@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

@bt_uk Openreach were working in my road 5-6 days ago and since then phone and broadband have been down. No dial tone and no broadband. Openreach are no longer there. My neighbours have the same issues.
