@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

Shocking service by @bt_uk - they have disconnected my parents phoneline and broadband (their error) and are refusing to reinstate. They never requested termination and are up-to-date with payments. Nobody taking responsibility, nor displaying any degree of empathy. Disgraceful.

@bt_uk Advised my dad to switch to BT from Sky after 19 yrs. Personally having had BT myself & having a good service I am shocked to hear of my dads terrible service. He's been messed around by 6 or 7 of your operators and weeks later is still not receiving tv. Shocking service!

@bt_uk In July I transferred my Broadband to BT from SKY , and am now regretting this. My second bill included an entertainment package for Netflix and NOW. I have spent more than 5 hours trying resolve this with no luck.Who can help?

@Ofcom Thank you. Spoke to @bt_uk mobile and they gave me a full refund. To be fair they were excellent.I do think there should be some regulation stopping mobile users accidentally connecting to the MARITIME mobile network and their absolutely scandalous fees though.
