@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

Good afternoon @BTCare Big thumbs up to your Enniskillen team for being very efficient in sorting an account issue out for me. However, went to upgrade my broadband package online and find pricing for broadband only and broadband with phone is the same. Why is this?
