    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare what a joke. Had no internet in our business since Friday. Was told it would be fixed by Monday at the latest… now engineer that came to fix it says we need a new router and hybrid connect but there’s a fail on the system so it’s 2 days before it can

    @BTCare For a company to take £366.86 for a month bill after your agent said “ we have raised the complaint…money will not leave your account” to seeing you have double billed me! This is why you don’t have direct debits with idiot companies!

    @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare just when you think the bs couldn’t get worse ! Order placed in March, BT eager to please with promises they can’t keep. Absolutely disgusting business customer service. Dates 4 completion change monthly, now saying December #joke

    So we have a dedicated business leased line and @BTBusiness @btbusinesscare are doing **** all about it! Been down for over 24 hours and despite being told several times its still not on, assume we we been able to invoice you for thousands of pounds for loss of earnings
