    @btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @btsport #btsport Renewed my subscription today only to find out that Bt Sport look to be selling on. Tried only 3 hours later to cancel the arrangement and not only got told I’d have to pay the full 24 months but also got the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

    going to keep tweeting until @btsport @bt_uk can be arsed to even acknowledge me, the fact is i pay a lot of money each month to be told a 60 minute wait for support - which is ******* ridiculous for a paying customer

    @bt_uk I was expecting to have an engineer visit today but I have no idea if anything was done. I didn't even receive a text confirmation of my appointment booking. So now I'm going to be without service for even longer.

    @bt_uk after chatting to you about a new router, you suggested we move from a business to a resi account. however, we have lost access to our btconnect email of 20+ years😞. Is there a way this can be kept active? Can we pay or can we switch back to business & cancel new package?

    @LawTop20 @btsport I can’t stand that I can only watch Champions League football on my phone (EE covers B.T). The coverage is pretty poor too. I hope streaming services like Amazon get more coverage as well as the BBC.

    @bt_uk It's always blue, only the boosters go red. Also our main issue is latency. Which every technician ignores. The latency is so bad it can range 20-3000 in seconds. It does this all day. But none of your technicians know what to do about it or spot it.
