@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie
-
Stuart Seddon (@Seddon1968) reported from Lancaster, England
Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...
-
Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England
@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.
-
Jen🦖 (@jenmeatsix_) reported from Middleton, England
@bt_uk worst company out there by far.
-
Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England
@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.
-
Ian Bennett (@Bennett_ian7) reported from Ulverston, England
So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that
-
James Glass (@Vet_James) reported from Lancaster, England

And take that from someone who sees Three's true colors. @bt_uk / @EE are the ones to make wild, unfounded claims (strongest WiFi signal ring a bell?). In terms of data services; it goes Three, Vodafone, EE and O2 and in that order.
-
anthony alonzi (@alonzi_anthony) reported
@bt_uk is there a problem in Coventry. All day today my router keeps going red and cutting me off. Not been a problem. Can’t talk to anyone online. Tried live chat. This is awful customer service.
-
Nicola Lester (@Delilah64) reported
@bt_uk FYI your link didn’t work. I’ve searched the issue myself and found info about the iPhone update.
-
Sam (@samtoogood01) reported
Disgusted with service from @bt_uk this morning. Called on behalf of Grandmother following the death of my Grandfather last week to which was told that the account could only be cancelled with a £700 cancellation charge. Surely there just be policies in place for bereavement???😡
-
Steve king (@prestonsk10) reported
@bt_uk wondering if you can help. I have an IPC6023 fault code when trying to watch BT sport. I have reset the router and box but no change. The box says it is connected to the internet and apps such as iPlayer work with no problem. Cheers.
-
Jay (@jay_agram) reported
@btbusinesscare This is what I get if I try to login from the email that suggests to update my card details. I’m in a bit of a weird loop.

LorraineDowson 🌹#wearamask #savelives 🇪🇺#FBPE (@Lozpoedia) reported
@crowmogh @bt_uk Really hard. I’ve just arranged for WiFi man to come and look at in-house booster. When I’m working I sit right next to the router, but signal comes and goes in the rest of the house

@Roger1Benson @bt_uk Maybe they can stop my Internet from dropping and reduce my monthly bill from £50 when we never use the phone too. I do like mars bars though
