@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk No confidence in your customer service: dead line and broadband for 2 days. 3 different future fix dates cited by call centre, app and fault email (last of which has a “track” option that says I have no fault!). Hopeless. App each day says fault will be fixed today. Help!

@bt_uk Yes please. I’m not going to die in a ditch about it I just find it odd to read that if the leccy goes off I will have to use a mobile to make calls. What’s the point of that? I didn’t ask for the service to be changed.

@bt_uk is anybody else's broadband download speed fluctuating badly today? Mine is going from around 35mbs down to under 1mbs constantly? Super annoying to download something that would normally only take a few hours and so far its taken 6 and still going.

@bt_uk I’ve been told I’m being switched over to it but I can’t see the point of it. The whole point of a backup service is that it works when the power is off. Don’t really know about phone lines. I’ve had your broadband installed.
