They've told me @OpenreachHelp need to update their records to show that I have a box that I've received service to for 3 years. Perplexed as to why it takes from now till Monday to update a record for an escalation, though!

Kev Parkin (@KevParkin3) reported@bt_uk why do all your broadband service status checkers, troubleshooting and fault reporting pages require the customer to enter their BT phone number when you sell broadband without a phoneline... i.e. you cannot log a fault or check status. Really poor.
