@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk Given you haven't delivered my Internet as promised, and that leaves me without any phone signal I'll soon be lonely. No updates, no reasons, no communication. It's almost admirable that all aspects of BT's operations are equally awful.

@bt_uk I was told exactly the same thing a week ago. I've now been working from home for a week through my mobile hotspot and spent over £50 on additional mobile data whilst paying for a BT service I haven't got. I assume my next monthly direct debit payment will be waived?

@bt_uk my cousin’s been waiting for his broadband to work a MONTH after you’ve installed the line wrongly!Every time he rings, your customer service puts the phone down on him! Utter disgrace

@bt_uk services have been shocking. Passed from pillar to post, spending easily 4 hours on the phone in as many days and still no fix. You will not be paid unless you sort this out and I am granted some form of compensation for all of the stress. #useless

@bt_uk I had it installed in July and then it took 6 weeks to get a signal and Internet it has now gone again and everytime I speak to someone they don't know what to do. I'm fed up now if the fibre does not work stop selling it in my area. The service is definitely not what I was sold

@bt_uk Could you reconnect me with the Internet and phone signal as you promised to do over a week ago? I'm drifting apart from a lot of people. But I do enjoy my none essential journeys just to get phone signal to check that you have failed to deliver a promised update.

@bt_uk we have found out yesterday afternoon that our house move is not going ahead and when asking to delay our BT Broadband being cut off we have been told it is too late and we will now not have any internet over Christmas - with kids and family here. Help please!
