@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk ‘apparently’ according to your team member or colleague, an order which I have already received the equipment for has not gone through. Forget the internet. I am now left without a working phone line. How do you suggest I call emergency services if required?

14th April - hub arrives. Plug it in, still flashes either orange or purple. At this point, I still have some sort of weird faith that has a paying customer @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp will fix it. Spoiler alert; no they won’t.

@MarcAllera @bt_uk The level of customer service at BT has always been awful, but today it surpassed itself in rudeness, greed and selfishness...really really ruined our weekend..that was bt and their crew...TERRIBLE

Your fault is currently with our supplier who will work to fix this as quickly as possible. We'll open a complaint to monit
