@btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

@Perranarworthal @bt_uk I think our problem is foot thick granite walls... And a couple of new bandwidth-hungry neighbours!

  • JordanLeeSounds Jordan Lee Collins (@JordanLeeSounds) reported from St. Ives, England

If a tree branch is presenting such an issue, just send a bucket team out and connect me ffs please! Or send a competent engineer who can be bothered to do his job!! @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk

  • kaystone1 Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England

@btbusinesscare My phone number in the shop is 01736 799424 do you need any further info to be able to help me?

  • kaystone1 Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England

@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • HFmatters Christopher Kelly (@HFmatters) reported

@Graffotti @bt_uk @BTGroup I think the blacklist function does help or least makes me feel I'm doing something! Over past 4 years it's 'only' 2-3 calls per month but I guess they'll never stop

  • RobertClark125 Robert Clark (@RobertClark125) reported

@bt_uk A slight problem has cropped up. I've received the email to verify my email address, but when I click the button, it says it can't open it. What can I do, as I have to verify the address to get regular hope united updates.

  • lil_skyscraper_ Sarah ツ (@lil_skyscraper_) reported

@bt_uk we have both domestic and business internet with you and both are down in the ME2 area, is there an outage?

  • chadSTERjohn John Chadwick (@chadSTERjohn) reported

@bt_uk I did manage to speak to someone and got it sorted but I’ve had some more problems and could really do with some help

  • dan161285 Dan 🐻🐑 (@dan161285) reported

@bt_uk internet is down S20 6TA? Can you assist

  • waynejubb Jubba (@waynejubb) reported

@bt_uk so engineers have just turned up and taken down telegraph pole for our street. Where was the communication to let us know the work was going ahead!

  • seaghanMK2 Seánie 🥊 (@seaghanMK2) reported

@bt_uk No all ok. Speed 150. Recent letter saying that our phone service will soon be switching to the back of the hub, was worried it might not work. It hasn’t helped by an idiot openreach engineer outside telling us we are not on full fibre when our contract clearly says we are.

  • sheepiefarm CharlietheShepherd (@sheepiefarm) reported

Is this a phone scam. @bt_uk Phone rings, I answer - recorded message - This is BT, we've been trying to contact you, we are going to close down your landline & internet due to some suspicious activity. Press 1 to speak to our executive.

  • reallyblonde Kirsten Gibson (@reallyblonde) reported

@bt_uk I appreciate the update Dee. Can you confirm it will be an Openreach engineer that will come out to connect it and not a contractor as contractors cannot resolve this problem. Also, how will we be reimbursed automatically if you don’t know how much costs we have incurred?

  • EmmaXxx97 Em (@EmmaXxx97) reported

@bt_uk @BTGroup Day 18 without Internet - BT have now supplied us with a 4g hub which they initially said they dont do. The hub is useless considering I live in an apartment with concrete floors so 4g signal is rare. The hub cuts out every 30 minutes on the dot which is great!
