    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @BTCare Well Jules after months of problems and getting it wrong we finally agree to a monthly price set for 12 months broadband and after a few months BT write to our old address & put the price of our broadband up! Apparently it doesn’t matter that you agree it verbally because .....

    @bt_uk So instead, my parents paid a local engineer to come and help them. The problem only arose because BT sent him a new modem because he was upgraded to fibre. Not my Dad’s fault. Absolutely shameful way to treat customers. 2/2

    My 88 year old Dad spent 2 hours on the phone to @bt_uk last week. He was passed from person to person and one of those people he spoke to, told him to ‘ask his Grandson to fix it’ when he asked for an engineer to fix the problem with his modem. How patronising and rude! 1/2

    Hey @btsport do us a favour and take all the NHL coverage or don’t take any! I pay for @NHL Gamecentre, @PremierSportsTV yet can’t watch @penguins tonight as I don’t have a BT subscription. You should not need 3 subscriptions to watch NHL in the UK. Shit for the fans again @NHL
