@btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

Julie Thacker (@ejthacker13) reported from Penzance, England
@BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England
@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

@bt_uk Move service. But with a delay as we were waiting for our house to be built.
-
Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Germoe, England
@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England
@btbusinesscare My phone number in the shop is 01736 799424 do you need any further info to be able to help me?

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.
-
Patrick Gale (@PNovelistGale) reported from St Just, England
@Perranarworthal @bt_uk I think our problem is foot thick granite walls... And a couple of new bandwidth-hungry neighbours!
-
Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England
@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Lol the argument that fans won’t go if they can stream is hog wash. If your a local your support your going to go watch your team in person. Streaming bring In the international and viewers that can’t travel crazy distance
-
paul carter (@chesterspireite) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport gain very little extra revenue because if you don't already support the other clubs in this division there will be very little or no increase of support for our clubs
-
Kelly🐧🤘🌻🌱🏴 🇬🇧 (@purplepenguin81) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport They think if they were to show it on TV then people won't go to the games but that is stupid as there is more supporters for most clubs than tickets
-
Shut Down Coverage (@shutdowncover) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport We can't even watch the premier league most of the time never mind the rest of the pyramid...
-

@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Never surrender!
-
Nathan Young (@NYMUFC) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport They don’t want the poor referee being highlighted
-
PureH (@PureH11) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport The removal of the blackout would only benefit the Premier League and even then would only go to the biggest clubs and quite frankly they don't need the help.
-
Thomas Yates (@Tom_Yates91) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I think a big issue here is that for Wrexham, perhaps they would profit from this… But the other 23 clubs now have easier access to illegal streams in hard times which would only discourage fans from buying tickets at the gate… Which as we know is their main source of income.
-
PureH (@PureH11) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport Before people say people do it anyway through VPN, that amount of people who would watch the matches on tv if not for the blackout would obviously be greater than the amount of stream it illegally.
-
Matt 🏳️🌈 (@MattyTHurst) reported
@VancityReynolds @Vanarama @btsport I don’t get the international thing, but I assume it’s the silly blackout rule at 3pm.
