@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk Lights cycle through all 3 colours. Takes a minute to fix. Tried to call but got a text message and the phone put down. The text messages say there's no issue with the internet/line

@bt_uk So both me and my partner are expected to just tell our bosses that? understand that there are complexities but paying for a service that isn't available through no fault of your own isn't acceptable. If we don't work we don't earn money. Times are hard. this needs to be resolved

@bt_uk broadband went down about 2 hours ago. After texting the number It now tells me it won't be expected to be fixed till the 10th. Meaning no Internet access for 2 days. My partner works from home and I rely on the Internet for work too.

@bt_uk hi. Your test system must be lying. My internet drops every 5 mins or so. Unusable and I need it for work. I've done the systems so much I know them off by heart. Please fix my issue 😡
