An eng. has been and can’t find the problem, numerous houses in the village are cut off as well. It’s a big problem are you going to sort it out? The village is called Staithes

I have not had one phone call, or message from you despite me calling you, messaging you. We have a “stay fast guarantee” but no mini hub even provided. Costing £100s a day for office hire. Help pls!
