@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

@bt_uk Disgraceful that my 91 yr old mother has had her service disconnected since 21 Sept 2022 due to BT and Open Reach inefficiencies. Spent hours on my telephone trying to rectify to no avail.

@bt_uk I mean…tbh this is the only reason I pay for it. And to have it not work is not ideal. I’d appreciate a refund of some kind but won’t hold my breath. Illegal streaming seems to be the way forward. Thanks for your help though Laura it’s not your fault
