@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk Absolute con internet down Thursday . ‘We will send you a hub’. - no you didn’t. Internet down again today ‘we will you send a hub’. Probably haven’t. Why not just have better infrastructure? Engineer not here until Tuesday! Not very good promise! Misleading advertising!

@bt_uk Was set to move to FTTH on 21st May and early morning they cut my FTTC connection even before the Fibre ONT was installed and later found an issue with fibre install. Now without broadband and assured copper will work next day. Empty promises, worst company to deal with

@bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)
