@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk internet has been intermittently down in the Beckenham area since Tuesday. Have had no updates from anybody and “fix” time keeps increasing (now Friday 6pm). How is compensation claimed for lost days without internet?

Dropped @MLBTV this year. 1) they had this annoying feature where you couldn’t skip though the “ads” when watching a replay, 2) they pulled playoffs without properly informing UK based viewers. Garbage service, will try @btsport

@bt_uk @BTCare signed up as a new customer for wifi through #BT. Broadband fitting appointment was today between 1pm-6pm. Booked half a days annual leave to attend. Engineer has ignored all my calls, texts and voicemails and hasn’t shown up. Leaving now after 7hrs. #fuming.

Anyone have any recommendations for Internet providers? @bt_uk @BTCare had a fitting appointment today. Waited 7 hours and they failed to turn up. Not a great first impression for a new customer! #recommendations #wifi #awfulservice

@bt_uk seems you have removed the customer out of customer service. I had to call for support yesterday evening. The agent opened a complaint and this morning it’s been closed without any update or addressing of the issue. I am so glad my customers don’t such a crap experience

@bt_uk Ladder. She left the job open so I would be first in her card still. Just had a call now from a BT service centre to re-book on a closed job offering 11th April as the next slot…. Bearing in mind I’ve already waited two weeks I don’t think another two weeks is acceptable 2/

@daraobriain Nope but we still have a platform to complain about poor services I. The UK @bt_uk Telegraph pole swapped outside = no broadband service and it will take 10 days to fix! All for £100+ per month!!!

@weareopenreach engineer says @BT_UK prob. BT engineer says Openreach prob. Like proverbial hammer, if it aint a nail, not interested & leave. THIRD engineer visit tomorrow, ZERO confidence in resolution. PLEASE BT send someone to find the problem and fix it - not reboot router.

@bt_uk Yes love someone to reply to me. Try to upgrade my contract for nearly a month now twice then got told today I have been cut off and there is no way of reconnecting the service I had hours ago so I can continue my work - this is just outrageous and a joke when I work from home

@bt_uk looking for some help here. My OAP father has been without internet two days. He lives in a village with no phone signal and he keeps getting different messages from your customer service team, engineer call outs being cancelled and hours on the phone. Please help!
