@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk I've asked to swap to bt months ago .. had an engineer appointment on the 25th he never showed... this is after waiting 4 months for a new cable then a couple days later your asking me to send the equipment back
