They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

I called to terminate the contract but I have been asked to pay until 16th August. Also, you charged a ยฃ18 disconnection fee. Why do I need to pay after contract?
