uk for such a speedy and professional installation. 👋🏼 @virginmedia , you are useless.

@virgilone3 @bt_uk @BTGroup Move to Zen and tell BT where to stuff their broadband. I did and can recommend Zen. Better service at less than half the price. Don't hesitate.
