    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    4th attempt. Appointment cancelled without informing me again.... Waiting in for @bt_uk to install Internet in new home. 4th day, no engineer. No communication from engineer. So poor. How can a communications firms offer no communication at all? Totally shite.

    @bt_uk Nah I can’t be bothered dealing with the platitudes from your support team. If you couldn’t be bothered to provide me a good service whilst I was paying, what incentive have you got to do so given that I’ve serving my notice period after cancelling?
