@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Being told I’m going to have a 3rd cease and reprovide, no date for when the work will done and I should wait another 2 days just for an update. By then it’ll be day 80 with no internet and no solution. No better than where I was 11 weeks ago. @bt_uk @Ofcom

And I’ve had the same @bt_uk engineer sent out on week 1 and week 10 and even he can’t believe it’s such a simple issue that hasn’t been resolved by @OpenreachHelp. This is bullshit

@bt_uk My service was due to go live 30/04. Due to a line fault won't even get an update until 12/05. Been told by one department i can get a mobile hub (delayed provision) then told by the next person not possible.
