@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk I had hoped a recent complaint with BT had been resolved. I have now had £649 taken from my bank for the non return of a handset the demand for which BT had said was an error & I need not worry about it! Although I emailed them this morning BT have not replied. Disgusting

@MartinSLewis @itvMLshow My Pensioner father was being robbed by @bt_uk as he just didn’t do this pointless dance of threatening to leave. He had never upgraded. They were charging near £200 pm for his phone & internet. He was too proud to tell us and just thought that how kuch it cost.
