@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk, I would like to give my aunty in England a phone call from the Netherlands. But when I am connected, a recorded voice tells me that all calls are scanned and I should say my name followed by pressing the house button. What's the house button? Please help, thx

Wow. Just Wow. @BTCare actually deliberately cut me off and refused to speak to me as I was "not a manager". Truly horrible "customer serivce" dealing with an account that's been in place for well over 40 years. @BTCare ? No you don't.

My partner's parents' landline has been down since yesterday. They're old, vulnerable and not mobile phone savvy. Estimate for a fix from @bt_uk? 21st May! Ridiculous.

Disgraceful service from @bt_uk again! Ordered fibre to our house nearly 3 months ago, waited 6 hours today for installation & it is a no show! This is after at least 20 messages to confirm the installation🤬
