  @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

  @btsport you got a big problem that you don't have qualified staff. I literally called to pay to buy the Jake Paul V Tommy Fury fight and was told by your support team they had "No Idea" how to help. You're going to lose millions like that. Epic fail. Zero technical support.

  If anyone is considering paying for @bt_uk upgrade DON’T DO IT!!! “Upgrade” before Christmas, all recordings lost (including son on TV game) and BT TV not working since and all contact is virtual 😭😭😭 - who should I go to when I cancel my subscription? Any recommendations?
