    @btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

    @btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

    @btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

    @bt_uk our internet is not working properly, its off more than its on at the moment. Can you sort it out, we re paying for a service that we re not getting. Thank you.

    @KookyKym @bt_uk Iโ€™m on the BT900 (guaranteed speed of 700) and get less than 100 most days. No issues according to BT. Am still in contact with them to try and resolve this.

    Het @bt_uk @EE we don't have a landlines any more and we're never going to subscribe to your ****** ripoff broadband or TV service so can you come and take the cable away? Thanks.

    @mizmuggle @bt_uk Now router says "connected" (an improvement) but internet doesn't work 'cos the DNS IP address the router is getting is wrong. Can't even ping the DNS IP 81.139.56.100 No option to set DNS from BT Router! Changing DNS IP locally , to 8.8.8.8/4.4.4.4 and internet works.

    @JimSpenceDundee @WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk Important to add, and what makes it even more insane, I personally contacted their Chief Executive because the BT brand I buy my broadband service from (my contractual partner), had their complaints rejected and told me to do so. There was nothing further they could/would do.

    @bt_uk They've already told me nobody can help with why my broadband order is delayed because they're closed today. And apparently it's a bank holiday in England tomorrow so they can't help tomorrow either. Fobbed off, couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.

    @maisiethetortie @NLeespeaking We (@bt_uk) have to โ€˜send a textโ€™ to the 3rd party mobile phone that IS working, so we can continue this conversation about the actual BT landline not working. Weโ€™ll spend the next 15 mins sending silly codes to the only WORKING telephone !

    @EDiamond136 @bt_uk Absolutely ๐Ÿ’ฏ people get laid off from companies after 30 years service by a boss who has been there 6 months. I see it every year in every type of business. The lack of respect for peoples loyalty is wild

    @bt_uk I think anyone would be unhappy donโ€™t you? Messed around, then asked for a ยฃ20 deposit to that you will hold onto for up to 6 months. Itโ€™s a bloody disgrace. That is no way to treat any customer. And you know it.
