-
Lynne H (@hibsnibs) reported... because @bt_uk all I want is a working broadband service. So I repeat - yet again - that if you can't sort this - and you've had 21 days to get nowhere even remotely closer to doing so - send a mobile hub to get me connected.
-
Ros (@RosJess) reported@bt_uk Hilarious! I have to chair our parish council meeting on my mobile phone (not BT as there is no signal) tonight as our broadband has gone wrong again and BT won’t switch on the mini hub as I have an open order for a new hub I have been forced to get to try to restore broadband
