    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    @virginmedia Yeah, you're basically the only company that DOESN'T communicate via DM. how very convenient! The issue is over a tivo recording that switched channels earlier, only your guide didn't change. @btsport said they changed the guide, but you didn't switch over.

    @bt_uk Please help Catherine. It's been a fiasco from BT I've been patient for 10 days but for them to say I reported it fixed is a joke. Openreach came yesterday to sort out the dangerous broken line (because I called them - BT didn't bother).

    @bt_uk Can you help…need to create a new btid. I’m a returning customer after leaving bt for a year whilst house was remodelled. Old btid was deleted but somehow old profile still exists with out of date emails & cellphone number so cannot receive verifying PIN number?

    @bt_uk I used to do this by the automated service via the telephone. Bloody sick to death of complicated technology……and the need for all of the crap. Now you have changed everything like every other fool when there is no need for all the complicated changes
