@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@DJKELMA1982 @btsport Just an eye ball - didn't kill anyone.... and yet he received an 11 year jail sentence. Had a few punch-ups myself over the years but never "accidentally" hooked an eye ball out.

@bt_uk your service is impossible to navigate. We tried to connect a new router but there’s no internet connection. We booked an engineer visit for Tuesday, an email confirmed a visit but no date or time. We need to talk to a human in connections without waiting half an hour
