Tried only 3 hours later to cancel the arrangement and not only got told I’d have to pay the full 24 months but also got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

💜 IDI 💚 Steph 💜 (@Cib0t) reported@bt_uk It's always blue, only the boosters go red. Also our main issue is latency. Which every technician ignores. The latency is so bad it can range 20-3000 in seconds. It does this all day. But none of your technicians know what to do about it or spot it.
