@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk @BTCare there are serious circular links on the website. Trying to begin a "moving home" order+retain my BT acc but can't get passed repeatedly confirming my new address. The visual link process doesn't work. I'm waiting nearly 40min to speak to someone. @virginmedia

Me: so ur shafting me for having my account for 10 years and im paying double what everyone else pays Bt : yes Me: ok nice way to treat existing clients ill move elsewhere. I appreciate the call to tell me im being screwed though
