@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@SkyUK Don’t buy SKY Glass, stick with your old television and get a puck or even go to @TalkTalk or @bt_uk . I’m having a nightmare with these guys even through there “Priority Team”. I’ve had problems ranging from cosmetic damage screen problems all I want is a working tele!

@bt_uk The chap from Openreach just rang my doorbell- there was a loose connection- he can't get a mobile signal where I live so he's going to drive off and test it again in the next 10 minutes 👍

@bt_uk 2/2 and every complaint is conveniently blamed on @OpenreachHelp. I don’t pay my bill to them, I pay it to BT. @WeAreOpenreach won’t invest in rural broadband but BT happily take the money anyway.

@bt_uk just spoke to the worlds rudest man on the phone when I had a question about joining your service. Not exactly the welcome I’d want from a broadband service. Looking elsewhere now.
