    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @bt_uk Value team? I’m not a good customer yet :p but I was last year and I remember having to fight hard for fibre 2 when I signed up then too! Since your base systems say that I’m not eligible to sign up to it - another staff at the time had to use another system to which worked

    @btbusinesscare To be fair this is not nearly so bad as the time you cancelled my telephone line by accident. I am guessing it will be more efficient to wait for the help desk on the morning. You could flag the conflicting info in the picture for someone to fix

    @bt_uk hi just wondering if you can help just wondering if I can remove my @Netflixhelps that I had thought the subscription your subscription service as I'm moving to @SkyHelpTeam and have cut your service to the lowest pacl to the contract ends but still saying basic netflix

    @bt_uk there has been no internet connection in LA158SD since 1am Tuesday bt Web says it would be down up to 24 hours but this now long passed still no service please advise when service is to be reinstated +cause of breakdown + refund, Access is essential for the business

    @bt_uk one unhappy customer. My line was supposed to be activated today only to find a message saying it has been delayed until 27 May. I have taken the day off and now I have no WiFi

    @andybcom it was unbelievably bad - you couldn't use it abroad, the spam, it lost emails, it would jam up, the customer service was pitiful - BT were there worst email provider I've ever used. @bt_uk

    @bt_uk having nightmares with our Wi-Fi! We’ve upgraded and have had several engineers out and our wifi is worse then ever! Please help as making working impossible!
