  @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

  @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

  @bt_uk Last Wednesday, my elderly mother and I phoned BT about the new digital landline service. Everything was arranged for the 28th August. Today, we received a letter from BT saying 'Sorry you're leaving' and a letter from EE who seem to assume we're changing to them. WTF?

  @bt_uk your home hub for us went down at 10pm still down, down detector shows an outage yet literally no communication All the support pages are also saying down for maintenance, what is going on

  @bt_uk unbelievably terrible customer services, the people I have eventually spoken to have been good, but the automated system is crap as is the 'my BT' when you have a problem. Engineer appointment show 2 different days on different pages, so frustrating!

  @bt_uk I’ve now been without broadband for 23 days, thanks to your incompetence. I’ve had phone call after call assuring me you’ll fix it, texts and emails to say I’m live, yet NOTHING! Sort it out! This is down to YOU! Useless company. 🤬

  @bt_uk, has there been a broadband outage in Lanarkshire? I’ve restarted our BT Hub but it has made no difference.

  @herbie963 @bt_uk They make it as awkward as possible to put a justified complaint in and then give you the runaround in the hope that you give up. Wrong on my count !!!
