    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk Yeah bud it’s in now when testing it on Ps it connects fine but fails at PSN stage. Mind is blown never came across this before especially when online earlier today 🙈

    @bt_uk BT digital voice keeps failing. People can't get through to us. I can't get through to anyone else. It's been like this since installation (which we never asked for). You also forced us to use 5 new handsets which don't work and have lost the contents of their memory 3 times.

    Fletch on BTsport saying Pep should be applauded how he's handled the covid pandemic, never getting games called off etc. Good grief, he has the most expensive squad ever assembled ffs........

    Hey @bt_uk. I’ve lost all my non subscribed HD channels! They weren’t working so I’ve retuned the Box and they’ve all gone. 25+ channels. It’s not the arial or signal as I’ve got the channels on other TVs and when I connect directly without the box! #bttv

    I have experienced very poor customer service over the last 2 months and 4 complaints raised after @bt_uk couldn’t switch my service. No accountability and will never consider using BT in the future. It could of been managed so much better and no facility to pass on feedback!
