@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk BT Box packed up on Thu 22/7/21. 'Loss of signal' error message. Tried resetting to factor defaults, off/on, etc. No luck. Called BT Helpline in Newcastle on Fri 23/07/21. Very helpful but conceded defeat on fixing. Replacement box arrived today within 24 hours! Well done, BT!

@bt_uk yeh, but there doesn't seem like anything i can do until i change broadband provider. Living in a rural village u have no interest in building full fibre, for a good price is what is making me move provider after 14years of being your customer.

@bt_uk So we need to re book our order and wait for openreach to turn off the old line. The issues are 1 BT did not tell us there was a problem 2 We have to re order ourselves and 3 we are still paying direct debits - even though there is no service. I realise we will get a refund

@bt_uk Yes there was a problem with the existing line in the new house and they cancelled our order without telling us ! So we made the order two weeks ago before moving amd only found out after we moved and the broad band didn’t come on as expected .
