@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

.@bt_uk I've been trying to set up call protect on my vulnerable 82-year-old mother's phone for 8 DAYS (she came out of hospital yesterday). It's been stopped by unhelpful BT systems (yr customer service team are super but can't help). Please help me! @MartinSLewis @milesbrignall

@bt_uk Our internet is absolute crap. Constant buffering over the WiFi network. We can't all cable in so that's no use to us. Is there a way to get help barring waiting for an hour in a queue on your awful phone support?
