We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

I had to deal with them about 4 time over the 7 years and it was totally fine if a little expensive. I've heard from other people that they can be a pain.

Delmore Shwartz (@ShwartzDelmore) reported@bt_uk As long as BT rely on 19th century technology, I.e. copper wires their service will always be substandard. After years of persevering with the awful BT customer service we got fibre optic through Virgin, not a single problem in 2 years!
