@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

Does anyone get broadband and tv from BT @bt_uk If so a. What is their product like b. What is their customer service like. I am totally dissatisfied with @SkyHelpTeam and their efforts to upgrade my broadband. I also have a Sky Q upgrade booked.

So speaking with @bt_uk and the woman said that I must be too close to a bus stop thats why my speed is poo, 1 the router is at the back of house and nearest bus stop is 10mins away never heard so much **** in my life
