@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk any help as to why our monitor is no longer recognising sound? If the baby cries the monitor isn’t flashing up, so we are sleeping through them crying!!

@bt_uk It would be very helpful if you could tell all your colleagues to stop using capital letters with bold font when answering customers’ queries by email, illegally retaining customer’s personal mobile number, and refusing to delete it even after being formally requested. Thanks
