@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!

Anyone else having problems with wired internet with @bt_uk recently? 5/6 times it’s stopped my download today, loss connection twice on Monday, it’s never been this bad?

@bt_uk please, please help. My 81 year old Mum has had her telephone cut off since Saturday after problems connecting digital voice and her lifeline alarm. Openreach left voicemail today saying they would ring in a weeks time. Being quoted 30/11 for reconnection. BT Help Pls

@bt_uk just plugged in the broadband router, nothing no lights nothing, spent an hour holding on the fault line, now your going to close your lines, what a terrible service

@TheAnfieldTalk Disgusting that this fixture has been rearranged before the first game at the Bridge was cancelled due to the Queen’s death. @btsport needs to **** off with their early kick off times. Take McManaman with you too

@bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…
