@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@WGTA_FPL @FPL_Calamity @bt_uk In the past they gave me extra G on my phone contract. Have you tried their ‘public’ network. In my location I could stream easily on their public network.

@bt_uk Thanks Ash. I'm a @Plusnet customer and have been told that I need to wait until 11 March for BT Open Reach to connect us. Apparently you were connecting key workers as a priority but have stopped this? I can share details via DM if you think you're able to help.
