So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

@bt_uk we have representation for our neighbour. his phone is not working. BT are aware. BT said they would sort & if an engineer was needed it would be sorted by today. we have had no contact. he is 90yo without his phone line.

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk @dodds1_andrew Got to say your service is absolutely shocking, I usually order through sky box no problems and record for the morning. Couldn’t order through sky box tonight as it was directing me to the website. I order through your website and go to record the event and it won’t let me.
