@bt_uk you are worse than useless. We are on superfast2 broadband & our speed is a miserly 24Mb, which is slower than we had with superfast1! Waited 3 weeks for an engineer. He confirmed it was slow and left saying you would be in touch within 72 hours, that was 96 hrs ago! 😩

@bt_uk i have been trying to ring 0800 783 1401 and 0800 800 150 since 8am to cancel my account but they are not working. I tried webchat but they just keep telling me to ring above numbers. I would like to give 30 days notice from today so I can move to cheaper deal elsewhere

@bt_uk A little bit of notice would’ve been nice. I understand I got an email on 24th April but this was only to say my bill was ready (bill never usually changes so didn’t check) an email to inform customers would’ve been nice

Hayley (@HayleyDoot) reported
@bt_uk not exactly ecstatic that our bill has gone up 16%. Bad enough that it has increased significantly without any notification of a price change, but also when we are still in a fixed price contract until January 2023
