@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

Had to help my neighbour rescue her trampoline, we have managed to flip it over & tie it down to a tree & fence posts, hoping it will hold. My phone line however has come down & not sure to contact @virginmedia who my contract is with or @bt_uk who are named on telegraph pole?

@btsport really why do you never show wasps rugby! Leave the football to sky and concentrate on the rugby please the last 3 wasps games where they have won in fantastic fashion you miss them! For football or other teams sort it out or people will stop paying!
