    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @carlt_61 @bt_uk Agree they’re the worst. One of their guys were in KT area this morning and now internet is not working. This issue has been going on since 11th of January:(

    @bt_uk Thanks, but after many calls, I know what’s going on but it’s the resolution of the issue I need, rather than openreach refusing to deal with the matter. BT & openreach are more bothered about blaming each other rather than dealing with the issue for the customer

    @bt_uk worst customer services ever. Without broadband, landline and TV for 3 weeks and counting and I’m in the middle of argument between BT and openreach. Totally shocking

    @bt_uk smart hub 2 doesn't work with skyQ so it's no good for us. skyQ incompatible with your new hubs has been confirmed by you. so we will get another supplier which we were told to do by your salesman

    @btbusinesscare do you make a habit of overcharging people for products they dont use? You have been billing me for months for a product I NEVER agreed to. Have it all in writing. Absolute crooks
