@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@N17Dorps @btsport Bad times. BT will now contact another company, OpenReach - who will send someone out in 4/5 days to look at the cables, tell you to switch it off & on. Awful providers and insulting customer service.

@bt_uk Hi! It looks like you no longer provide the Reminder Call Service with Digital Voice? Is that correct and will our payment for Calling Features automatically be adjusted to reflect that?

@bt_uk my internet keeps dropping off, happens around this time every day the past few days. I understand the best speed I can get is 10meg, poor but it’s copper line only in my area in central London, but consistency would be good. Can you look into it please?

@bt_uk There’s a fault with the BT network which has left me without internet since yesterday. I’ve been advised that you aim to have fixed this by 23:59 on 23/05. We’re unable to work/do school work during that time. Is that the best you can do? Why does it need to take so long?

@bt_uk Yes I did and it was supposed to be activated today. When I checked the order status yesterday, it said "we had to cancel your order" (no coms received abt it). Called up the CC, they didn't know why and all they could do is to do a "reissue" and an updated ETA of May 25.

@bt_uk Why is my internet so bad paid extra to have the gaming package and I can’t even watch sky go without it freezing and cutting out and to top it off the my BT app just crashes. Happy to put my bill up but can’t even offer a stable broadband!

Resist. Don't sign up to BT's Digital Voice. It's unfit for purpose. Trust me on this. Stuck with a phone that doesn't work @MartinSLewis @bt_uk @Ofcom

@bt_uk Once again another day wasted sitting & waiting for @bt_uk who I confirmed an appointment with for today twice, even this morning I called & it was guaranteed. What a joke they are. Disgusting lack of service and care
