    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @BTCare hi I think we are having problems but the status says ok. Keep getting DNA errors. Have restarted router but still out . Number is 01872510709

    @btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

    @bt_uk I am moving house but there was a delay. let you know and u said you have changed the date. However, you then sent broadband equipment to an address half built & started my service, even through I am not in the property. Also no reply or acknowledgment to complaint email.

    @btbusinesscare The broadband no is 01326 240948. It was cut off on 22 Jan & took till 30th to get line back. No phone or broadband for business for 8 days. Today 1st Feb two of three offices now unable to make outgoing calls. This is crippling the business. Hard to believe... HELP

    @btbusinesscare after 3 months of lockdown BT cut off my line and broadband just as I reopened my shop. They cited that another company was taking over my line. I can assure you this is not the case. I now cannot take card payments in my shop! I raised a complaint this morning

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

We have been without a business service of phones & broadband since 23/8/22 & STILL not had verbal communication as to when we are going to get our CONTRACTED service actually supplied? Lots of promises - No action. You are a COMMUNICATIONS company for goodness sake.

    @bt_uk Wasn't wanting one sent out, I can easily pick up from your many EE stores which they are available. WE HAVE NO BROADBAND. NO ACCESS TO THE INTERNET. A SERVICE WE PAY FOR. Yet you are happy for me to upgrade to get that Dongle you will apparently 'send out'? Shocking.

    @bt_uk BT must have the worst customer response times ever. On hold for 20 minutes after being disconnected a number of times, and waiting for online chat is estimated to be over 25 minutes. @unitedutilities answer their phones within 10 rings with fantastic customer service.

    @bt_uk absolutely shocking service, my broadband has been out since Tuesday and I receive a message saying nothing will be resolved until the 15th September. No solution for my issues from yourselves. Very poor service.

    So this happened today. Broadband went down and we contacted BT. We were told there was a problem and they are going to fix it... BY THE 13TH OF SEPTEMBER!!! Contacted them to ask if they could provide a dongle till the problem is fixed via twitter, phone and... 1/2 @bt_uk
