@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk can someone please help? Our hub has a solid blue light but we have no internet connection 🫠

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@bt_uk It seems a waste of @WeAreOpenreach time to order a service, then find the person will not put a bracket on to a brick wall or take the cable down the side of a house! Routing of a cable and bracket is nothing to do with service availability. @WeAreOpenreach can you comment?

  • FeelitWorking aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported

@bt_uk still having major problems trying to find out if you can install a new service BEFORE I order. I need a cable secured by a bracket on brick, not upvc board and down the side of the house, not front. Why can't anyone discuss this? I don't want to cancel on the day itself!
