@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk @ChrisMaslanka I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Unitask_assist on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you

@bt_uk Intermittent broadband. We get it’s never going to be quick but we expect a reliable service. it’s off far too much and I would like to work from home but far too often rely on my personal 4g data on my mobile

@bt_uk Got to be honest, that isn’t a great deal of comfort. Being without service for a week is massively inconvenient. I’m an existing customer moving to a property with an existing line. It is ridiculous it takes that long.

The engineers of @bt_uk have let us down for a second time. I drove 250 miles during a petrol shortage last night to make this appointment and the engineer "couldn't find the house". So far they have cost me 250£ in unnecessary travel and days of valuable time. Shambolic service

Really hacked of with @BTCare Ongoing problem with email not allowing attachments or emails to more than one person to be sent. 10 days now! A look at the forums show there are a few people with the same issue
