@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Never before have I started a contract with any company by being shamelessly lied to my face as I have with BT. For such a big company the type of attitude they have towards their customers is just inexcusable. I cannot trust a single word of what they say by now. @bt_uk

@RealLifeWookie @BTCare Hey bud, that whole "if theres no fault you'll be charged" is just a standard thing all isps say. I've had loads of engineers out, and never had a charge.
