    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    Good grief @bt_uk if you call, text or email me one more time to remind me you're installing broadband this week, your engineer will get a phone inserted sideways. This is harassment: I'm receiving calls texts and emails every day. Stop already. Very p*ssed off customer.

    @GordonMichell @btbusinesscare @bt_uk I have, they're the problem sadly. Every year I swear never to deal with them again. This year I've kept to my word and BT have now lost all our business lines, broadband and mobile.

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk Thanks, that proves my point. If there is a power outage or your broadband fails, you’ll be unable to make calls using Digital Voice, including calls to 999. If you do not have a mobile or alternative means to call 999 please contact us on 0800 800 150. How?

    @bt_uk Text service was a waste of time, said a check was being carried out but nothing since that message. As it happens I suspect the main cause was the FB outage as once this was restored our BB came back.

    @bt_uk It was ordered yesterday around noon and the lady said it would arrive today but we have had no email or text from delivery service of any update on when. My father stayed in all day waiting for it.

    @bt_uk I found the cause. Your website errors only if using Microsoft edge web browser, I’m using new windows 11 that came out today! I was able to place the order using another browser.

    So an hour with a nice bloke, yes our line is ****’d. It’s mis-wired, and is 4500m long when it should be about 500. Apparently a ‘cease and reprovide’ would have done it, but for ‘legal reasons’ they can’t do that because we have some service. What an abject mess, @bt_uk.
