@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk Move service. But with a delay as we were waiting for our house to be built.

  • PNovelistGale Patrick Gale (@PNovelistGale) reported from St Just, England

@Perranarworthal @bt_uk I think our problem is foot thick granite walls... And a couple of new bandwidth-hungry neighbours!

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk problems all day with BT broadband dropping out. When will you resolve the problem?

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk So you're saying the only solution is to manually turn off one frequency *every time* I want my devices to talk to each other, and then manually turn it back on again when I'm done? Or can you offer another solution that won't make my experience of BT broadband terrible?

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk Okay. And will that be a permanent fix or will I need to contact you to do that on a regular occasion? Is that something only you can do or can I do it myself from the Hub Manager?

  • Gingeronstun Eddy (@Gingeronstun) reported

@bt_uk So can you offer a better solution for getting my devices to talk to each other across 2.4 and 5GHz, other than turning one off and having an overloaded single channel? I moved to you from Virgin because they were unreliable, but this is hardly hassle free.

  • stefanisg George Stefanis (@stefanisg) reported

Funny thing. The website experience for getting a @bt_uk broadband is so bad and i find impossible to find a way to contact their sales department. Looks like a @virginmedia customer acquisition scheme.

  • johnellison John Ellison ,💙💚 🇵🇸 BDS- Woke Blues Guitarist (@johnellison) reported

@bt_uk nothing showing as I'd expect, it never shows a fault, it is back now anyway. I'll monitor over the next couple of days before escalating. Thanks

  • rickytick69 Richard Taylor (@rickytick69) reported

@bt_uk No issue with the line. Some devices work, others keep asking for password. Same as 5 months ago.

  • blades4ever michelle gilbey x (@blades4ever) reported
