    @BTCare Well Jules after months of problems and getting it wrong we finally agree to a monthly price set for 12 months broadband and after a few months BT write to our old address & put the price of our broadband up! Apparently it doesn’t matter that you agree it verbally because .....

    @ShaunAmor @BTCare It’s standard for BT mate. Appalling customer service for new & existing. Ridiculous dog legs in processes between BT & Openreach. It’s always complicated & infuriating trying to get anything done with them

    @BTCare So I wait for the call on Monday and can’t take it because I am driving!! Gregor tells me that they won’t be dealing with it anymore and I need to contact Faults Dept!!! I AM SO ANGRY with BT!!!! Your service is appalling!!!!

    @BTCare They’ve confirmed receipt of it so that’s down to them. There’s not really much point asking have they/have I. The request had been made and BT have not adhered to the timeframes set by the ICO.

    @BTCare I renewed my broadband contract on 02.11 & was told smart hub was on its way. Called again on 12.11 to be told it hasn’t been sent & they would send that day...it still hasn’t arrived. Can you help! Disappointed that I am having to chase this up again! 😒
