@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

I so regret switching to @bt_uk for broadband from @SkyUK. Had no problems with Sky in a 2 floor house and now can't have a proper meeting in a normal flat with BT. Engineer came and told me that everything is fine but I wish he could attend the meetings with me 😡
