@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

CL access was faaaaar better when on terrestrial. BT have NO desire to maximise audience, only payments. YOUR charges for “everything else” show that😶

@Zardoz67 @bt_uk Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @cybersmoov to me and they help me recover my locked account. His an expert.

@bt_uk they said their transmitter nearest to my address is working. thru have asked me to retune with the aerial plug removed and then to retune with the plug back in. No difference with the result. i suspect i have damage to my tv aerial but i can’t be sure.

@bt_uk @OpenreachHelp 4 days with no internet so far. BT Now predict it 'might' be fixed by Wednesday 26th! Utterly appalling service. If you live in rural areas, you don't matter.

@bt_uk where are you? Planned install of broadband upgrade today. Waited in from 1pm to 6pm as requested. Received text to say you were coming. No reply from engineer and 30min queue to get to your main contact number ! Poor service
