We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

Steve Lees (@measlewolf) reported@bt_uk my mum is a vulnerable customer and had a new connection on the 1st July and itโs never worked. An engineer was due on the 8th, 14th and today Iโve now been told itโs the 15th and she isnโt able to make it. Every-time I call I have to repeat the same tale. Help.

Broadband went down 10 minutes after he left. New appointment made and then cancelled not by me. . I have never experienced service as bad.
