@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@btbusinesscare I've spoken to my federation and lawyer as this has been going on for 2 months I expect a full resolution by the end of next week. Otherwise I will be sending a claim form and taking further legal action

@bt_uk Hi. I’ve been tracking my order (after a whole week of delay). It has still not been dispatched despite being promised it would arrive by Tuesday and what’s worse is the agent I contacted last week has now changed the delivery address! Can somebody please help me out here?!!
