However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

It's been like this since installation (which we never asked for). You also forced us to use 5 new handsets which don't work and have lost the contents of their memory 3 times.

No accountability and will never consider using BT in the future. It could of been managed so much better and no facility to pass on feedback!
