    @btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

    Just had our quote back from @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp for 10mb broadband under the ‘Universal Service Obligation’. It comes in at an unbelievable eye watering £410,513.00 to install! @Ofcom need to look at how a BB service can cost more than a house…!

    @bt_uk I was booked in for a call between 12:30 and 14:30 today to deal with an ongoing complaint/issue. No one has called. Where do I go from here? Can a manager call me at their earliest convenience. My number is on my DM I’ve sent

    @bt_uk I've done that and got an auto-reply and have no idea if a real person is going to answer as well. It appears as if you can't cancel any services online and need to call you. So far I've been on hold for 45 minutes....it's very frustrating

    @bt_uk don’t ever go with this company! Doesn’t help at all left without heating as controlled by wifi and no one wants to get it resolved today

    @BTcare My 86-year old mum got an email saying she could use MyBT app to cancel voicemail, which as you know, is not true.
