@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@bt_uk I would like help. I move into a new house on Thursday. @BarrattHomes have said they requested you to process our Internet, BT said last night after an hour on the phone that they hadn't received it. So someone is lying?

@bt_uk Disgraceful that my 91 yr old mother has had her service disconnected since 21 Sept 2022 due to BT and Open Reach inefficiencies. Spent hours on my telephone trying to rectify to no avail.

@bt_uk Internet out since Wednesday last week. Constantly receiving different information depending on info outlet. Openreach engineer cancelled tomorrow due to "fix" due at 21:47 but still nothing. WFH schedules messed around due to it. Can I please have an update?
