Some of them are amazing however and just get everything sorted. Luck of the draw with that one.

Susan Rooney (@SueRooVan) reported@bt_uk no we have not. the service that was supposed to happen tuesday morning never showed. we called to complain and you promised tuesday afternoon 2-4pm- they didnt show again. then we got a text to say today. they showed up without the part you had slready identified as missing. grr

After BT managed to dm me at 9pm they closed the complaint b4 resolving?I was advise approx 1am. hopefully u understand how mentally draining it can be for ‘customer’s’ experiencing #poorservice like this & trying to do own jobs / life
