@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@btsport cancelled my BT sports package because of the PPV rip offs, when I subscribed UFC was included in the price.. I was mis-sold so not only have you not made a sale, you lost a customer!

Ok @bt_uk. So why if I pay a packet for FTTP am I still getting "video paused poor connection" and "unstable internet" messages? You've altered the frequency more than once but all that does is bugger up my wifi discs. No such problem with @Plusnet superfast and it's 1/4 of the £

@bt_uk constant DSL link downs every few hours, every day the past 2 weeks. This issue occurs every year in the summer months and is getting very annoying, any help?

My internet is still flakey but @bt_uk are fixing it now (there's been a number of complex faults & bad luck). I recommend messaging them on social media. They got me in touch with the right people in the company & it seems to be a good & decent social media team running it.

@bt_uk Thanks so basically we would pay for landline even if we choose not to have it? (as the broadband cost with or without landline is the same) So what do I do if I am a customer whom doesn't want landline but also doesn't want to pay for it?

@bt_uk Same issues but not too bad over the last three days or so. If the "line is very long and will experience errors" you might like to consider not charging me the full amount month on month?
