@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk Terrible customer service. Staff don’t know processes, cut us off twice, promise to call us back within 72 hours. That was on Monday and we’re still waiting! In any case this would be unacceptable but when you know it’s in relation to a bereavement it’s disgraceful!

@bt_uk The problem is that they call me when I'm on work phone calls, but it takes me more than 30 minutes to call back and get put through to the right person, which I don't have time to do. It would be helpful for someone to text or e-mail me to agree on a time to speak.
