    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @BTCare hi I think we are having problems but the status says ok. Keep getting DNA errors. Have restarted router but still out . Number is 01872510709

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk Rang BT told 2 masts in area - working on one and the other too far away - nothing they could do. Problem started Monday 16 September - mobile data registering as used but not able to send emails or do anything else. In other words hard luck nothing can be done Postcode BH13 7PL

    @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Now the order placed in June is sounding like I cannot have my fibre broadband put in until December and all i get time after time is sorry sorry sorry its openreach we (bt) cant help it. But the problem is is that i cannot go to anyone else at all

    @bt_uk Hello, I’ve had an Openreach engineer out today to look at slow connection with the broadband. He advised the fault is with the router, please can you advise how this can be swapped out?
