@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@bt_uk Why are your systems so ableist against those who cannot phone you? Apparently, I can contact the billings team via text chat, but they can't help with orders & have told me to "just call" instead. Ironically, there's no message system to the complaints department either.

@bt_uk Thanks for coming back to me Lisa. I have just finally managed to speak to someone and hopefully resolved my query. Some feedback that you could perhaps pass back is that BT should try and make it easier for customers to speak to BT customer service reps and not have to go 1/2
