Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...
-
Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.
-
Mike Chorley 💙 (@chorley_mike) reported from Grange-over-Sands, England@bt_uk our internet is not working properly, its off more than its on at the moment. Can you sort it out, we re paying for a service that we re not getting. Thank you.

The Factory Tap (@TheFactoryTap) reported from Kendal, EnglandYes looking elsewhere after 20 odd years @VodafoneUK #robingbastards nearly as bad as @bt_uk
-
Darren Nicholls (@digitaldaz) reported from Kendal, England@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

-
Kev Kirk (@kevkirk76) reported@btbusinesscare why am I STILL being billed when our service ended 17/7 and we’ve paid the final bill. Now being billed for another month. Your billing department manage to ***** up every time we’ve used BT.
-
Alan Swanson (@Haggisguy) reported@bt_uk I'm unable to manage my account online due to the recent changes you've made with MFA and needing a uk mobile phone. How do I check on my billing, how do I know what my bill is, and how do I pay it. Tried multiple times calling customer service and nobody has a solution??
-
Steve Taylor (@stevetaylor10) reportedI have to say if I gave my customers the same service that I'm receiving from @bt_uk I really would not have a business left.
-
Bartman6669 (@bartman6669) reported@bt_uk MUST DO BETTER. Charging my mother whose husband is terminally ill £75 a month for broadband. Called them and they stated best they can do is £52 when offering NEW customers £29. 40 years a customer and they don’t care about her. @telegraph @TheSun
-
Dr Pauline Nelson (@DrP_Manc) reported@bt_uk What are you going to do for my elderly relative for the 8 weeks I have to wait? With no phone line. Appallingly bad service @bt_uk.
-
Sparky (@oftheVotadini) reported@bt_uk @tringgooner I hate corporate replies like this. Instead of taking ownership of the problem, they palm you off to another department who will fob you off with a desultory offer
-
Chris (@tringgooner) reported@bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy don’t you? Messed around, then asked for a £20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. It’s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
-
Rural Record (@AnonEtc) reported@bt_uk We did, Ian in Stockport told us exit fees fluctuate constantly...despite giving him the exit date! It's this overt complication, plus language (see the previous pic, "see how switching will IMPACT you"), against the ethos of Ofcom, which is why BT will lose customers and fail.
-
Twz 🏴 (@xTwzsr) reported@bt_uk your wifi is ****.
-
John (@palacejohn) reported@bt_uk Incorrect. Tried but the same useless system. Finally successful by using option to leave BT. Straight through to a human being, strange how loss of customers is more important than giving good service.
