@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...
-
Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England
@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.
-
Ian Bennett (@Bennett_ian7) reported from Ulverston, England
So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

@btsport Talk about 'weak', your commentators are weak for not mentioning the oil tankers full of cash that bankroll these guys. It's gotten so bad, I'm surprised the players don't leave oily slicks behind them as they run!
