@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp I have had no internet for 2 weeks now! Problems with fibre install and reconnecting temporary copper connection is delayed for unknown reason! Now told to wait 48hrs just to be updated but still no internet!

@bt_uk slow speed below your guaranteed speed. for last 24 hrs. cuts off hub has to be reset. and its nothing to do with me. its all you can you sort it please and stand by your promise to refund me if speed is not what you promised. thank you.

@btsport Yet as a company, you charge far to much for what you give to the customer. You are ok forcing those teams and league to bend to tv times and schedules which means fans are traveling at nonsense hours and teams don’t get the rest. But sure, you’re the best.
