    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk spent 35 minutes on phone waiting to talk to someone regarding broadband problems today. You took my mobile number, needed to test my phone line - asked me to hang up, so can ring me back......no call back, is this a deliberate ploy??????

    @btbusinesscare I have a complaint reference 210107-001674 and maybe IMP-106636271 & previously 201210-000041 we were supposed to receive a phone call from yourselves by Tues 12-01-21 after our on line ‘chat’ on 7-01-21 but so far have heard nothing

    Huge thanks to @bt_uk for coming out so promptly after internet being cut off from EE and being without internet! So helpful and such fast service considering I only spoke with them 24 hours ago 👏🏻

    After seeing others problems with Internet providers wanted to shoutout to @bt_uk who sent out a minihub and had us connected again within 24 hours of an area wide problem whilst they worked on it. 👏🏻 thanks guys.

    @Jas2090Judith @bt_uk BT messed up my home move order (on the phone to them for weeks)just to top it off,disconnected my internet when Im working from home (even though they said they wouldn’t) now telling me its 10 days to reconnect. Do NOT use BT appalling service leaving me with NO internet

    @btsport How do the people of Ireland that don’t have a skybox watch McGregor v Poirier. Everytime this is a problem and there will be 10s of thousands of people willing to pay with no option to watch BT BoxOffice??

    @bt_uk hi BT, just tried to order a broadband package, an online exclusive package, it won’t allow me to checkout as I’m an existing customer. Do you want to discuss honouring this offer before I talk to @skytv or @virginmedia about what they can do to help me switch? thanks
