    @btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    Anyone else having issues with @btsportrugby @btsport tonight? We’re trying to watch the rugby & were getting a message saying we need to upgrade? Why? We’ve never had this problem before. Getting really fed up with @btsport

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk Your already sending an engineer out to review the line again. This is the second time. The first you came out after I had repeatedly complained there was an issue as you undertook line test + told me there wasn’t issue. Surprise surprise 42 faults were found + supposedly fixed

    @bt_uk Yes but only after he died and we went through his affairs. BC he hadn't replied to an em he hadn't seen contracts ended and he automatically switched to higher rate. He paid by DD. Not discovered for 6 months. Widow now paying £49 pm for essentially the same service

    @Guy_Ward @bt_uk This was the same kind of issues, I was having with my account earlier today support team aren't doing anything about it. But I got it fixed by this guy on instagram he is fast and reliable,I think you should contact him on instagram @_cyberjones_ reliable and legit

    @ALANMYERSMEDIA @bt_uk BT came to our road, replaced the pole and never put the internet cables/phone lines back to the houses, took a week to get them to do that. Guy turns up to connect the line pushes in past my wife (critically extremely vulnerable) saying easier from in here. Now with Sky.

    @bt_uk Complete load of tosh. My broadband connection from you has serious latency issues and your answer - ah you need to pay £5 more for our Wi-fi guarantee. Hmm the issue is the connection my Wi-fi is 100% around the house.
