@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk @ree_bec_kahh_ Yep same issue myself, contacted BT Support and they first told me there was no issue and to try port forwarding before then telling me yes they’re have been multiple reports and they’ll hopefully be fixed within 24hrs

@bt_uk Yes alot people with bt Internet are having issues as I've spoken to many with the same issues on twitter. . My WiFi connection working fine but but the line connection is not working. Coming up with NAT failure.

ALERT: for anyone trying and failing to access anything @EpicGames related, if your ISP is @bt_uk, that’s why. BT is currently having issues with multiple things for some reason. Don’t worry, your fortnite, rocket league or fall guys accounts are not banned.
