@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

So @bt_uk one week has passed and still no confirmed date for landline being fixed. No mobile signal here so cut off from 80+ y.o. parents incl one recovering from Covid. Poor service, no sign of engineers @WeareOpenReach.

@bt_uk Why? I had an engineer out to look at my wifi yesterday he doesn’t do hybrid connect so what’s the repair team gonna do? It’s telling me there’s no 4g signal but there is cos my phone is on it.

@bt_uk Yes on iphone safari and Windows PC You log in to your account, follow links on home screen to add products, BT Sport month pass, options are “add and continue” (new customer) or “log in, (yet you’re already logged in, so u log in again and just go round in the same loop.

@bt_uk Once when we first got broadband we were getting 40 + and today 10Mbps with the big problem it drops out 10 times + each hour taken my home phone with it now you forced us to have it through the broadband link.
