    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    Good grief @bt_uk if you call, text or email me one more time to remind me you're installing broadband this week, your engineer will get a phone inserted sideways. This is harassment: I'm receiving calls texts and emails every day. Stop already. Very p*ssed off customer.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk last month after my line was installed i was over charged £84 for calls (i didn’t even have a phone plugged in), an engineer was sent out to fix the issue & i was told afterwards to purchase a phone and test the line, which i did and it appeared to be working (1)

    Anyone out there in Twitterverse know how to get @bt_uk or @WeAreOpenreach to make my broadband work. I have paid them a fortune over many years and receive a polite customer service but completely unusable broadband. Rural Oxfordshire, not the moon.

    @bt_uk Tonight your service has driven me up the wall. On and Off WiFi with 8 down and 0.27 up absolute garbage. You do not fix any problems and just shrug it off. Cannot wait for @youfibre to come.

    @bt_uk You are the WORST ******* company on the planet!!!!! When will understand as a company you can’t split a ******* 2.4 - 5 on the new hub 2’s You can’t get 2 separate networks, making it ******* useless for any smart appliance

    @bt_uk The issue is that the charge is linked to roaming charges on your own site, and until you can justify otherwise, I’ll not be paying either - sort it out, or I’ll be moving providers.
