@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

I've bought the #FuryWilder3 fight on @btsport, but don't have a BT Sport subscription. Had to give my sky card number, so I'm assuming it somehow knows when I switch to 490 at midnight?! Completely baffled......anybody?! Help!

@btbusinesscare today is DAY 5 WITHOUT A LANDLINE to my business. I've been told it maybe back within 28 days..... CASE IMP108531537 meantime we're closing down due to this. @btbusinesscare.

I've moved house for 2 solid days, I'm exhausted and the ******* aerial for the TV won't work AT ALL, my signal is **** in the new gaff and @bt_uk have cancelled our broadband order 4 times in 5 weeks. I could cry. Might as well have moved to a cave.
