@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk Won't let me watch any live feed, I've tried clearing cache, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. I don't get errors or error messages. I tap what I want to watch and it does nothing.
