    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk trying to talk to someone regarding my mothers paid for set today. Cant get through. You should at least have more staff available to talk, rubbish service so far and we aren’t even set up with you, regretting the changeover now

    @bt_uk 70 days since a complaint was lodged around broadband provision. 70 days later after multiple promises of dig work, planning application procedures, photographs of the site, and maintenance. Your contractors @OpenreachHelp have no trace of any of this in their systems?

    @btsport Bt sport have recorded 3 missed payments on my credit report after apologising they had made a mistake. They do not call me back and will not help me.

    @bt_uk @tom_blissy I am a follower of Tom’s on Instagram and can’t believe that on 6 occasions a BT engineer hasn’t shown up. I had no idea BT were this bad at customer service until I had seen his experience with you! Sort it out ASAP unless you want to put off any more potential customers!!!
