@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

@bt_uk You will just give me a phone number to call. Currently on to them. But sounding more and more like the notes of the last 6 months have been deleted. "Dm and we will help" no you'll tell me the phone number. All companies do.

@bt_uk asked for an explanation why I have to wait 7 weeks for you to switch from one broadband customer to another, why I’ve spent over 25 hours on calls with you, with no resolution - all I got was a text saying “open reach are doing something or other”. Terrible cust. service

@bt_uk All, you are better looking at 4g broadband. Had poor service from BT on my broadband receiving just 4mbs. I'm now receiving between 30-40mbs on 4g broad and only £20 a month, less than half the price of BT!

@bt_uk My wifi is really slow and I have poor 4g so struggling to get it sorted. Tried connecting to the master socket, resetting hub etc. Been getting flashing orange on hub daily for last week.

@btbusinesscare @BTBusiness @bt_uk 1 hour 30 mins and counting (that’s over 2 hours on hold in total). Seriously, what sort of service provision is this? I’ve done Live Chat and been told I have to ring the number or make a complaint and then you will help cancel it. So complaint formally made! FFS.
