@bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

I’ve obviously called up @bt_uk again to see if they knew what time it would be delivered as by now I’m getting a bit impatient... Turns out my order hadn’t even been placed as the guy in Swansea apparently gave me the complete wrong information after calling to offer his “help”

@BTCare My pensioner parents are paying for BT Sports but can't it watch on their TV due to a problem with your service (your engr has conf today). Your advisors say they can't cancel the subscription because they can watch it on a phone or tablet if they wanted too! Seriously?

So the inept staff at @bt_uk rang to tell me that they cannot install the broadband I had before, and they have no date for when they will install a new service - but don’t worry, they won’t be switching off my temporary mini hub.
