Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today Iβve now been told itβs the 15th and she isnβt able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.
