  • ejthacker13 Julie Thacker (@ejthacker13) reported from Penzance, England

@BrennanSurgeon @bt_uk Our broadband was out whenever windy and wet (10 months of the year in Cornwall) After much online testing and to and fro-ing with @bt_uk they sent someone to actually look at the pole The box was hanging upside down and filling with rainwater- fixed easily #humanfactors

  • TamsinD1 TamsinD (@TamsinD1) reported from Penzance, England

@btsport Terrible experience so far trying to get BTSport fixed - IPC6023 - over an hour yesterday online doing full restart and didn’t fix; phoned today and after 30mins of being on hold, get cut off. Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

  • sophiehellyer Sophie Hellyer (@sophiehellyer) reported from Saint Agnes, England

@Josh_Taylor91 @bt_uk Yeah we had no internet at all for a month in lockdown, and have had a questionable connection all year, plus no phone signal indoors. Hooray internet 🥳

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@Perranarworthal @bt_uk I think our problem is foot thick granite walls... And a couple of new bandwidth-hungry neighbours!

@bt_uk can you tell me if the internet is down in my area? Tain IV19

  • GrindHorizon Grind Horizon (@GrindHorizon) reported

@bt_uk I understand you can’t cancel via Twitter. My question is a simple one. Can Bt sports be cancelled via the BT website once I am logged in using my account ? It’s a yes/no question

  • blepharon Hi to Assaf Kaplan! 😷Rab Nesbitt😷 #Κύριε_ἐλέησον (@blepharon) reported

That takes me back. Didn't @bt_uk run an illegal trial of this technology with #Phorm back in 2006-2012? DPI total browsing surveillance without customer consent? I seem to remember being part of a campaign against that (then getting surveilled by the deep state personally).

  • GrindHorizon Grind Horizon (@GrindHorizon) reported

@bt_uk how do I cancel my Bt sport package please? Been looking online and followed links you have sent me but only lest me add services and not take them away

  • MrsMsMissK Mrs K (@MrsMsMissK) reported

@bt_uk I need some help to understand whether the direct debit has been sorted. The app was not clear after I put the bank details in on whether the direct debit is active. I have sent you a DM with further details.

  • numanrox karenlissimo (@numanrox) reported

@bt_uk @byrnechris86 Loyalty there is no loyalty with bt they send a phone they don't know they sent you. And are not thankfully. Send a engineer who tells u lies, re sending a disc back that never worked ever

  • Mark__Eadie Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

  • FC360D Full Circle (@FC360D) reported

So disappointed to find out I can't get @virginmedia internet, it's odd as my neighbour has it and is like 1-2 meters away from my house so I'm very confused as to why my house can't get it. Hopefully @bt_uk upgrade out area soon as I'm fed up with having slow internet :(

  • quinn83 Alastair Quinn (@quinn83) reported

@bt_uk Hi can I find out why our activation date has been put back at the last minute. We work from home and this is a real problem. No tx or email only found out by logging on to check the status. Not a great start

  • Mark_Pears Mark Pears (@Mark_Pears) reported

@bt_uk can you tell me why you think it’s acceptable to rip pensioners off with under performing broadband, and when they challenge the poor speeds supplied - which are below your guarantee - you then try and charge them double? Not acceptable!
