    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk Want to tell me why my complaint has been closed? Ordered BT fibre on 05/11. Engineer due 01/12. 01/12: No-one turned up. Rang BT. Told the supplier missed the appointment. Next slot: 18/12. No internet service at all since 13/11.

    Well @bt_uk, do you deliberately tell lies, or do your systems make you do it? Promised a compensation payment for the Third time last week - within 5 days - again failed to show in my bank. Beginning to wish I'd never changed to your broadband!
