No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

Appalling customer care as this is a fault all over social media.

Zak (@ZakFriedRice) reported@bt_uk Thanks Dee. This was a deliberate attempt to mislead. I’m fortunate I knew this and was able to reject their attempts to move me to EE or to get me back onto a contract. It’s definitely not what I expect of BT or any other service provider.
