@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

When @bt_uk take over 3 months to rectify a problem then fail to respond 3 times when you eventually get through on the phone I’d say that was disgraceful service. Also not had the decency of a reply from the head of customer service. No wonder they get 1.6 rating on Trustpilot.

@bt_uk Thanks. Just to be clear though - the 'pole' being replaced will only offer a temp fix - the temp fix that could not be made last week due to the pole being 'compromised' (old, rotting?!). Full restoration of reliable broadband that we pay for, is still up in the air. Thank you.

@bt_uk No BT is a farce! BT are happy to let long standing customers walk as they can’t resolve issues! Anybody reading this, if you live in rural/semi rural location, don’t choose BT. They don’t care, overpriced and bad connectivity!
