    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    The start of my day has been a total nightmare! The signal where I live is so bad and it’s the fault of @bt_uk and/or @arqiva - it’s 2020 yet providers can’t get this right; I had better signal/service in 1999.

    Sorted now, but your disconnection team member was extremely rude and kept interrupting me mid sentence, simply trying to tell me all the reasons I was wrong to leave. If anything, this simply put the nail in the coffin to when we have decided to go to @bt_uk instead.

    @bt_uk Ok you guys are really annoying me. That is the product but nowhere in the guide does it explain this issue. It is an issue with the app, not the camera, hence why I need to speak to someone. Why is it so difficult to speak to someone? This is ridiculous
