@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare absolutely abysmal service. Supposed to connect today. No broadband thousands lost in revenue plus I have to pay my team for doing nothing today. I was reassured multiple times this WOULD NOT happen! But hey your £10 discount will go a long way!

@bt_uk have some of the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The fourth time this week I have been kept on hold for over two hour waiting to arrange an order for an international media company only for it to be subsequently cancelled by BT without us being notified
