    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @BTCare hi I think we are having problems but the status says ok. Keep getting DNA errors. Have restarted router but still out . Number is 01872510709

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @Josh_Taylor91 @bt_uk Yeah we had no internet at all for a month in lockdown, and have had a questionable connection all year, plus no phone signal indoors. Hooray internet 🥳

    After we initiated contact with @bt_uk we discovered the complaint had been closed ? Despite being a priority client since January& highlighting this again on Twitter they have only just flagged them on the system. Been told to wait for an update on Monday!Still no safety plan 😢

    Sorry all, stream is looking off the cards, as once again I'm getting a steady 0.59mb/s from my provider. My patience is FAST wearing thin with the shockingly slow resolution from @bt_uk It's been over 3 weeks now!!!

    @bt_uk Thinking about leaving you guys cause I still can’t get a decent Wi-Fi signal in any of my bedrooms and I’m paying each month for ‘complete Wi-Fi’ it’s an absolute rip off!!

    @bt_uk charging 32p/m for that low of a speed is actually criminal how are they getting away with this? Sky is utterly awful and we get double the speed from the same cabinet 😭😭

    So we were shut off by @bt_uk on the 8th April and they said the soonest they could get us turned back on is the 26th April!!?!! So they can turn us off with no warning INSTANTLY BUT CANT TURN IT BACK ON?! So. Obviously we needed a solution. They gave us some mini hotspot…

    @bt_uk Hi there yes please! However the problem is . Finally we have got our @bt_uk hotspot, it worked fine on the internet and our two phones were connected. Then after about 45 mins it just stopped working and won’t connect to the server. I’ve reset it, and done everything!? Help?

    @btbusinesscare It’s unlikely you can get us back online. I’ve already raised a complaint, in fact it’s your Indian complaint handler that has disconnected us and we’re unable to work (web developer company with no broadband!)
