    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @bt_uk Sian, appreciate your reply, but unfortunately no response from your ‘live chat’. No surprise people stream events! £19.99 down and I’m sure I’d have far less hassle if I was viewing illegally!

    @bt_uk No I didn't and my internet is still pathetic. Also turns out you've been charging me £3 a month for paper bills. Literally never opened one. You keep sending me surveys to assess the engineer visit I never had. I just want to cancel. Why is that so hard
