    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk BT WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THIS BROADBAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! from yesterday to now every 15 min loosing signal and router has restarted. I was with you long long time but now I decide cancel this disappointing service and swap to anorther better operator. What a shame!!!!!

    @HelsS19 @bt_uk Well at least they are now due you compensation for every day you have been without. I had similar issues when my line was damaged. They kept deny it was the line so it kept not working. In the end they paid me more than the cost of my contact for the year in compensation.

    Correct me if i'm wrong, but I swear Sky are downgrading the quality of their HD (i.e. non-UltraHD) channels. SkySportsF1 looks like garbage. If I watch a bog standard 1080p movie from a different source its crystal clear. Is this to push 4K? FWIW BTSport Ult looks phenomenal

    @bt_uk Since everything change on my Bt TV Box I cannot work out what and how to get what I’m entitled to for the money I pay ,I do not have a clue what Now TV is all about , I’m not going to continue to pay for a Service I do not understand perhaps you could Direct me .

    @bt_uk Thank you for trying to help. Thus far, the responses have been disgusting. I’ll be calling tomorrow, probably to cancel. Please answer this question: Can you believe, honestly, that an adviser has set up a contract with a 20Mbps router-only guarantee for £50pcm?
