    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @bt_uk Hi Mat.The test came back saying that there were no problems with our line so we completed another reboot of the router and we’re now back online.However, previous restarts did not fix the issue. Will monitor the connection and get back in touch if problematic tomorrow.Thanks.👍🏻

    @bt_uk Don't want to be rude mate, but of course she reached out to you. Apparently now coming Monday morning, unfortunately heard this on multiple occasions so we won't hold our breathe.... Another day of waiting around to see if an engineer actually turns up.

    @bt_uk Wireless. It’s absolutely terrible. It affect my ability to generally search things on the internet, the stream football, music and do Zoom/teams meetings.

    @bt_uk Only if you’re able to expedite a fix. Quite a few homes in my local area are impacted by these problems. With so much now of life being managed online, having no internet for days is a major problem for some.

    So @bt_uk my patience is dropping with you guys daily, I thought sky were bad but you’re starting to take the crown. Literally the entire switch over has had s issues since the beginning and it’s starting to REALLY get on my nerves

    @bt_uk Hello again. Checked this morning and we are back on the 4G backup. Restarted the router and now back on the landline-supplied broadband. Evidently there is a problem somewhere causing this to keep happening so would be grateful for further advice/assistance. Thanks.
