@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk Hi is it possible to explain why I pay for unbreakable WiFi yet it is broken? My speeds are so low it takes 45 minutes to do a 1gb update on a PlayStation. I get regular dropouts. Why does the ee backup not get put on?

@btsport @bt_uk I've just cancelled my BT Sport package. Been told it is being ceased today but you will still take payment for this month due to 30 days notice period. Why should I have to pay for a service I wont be able to access?! Why can't you cease after 30 days period?
