@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk I haven't had telephone service with you for nearly a decade. Why is my mobile suddenly receiving BT Text calls? As I don't have a BT landline I can't do anything to stop these calls!

@bt_uk how do you address account and WiFi blackspot issues with you guys? Called value team and spoke on chat - no solutions or fixes offered, just upselling of more expensive packages. Don't need a new contract, just issues with this one ironed out :)

@bt_uk No thank you. Once the dns server issue was fixed which was about 2 hours after I reported the fault everything was fine again. Still shocking that you can't change the DNS provider on a BT router.

@bt_uk My internet is back on, but with sub-optimal upload speeds - at times sub 2mb, meaning I can't live stream. Just spoke to a really helpful member of staff called Oliver - but my complaint has apparently been closed? Why? It was never resolved.

@bt_uk my broadband has gone up £10 to £64 a month. Just for broadband!! I’ve rang your office and they said they can’t offer me any better deals. Is there anything anyone else can offer because £64 a month is extortionate 😭. I’ve been a BT customer for 20 years.

@EE I have just migrated from @bt_uk and this rapid system is utterly useless. I want to speak directly with an advisor and just keep having to call 150 and then choose from a list of options that don't apply to my specific issue. Just going around in circles. 😭
