@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk disgusted at how BT are behaving. Three weeks without internet or landline, elderly/ vulnerable people relying on their services have now been told the issue ‘may’ be resolved by 13-12-21. Pathetic, it seems they only care about their pockets!

@bt_uk just recontracted. Now broadband has slowed down to a crawl and landline full of crackle - unusable atm. Logged fault last Thursday. The landline is now crackling and playing up. Filed a complaint on Sunday. 5 days on? Not a peep from BT. #customerservice #not

@bt_uk right here I am again without internet….. so Amy your technician has came and made attempts now to fix it… but to no avail it’s gone again… not only do we not have internet still but I am trying to work from home as a local govt employee and complete work for uni?????
