@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@stuinweymouth @bt_uk It's a ***** marketing ploy, "up to" being the ploy. Providing they can offer you a service that can be from 0 to the up to speeds, they are advertising "within law" - Not to say it's morally acceptable in any way. VM are worse, mind.
