@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

  • Ace_pseudonym Ollie Kirkbride (@Ace_pseudonym) reported from Camborne, England

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

  • kaystone1 Kay Shepherd (@kaystone1) reported from St. Ives, England

@btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

@bt_uk then last week it was cancelled completely & we were back to a speed 0.53 mbps. My husband @BCambridgeEdit works from home & it’s virtually impossible for him 2 do so. Now we have 2 wait till 13th sept. The service is absolutely shocking. What are u going 2 do about it?2/2

  • AustinF268 Austin (@AustinF268) reported

@btsport such bad defending two and nearly three made it through

  • graphicious Cristi Cotovan (@graphicious) reported

@bt_uk I know, but in this case, it's not that. It's the silly ADSL which for uploads is crazy slow. When I was at a hotel that had fiber, it was blazing fast... both ways. So, ... bring on that FTTP is all I say!

  • Br1tt3n Mathew Britten (@Br1tt3n) reported

Another day, another poor excuse of customer support from @bt_uk. KPI for repairs is 48 hours - we are now 13 days without internet. No support or alternate provision particularly as we have an SEND child.

  • daviddunhill1 David Dunhill (@daviddunhill1) reported

@bt_uk 2nd time in 2 weeks that my internet has stopped working, after being down for 5 days last week. My partner has now had to pay for extra data on her phone so she can hotspot from it, as she works from home. Seriously considering changing provider as this is a massive hassle

  • ClaireH80332104 Claire Harris (@ClaireH80332104) reported

@bt_uk is there an issue with birmgham signal? Thr broadband had been terrible the past 2 days!

  • FMLIDKWTF Can’tTrustPoliceOrPoliticians (@FMLIDKWTF) reported

hey @btsport you know @NCAAFootball season commences this Saturday yet you’ve not got 1 game scheduled! WTF is going on? how else am I suppose to watch college/university American football if you don’t broadcast it. I may as well just cancel my subscription if you aren’t going to

  • staplenick Nick Stapleton (@staplenick) reported

@bt_uk Just need to reiterate that this definitely didn’t happen. He doesn’t even use the phone (because it doesn’t work) so why would he block your customer support number through it? Bizarre thing to say

  • staplenick Nick Stapleton (@staplenick) reported

@bt_uk Hi Sharon. Not your fault. But a no show after months of trying to get this sorted. We just want an engineer to come and fix the service he’s paying for. How hard can it be?

  • graphicious Cristi Cotovan (@graphicious) reported

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. But when Openreach engineers visit, they blame it on BT. BT Blames it on Openreach. Nice way to treat your customers.
