@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

@SkyHelpTeam Yes. But, I'm not waiting on hold or entering several customer numbers just to speak to someone whose fault all this isn't for them to have to give an excuse about improvements and offer some money off, I'm just going to switch to @bt_uk and give them a go.

@bt_uk Had BT here on the 4th installing my broadband and phone. Unfortunately, by the time they left i had no broadband or phone connection.. its now the 9th and I still don't have Broadband and they say it will only be sorted by the 12th.. hiw am I supposed to work? Shocking service.

@Little_G2 @bt_uk @openreach Our village has poor BT infrastructure. Vodafone quoted 1/2 price. BT then ran ads for the same price "nationwide" but when I called our postcode was "excluded" from the offer. They obviously wanted other companies to pick up the troublesome areas.
