    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @bt_uk despite booking a home move for today… no one came… I now have purple flashing lights on my hub and cannot work tomorrow - help!

    @bt_uk man I'm so happy your service is the most reliable in the UK. That's why my internet has gone to total **** for the last twenty minutes at clearly peak times

    @btbusinesscare You use the word 'help' so how about helping me - day 91 of waiting for BT to actvate an FTTP properly where all the hardware was working fine before you ceased the contract. Will today be the day...experience so far would suggest probably not... once again IMP-107511522

    @bt_uk It would be so much better to have a link on your website for checking status of mobile network.. also a link to easily report faults like drop in signal.. you have a chack status for line line, BB,TV. Why not mobile

    @jhowes17 Don’t fancy chances of many @TheVanaramaNL owners negotiating good deal W/ @btsport or is it league that do it? Highlights should be on straight after full time & TV game KO times that discourage away support create games that sound like U23 games. Business acumen of a gnat #gtfc
