@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@bt_uk How long does it take to fix a phone line? 24 hours? A week? A fortnight? … my 88 year old mother has been without a phone line for A MONTH!!! which also means that her emergency panic button doesn’t work either.

@JohnWLewis @bt_uk @GiganetUK I was with Sky till recently but went full fibre a few weeks ago. You will not regret it if you switch in my experience. My Dad got talked out of his Giganet service by Shell Energy not realising he was going back to copper. He reverted with great support.

@bt_uk You are not even listening… I was promised an email resolution and you are saying someone is scheduled to telephone me. Meanwhile you’ll issue another bill and take more money. Your customer service is awful.

@bt_uk @Triciamck18 I’ve had similar issues, been overcharged for three months and promises to sort it out have come to nothing. BT make it so hard when we’re already dealing with so much 😔 I hope they do something to help.
