@GordonMichell @btbusinesscare @bt_uk I have, they're the problem sadly. Every year I swear never to deal with them again. This year I've kept to my word and BT have now lost all our business lines, broadband and mobile.

  • Polgooth_inn
Polgooth Inn (@Polgooth_inn) reported from St Mewan, England

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

  • AllenXL
Allen Horrod (@AllenXL) reported from Probus, England

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

  • mrbluelights
john hutchens (@mrbluelights) reported from Bodmin, England

@bt_uk Locked out of my email, 3 days later and numerous online chats and phone calls, still not resoled......BT worst customer service ever!!

john hutchens (@mrbluelights) reported from Bodmin, England

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

  • DomKent
Dominic Kent 💻📱 📝 (@DomKent) reported from Saint Columb Major, England

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

  • sambrown96
Sam (@sambrown96) reported from Saint Blazey, England

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

  • AllenXL
Allen Horrod (@AllenXL) reported from Probus, England

@bt_uk when the customer emails, just ignore them !

  • RSh234
    Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported

@bt_uk @charl32647 That’s part of the problem. In my recent experience they didn’t help on most occasions, only when I chanced upon one good one. They just consumed huge time and frustrated.

  • DanyalMustafa
    Danyal Mustafa (@DanyalMustafa) reported

At least 6 major Internet outages in under 2 weeks. Appalling treatment by your "support staff". I'd like a complaint sent to the CEO Allison Kirkby please. @btbusinesscare

  • tilly4071
    andrealenehan (@tilly4071) reported

@bt_uk wow BT - when are you going to learn that supporting loyal customers is just as important as getting new ones. 30 years with BT internet/broadband, paying bills every month means nothing except I have to pay £30 more than a new customer. Account now cancelled!

  • bean0509
    Justine (@bean0509) reported

Customer service really is everything. @bt_uk has the best customer service in the country in my opinion and I’ve spoken to a lot of companies. I’d rather have someone helpful to talk to than have 42 extra club card points a month.

  • RSh234
    Robin Shaw (@RSh234) reported

@phillyonskem @bt_uk Totally agree. Literally hours on calls to ‘Guides’, only a few of which actually help, processes which ignore issues and no recourse without escalating to the Ombudsman!

  • mongrelcelt
    duncan (@mongrelcelt) reported

@TupperwareNFT @bt_uk Problem is both sides claim innocence. But onus is on BT to prove they made the request (community fibre can't prove an absence of something). It'll take an ombudsman to demand evidence from BT, so they've forced my hand. So pathetic for a massive corp to hide behind call centre

  • Broon374
    Davie B (@Broon374) reported

@tpea101 @bt_uk I’m with Sky. Been with them for a number of years now and never had an issue 🤞

  • GillianSmith16
    Gillian Smith (@GillianSmith16) reported

@bt_uk @Beji218888 Your service checker is saying your system is down and your service centres won’t have any more information. This is 2026

  • CribbyYoungs
    Cribby Youngs (@CribbyYoungs) reported

@bt_uk Would it be courteous to advise a customer & resident of planned work installation outside of home......? No letters or planning leaflet in area..

  • Forex_trader_4u
    Macro Bielsa (@Forex_trader_4u) reported

@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum
