They asked me to disable IPv6 in hub manager but that's a workaround not a fix for it (I haven't tried it either I can send instructions if you want to try it)

Lee Ralph (@LeeKRalph) reported@bt_uk @bt_uk itβs gone bad again. 11 mbps. Iβm paying Β£52 a month for a service that isnβt holding up and itβs extremely distressing. Iβve reported the fault again but despite being told I was getting 20mbps+ after the first fault, this just isnβt the case. Please look into this.
