@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@eddiemcgarrigle @bt_uk The issue sounds like interference from something. It could be a neighbour's heating going off, something you've got on timer, anything of that natures. It can be very tricky to work out what, but the fact that it happens at the same time every night can help to pinpoint it.

@bt_uk @btinternet @btopenworld Ah! OK, that was a bad example! It seems to be related to IPv6 connection - but this is across multiple devices. So at the same time, IPv4 sites are OK, but ipV6 sites are not. Will do more diagnosis

We have lost the Internet for the whole day today and it still haven't been fixed @bt_uk, with both of us working from home that is really bad as BT can't provide a date when the issue is going to be fixed. So disappointed as we have not even been told that there is an issue...

I had an issue with my @bt_uk tv box. I got through straight away and a replacement box was sent forthwith. I had help setting it up. Brilliant service. Eat your heart out @virginmedia

@btbusinesscare BT Business has absolutely shocking customer service, I was offered BT Broadband through EE (part of the BT Group). 9 weeks on BT seem unable to provide me with a service that they offered me. They get my name and email completely wrong its been a disaster from start to finish.

@bt_uk I'm on day 8 of no internet. I've lost hours on the phone to you. I've lost hours of work by being reliant on my phone hotspot. I am so annoyed and frustrated by your terrible, disorganised service and I am genuinely baffled how anyone can run a company like this!

Aaarrrrrrgh! When you hear of problems with @bt_uk upgrades, so you go to ridiculous lengths, to make it abundantly clear on your requirements. Within 2 hours, they're sorry that I don't want the landline (we do) and delighted that we're taking a game package (we're not) 😭😭😭

Anyone else getting untold numbers of 01202 cold calls at the moment. Off work ill & I've had 6 today! Block them & another 01202 number calls. I've even told 3 to F**k off! I'm not usually 'that' person but it's getting beyond a joke. All damn day. @bt_uk @BTCare Any ideas?
