    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk It was sorted out in the sense that it was cancelled and because there could be no installation before I was cut off from Virgin, I had to remain with Virgin. So my account with BT does not exist and I didn’t find out whether the service is an improvement. Ended at 12 calls

    @bt_uk Amazed at being continuously let down by you with shifting activation dates. When most of the country need an internet connection to WFH, why do you feel it acceptable not to deliver on promises and causing distress?

    @bt_uk You are the worst company on planet Earth and I hate you with every ounce of my body. No wifi for 3 days. 2.5 hours on phone yesterday to be told 'Not sure of problem, we'll call you tomorrow btwn 1.30 & 2.30'. No call. (2nd time this has happened). I hate you.

    @btbusinesscare is there any chance of a quicker engineer visit to work out the cause of ‘branch wire from the main wire is causing unwanted signal reflection which is causing drop outs in connection’

    Today, I picked up the phone to call @bt_uk I waited for 1hr 15mins to speak to someone, only for them to 'accidently' hang up on me. I am calling again and have been waiting for 25mins. No doubt I will be redirected to another team and wait for another hour. 🤬🤬🤬
