BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.
-
Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported@bt_uk That’s completely unacceptable Why can I not exit a contract for a service everyone says it’s not consistent with constantly dropping devices
-
Lizzie 🏴🇬🇧🌹 (@Dizzylizzie19) reported@AliIndge @bt_uk Hi, I've tried again but was told it could be up to 10 days to fix
-
Tommy (@leopardtommy) reported@bt_uk hi BT, I’m still awaiting a response re: my complaint. This is nearly two weeks on and you’ve done roughly NOTHING to connect me to your network.
-
WTF...😂 (@Aliens2back000) reported@bt_uk I've been a long-time BT TV customer, but with only the BBC left for news (versus Sky's 10+ channels), I need better choices. Enough is enough! Please expand your news lineup or risk losing subscribers. Waiting..
-
julian hines-dedman (@dedmans) reported@adarkelimited @bt_uk It takes days to speak to someone in a far away country then you discover they have made two other accounts in your misspelt name and then decide in the ether that you broken those contracts and swipe £460 from your bank account!!
-
Duncan Anderson 🍃🔋⚡️🤖 (@duncsand) reportedI called @bt_uk to cancel a service we're not using. The "guide" put me on hold for ages, then the line went dead, followed by an automated SMS asking what I thought of the service. Not very good is the answer!
-
Mark Howell (@MarkTheSnap) reportedSo, this new digital voice from @bt_uk If the internet is down you can't use your landline. Guess what, the internet is down so we don't have a phone. We can't get a mobile signal in our area, that's why we have a landline. This is progress apparently.
-
Chris Fletcher (@Get_Fletch) reported@bt_uk I'm waiting for a call from the reactivation team. Apparently, they are outbound only when I spoke to your customer service and sales team this morning
-
