@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk Tell me one thing, under what circumstances will you start to send engineers to customer’s homes? Why when other businesses can and have adopted COVID secure practices have you lot just said, sorry we don’t do that anymore? How long will it be before an engineer can visit me?

@btsport absolutely appalling service from you continually for sports channels. My husband far too polite - waste of money and time. Every time try to watch something there is no service and followed by umpteen minutes on the phone trying to sort it out! #sendanengineer

So it transpires that @WeAreOpenreach aren’t carrying out the work I need due to current Covid restrictions & @bt_uk didn’t know! Very poor communication from both companies not only with each other but also to the end user, it only took 5 unattended appointments to be told! #bt

Regarding last nite's incident in #paris at the Champion's league fixture : the romanian offficial was not referring to a PLAYER. He was referring to one of the COACHES. Who obviously didn't have a NAME or NUMBER on his shirt to identify him by - @btsport @btsportfootball
