@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@quigdes @bt_uk @bancosantander Absolutely. You can see there’s a pretty front end build by interns/junior staff that flies together a bunch of legacy crap that doesn’t work. Problem is that obviously no one is paying enough money to have top talent, or enough attention to even care.

Just want to thank @BTCare for cutting off my business broadband line at home, due to an issue they admit is their fault, resulting in my being on the phone most of the day to no less than 4 agents, resulting in them saying they "may" be able to reinstate it before the New Year.
