@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk I have they said I had a pending stop with my previous provider after cancelling my contract however I gave them a phone about the issue and they said they had removed it and I should be able to place my order with BT.

@NewcastleCC @bt_uk There is a new phone/advert thing that has been installed on Minden St that is blocking the pavement. It was always a pinch point, but now it is wider it do down to single file. No idea what a mobility scooter will be. How can I get this looked at?
