@bt_uk Absolute disgrace , years of being a customer of yours paying my bills on time without delay. I move home and nothing but the most utter disrespect. X 4 phone calls , passed around numerous departments and still not sorted . Now I know why people say BT are terrible .

@bt_uk Please can you tell me where, on your appalling and deliberately confusing website, I can cancel my subscription to BT Sport (for TV). A clear answer would be nice, a link would be perfect. Thank you.

@bt_uk Why is the wifi so slow?
-
George Still
(@Synthespian_) reported
@bt_uk As I said to Rita (fun game this) you don't show lower checked speed online b4 customer submits the order. #Misleading and could result in loss of service if switching. And once you've done the "area" speed check you should update it on the website for next person.
-
Wyrdtimes
(@Wyrdtimes) reported
@bt_uk is there a problem with your mobile phone service? Getting a "no service" message displayed.
-
George Still
(@Synthespian_) reported
@bt_uk Thanks Alannah. I've messaged to provide you with my mobile number. I think we've got different expectations of what needs to be checked at this point, but happy to take your call to help try improve this for you, and all other potential customers.
-
George Still
(@Synthespian_) reported
@bt_uk Thanks but checking the speed is not the ask here. Spent ages on the phone already. Its the misleading online process that results in disconnection if I cancel after completing when I get the true speed. As a user, I don't know final button that submits so need to test with you.
-
George Still
(@Synthespian_) reported
@bt_uk Ok ... so you'll get back to me next week with response to that feedback? Should I check the online speed quote this time next week to see if you've updated it? I can go full complaint if you like, but I'm not a customer (yet) so @Ofcom how does that work?
