They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.

Just come off a call from them this morning and they have an engineer booked for TUESDAY, assuming the turn up this time and fix the fault, thatโs 20 days youโve left a know vulnerable
