@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk BRAND NEW CUSTOMER - I DM'd after being cut off last night. Was cut off on the phone after a 93 mins wait! I've managed a virtual "chat" to someone who said I needed to spk to your Orders Team but they don't take calls!! What am I supposed to do!!! STILL CANNOT WORK!
