@btbusinesscare Yes that's the one. I had the same issue last month as well. Only difference last month they cleared the balance so at least I knew money wouldn't be coming out of our account.

@btbusinesscare trying not to moan but got to say I've been really disappointed by BT Business. We're a small 2 person business & we've had to jump through hoops to get a descent service. Bills have always been high, jumped on chat and then been offered a better service...

@btbusinesscare one complaint sorted. Now onto the next, you've managed to give us a brand new business tel no. when you were meant to be migrating our old one. We've basically moved 5 doors down from. Our old address.

@bt_uk We moved to the BT Halo for Business service. Month later phone service still not working. We have reported it 3 times now. NOTHING. I've emailed your CEO on 31/01. NO RESPONSE. I've raised a complaint. NOTHING. We just want a phone service that works. We are a small business.

SO bored of dealing with @btbusinesscare .. honestly, if you want a decent service ... avoid this lot!!! 4 months and still not resolved an issue caused by themselves. It's truly pathetic.

@bt_uk I've rung the customer care.. who have tried to be helpful but no decent speeds at all ... its like 1970s dial up speed in a very populated area... you obviously can't guarantee anything so I'll be cancelling with you as I've suffered long enough

@Catherinejourno @bt_uk Hi again, BT has a Universal Service Obligation which requires them to provide a service at any UK address so if you choose not to continue with the service, they're entitled to charge for cancelling a fixed term contract if outlined in their ts and cs.

Hey @bt_uk - why does your cloud phone service allow British companies zero access to call overseas numbers and why are we permitted to select just 5 countries that you can whitelist? If you’re a business DO NOT CHOOSE BT CLOUDPHONE.

@bt_uk Too much like hard work - I'm not a BT customer so I don't give two hoots about it but having given details to a BT person via DM last time I publicised this, it seems nobody would do anything anyway
