Would like to keep it but business ( now sold ) leaving BT. Have had BT at home for 20 years. Surely must be possible???

They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

George Somerville (@geosomerville) reportedDear @bt_uk - for 6 weeks I have had a wholly unreliable WiFi signal. So far I have had 2 engineers to the house & 2 to the outside set up. I am using the chat function again to speak with one of your colleagues for what is now the 8th or 9th time. There is no consistency, I have to relay the problem each time & each time they have another trick to try. I am getting nowhere with fixing the problem & just going around in circles. Please can I speak to someone who can help!!!!! PLEASE!

Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesnβt work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. Iβve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. Itβs really poor.
