@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

@bt_uk Wi-Fi has been down for over 24 hours, neighbours complained at the same time as us yet there’s has been fixed and ours is still unresolved. During a time when people are working from home this is not acceptable.

@bt_uk Around 2300 people in my village have had enough of our sub standard over priced copper wire broadband, we we're promised fibre 2 years ago, if I can't run more than 3 devices in my house I shouldn't be paying £40 a month for this below par ****.

@bt_uk Hi Laura, but that would I suspect be a waste of time. You'll tell me to phone in, but I have spent hours, days, on the phone to BT, with repeated promises to fix this over months. It never happens. I've never come across a more dysfunctional company.

@bt_uk I’m not a customer I’m a local councillor receiving lots of complaints from Residents I represent. Broadband isnt in my remit but it still needs sorting. People are going to space on re-usable rockets but UK ISP’s can’t get decent broadband to a 10 year old estate in urban UK

Final update - got @bt_uk WiFi on 13th Sept. So took them a month. But it was so slow it was unusable. So after all that I've now switched to @virginmedia. Who took only 3 days for kit to arrive and everything to be up and running. So much faster in all senses

@bt_uk It was reported to OR by my relative's provider. Independent engineer had assessed line & said the fault was on the incoming line & to ask @TalkTalk to contact Open reach to check it. No idea why the OR never called back after he said he would. Sending a DM

@bt_uk I will receive a call tomorrow from the help desk. The help desk are doing a good job. Fixing the problem nothing seems to be progressing.
