    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @GordonMichell @btbusinesscare @bt_uk I have, they're the problem sadly. Every year I swear never to deal with them again. This year I've kept to my word and BT have now lost all our business lines, broadband and mobile.

    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk Yes a complaint has been raised but all I’m getting is @WeAreOpenreach fault, but my contract is with you. I signed the forms on 28/02 and they still can’t give me an answer when the work will be done. It causing great stress as I cannot work from home.

    @bt_uk Streaming on the PC isn't intermittent, but using the PS5 on demand gaming service which is basically a stream of a game that you can play, cuts the service and eventually disconnects the PS5. It seems to buckle under any intense load. If I watch YouTube on anything it's fine.

    @bt_uk Let me ask this - do you often connect your new customers' broadband service, barely 30 minutes into the day (night) of the first day of service? Don't tell me you do, because that would be a damned lie. Years of custom, and this is how you treat your customers?

    @bt_uk I am a remote worker, working with companies on the other side of the world. What if I had been in the middle of something important? I certainly wouldn't have expected to have been connecting up my new broadband router 30 minutes into the day (night) my new service comes live.
