    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @bt_uk Hi no I haven't. I was told I have to swollow the charge. I know its just 50pbut bt are rude. I would like my 50p back. Childish I know but bt are being rude!

    @CCriadoPerez @bt_uk You could try @aaisp - they're not the cheapest but they do have excellent customer service and will do the chasing up of Open Reach for you
