We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reportedWell that didn't last long. Had @bt_uk 500Mbps fibre for a couple of weeks and already having issues. Engineer aimed to fix it by the end of the day on Friday. Not next day or anything. Three days. Expected better really.

Emma Wilde (@emswilde) reportedDay 42 of new full fibre broadband/phone not working. Neighbour’s was fitted today and his was same. His engineer called some magical DCOS (?) place and got them to rebuild his ONT and his now works. Can you please order this for me @bt_uk ? 🙏🏻
