@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk Having just spent over an hour on hold to speak to someone about faulty handsets, when the tone changed and there was a danger of someone answering the call ...they cut the line. Appalling customer service. Your explanation please.

@seankerrigan @bt_uk When exec bonuses are driven by short term cash flow, real commercial logic does not apply! They can boast to the market about how many (urban) fibre connections they’ve put in, not worry about poor rural service & how much it costs in future years when they have to fix it again

@bt_uk No WiFi since October. Promised to fix by 6 pm today. Now 23rd. Totally unacceptable. Also refused HALO hub to get me over Xmas. NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. FRAGMENTED & UNRELIABLE.
