Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.

I’m physically disabled and it’s incredibly painful for me to get low down enough to see or work on the modem. Wish we’d never joined BT.
