So @bt_uk have turned down the Wi-Fi on the home hub 5 routers, that’s beyond sneaky. Just to get everyone to buy the halo for an extra £7 a month. Can shove it if you’re gonna do that

Over a year into half the nation working from home, and when broadband goes down for over 20 hours (and counting) @NOWHelpTeam @OpenreachHelp can't tell you what the problem is, or when it might be fixed. Broadband is like water and electricity to us now @bt_uk Hopeless.

@bt_uk Yes it was a completely new service. My husband is the account holder do I'll get him to DM now but this is a terrible Start to a contract that I will be stuck in and with service like that makes me regret switching
-
Lulu Pine (@Lulu_Pine) reported
@jepine1 @bt_uk This is beyond appalling, how is anyone supposed to successfully work from home with this level of service. Unbelievable that a company like BT are unable to keep to promises & rectify this problem they created in a timely manner.
-
Kirsty (@KandyKandy2013) reported
@bt_uk Yes. It was a completely new service. I'll get my husband to DM across now as he's the account holder.
-
Michael Sheridan (@MikeMakesMedia) reported
God why is @bt_uk broadband so awful? It's very stressful when you rely on it - I've been trying to reset my router for the last two hours. Had 2 engineers out too and it's still crap. I can't wait till the contract with them ends and I definitely won't go with them ever again.
-
RTW 🏃🏼🚴🏼 🌍 (@RichTWarms) reported
@bt_uk Yes, there are known issues in the area. My point is that there are only so many things that can cause the problem. So why has my provider got no info from @OpenreachHelp? And why is it acceptable for BT to manage a system with these faults when broadband is an essential service?
-
Ruth Davies (@RuthieD10) reported
@bt_uk Hi, same problem as yesterday this evening. Why is my internet going down in the evenings? This is not right
-
McDragon (@McRichDragon) reported
@bt_uk please get my business broadband sorted. Yet again, dropping out, slow, expensive....online fault reporting is useless 😡
-
TommehDoulton (@DoultonTommeh) reported
@bt_uk @LiamJPalmer @andrewrobertso5 So many normal working people are paying your organisation good money for your product/service and you now think that entitles you to tell those customers how to think? BT and anybody involved with their ‘Hope United’ campaign deserve to be a target of hate, out of principle.
