So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

@WHITTERSTWLTTER @WhatsApp @bt_uk I've got them investigating it. They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Clearly @bt_uk engineers like to put their feet up at weekends. Broadband went down today (annoyingly during Popmaster!!!) and now not due to be fixed until Monday. Digital radio and dvds only 😤

@bt_uk Do the notes mention being sent a 4g WiFi unit to tide member until Tuesday because the guy on the phone said there is a landline issue in the area.

@bt_uk @btbusinesscare Been trying ( and failing ) to get some help / info on an issue. Had my business @btconnect email address for 25 years. Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

@GaryLineker I think all this is awful- we have sky and BTsport for my 74 yr old husband who loves football- but we just cant take on another bill! Its ridiculous

Just stumbled upon @WWE on @btsport , 1st time I’ve seen wrestling in a long time (Years) & wow ....******* Terrible, “Big guys” against Jobbers and botched moves all over the Gaff 😂 The crowd looked like it was at a funeral too!! @90sWWE was obviously a golden era !

@GuyLikeTy @bt_uk I am sorry. They need to do better. I had dreadful experiences with BT engineers and their customer service is a complete joke. They are inefficient, they don't listen and imo they lie

@bt_uk An engineer then called asking about it today, said he'd fixed it and buggered off. I call up to say it's still not fixed and you say the earliest appointment you can give me is in 2 days time. Its been going around like houses like this for over a week. JUST FIX IT WHEN YOU SAY.

NEVER BUY @bt_uk BROADBAND. If your connection goes they'll leave you stranded with no WiFi for weeks on end. Talk about showing support for you customers in troubling times - I can't work from home and my partner can't revise for her med school exams and they couldn't care less.

@bt_uk Yes I could do with some help. I want the best WiFi possible and my download speeds are usually ~ 42Mbps but it’s my so who complains about his game freezing in his bedroom

@bt_uk Hi, is there an ongoing wide area issue with Broadband? I’m on fibre 900 and service has been down since 1530. Switched on to the mini hub but it’s absolutely slow and no go even if placed right next to the window. Area: Runcorn, Cheshire.Thanks

@bt_uk @BritBox_UK BT shame on you. I may lose my new job due to multiple failures trying to get broadband installed. Several complaints open and you never return a call. Today you email me to say my engineer will arrive 24/12/2020 Every day 1.5 hours on phone queue and still not resolved.
