@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk why is the internet up and down? It’s been like this for days, my smart tv won’t connect. How come I have guarantee of being connected and it’s all up and down for work and in my own time. When are you fixing it?

@bt_uk Maybe you should concentrate on actually doing what you are supposed to.I moved house yesterday on the basis that my service would be connected because I have a heart monitor which needs broadband. Didn’t turn up. Next stop, papers and MP.

@bt_uk Thanks, I still have a query ref my account billing, whenever I try instant chat it’s unavailable. Try phoning the helpline and go through an automated service not actually answering my query so still unresolved

@bt_uk In the last 12 months, the worst uptime I had was 99.21%. Must suck to have such an unreliable service that it needs backup.....
