We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Now find out I need to pay £7.50 a month to keep the email service I’ve had from them for 20 years. This is absolute robbery @bt_uk . Talk about anti competition !
