@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Abandoned by @bt_uk. Full fibre down. No phone. Customer service trots out scripted answers. Contract exit arbitrarily suspended. No answers to my questions. No interest in my problem. Earliest fix 5 days min poss longer #shameful #shambles #CustomerService

@bt_uk I don't have 30 mins to wait on the phone so BT can give a poornexplnantion. I've had to wait at home for x2 5 hours period waiting for an engineer to come and then cancel. Hopefully another service provider will have better customer service than BT
