  @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

  @bt_uk Hi Paula, there appears to be a loss of signal, as the red light is on. Is there a problem in Bristol today? This was only installed Monday of this week

  @bt_uk 3 hours its taken me to watch one episode on @BBCiPlayer, signal keeps dropping out and it takes 10 to 15 minutes to get back up and running again.
