@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

@bt_uk Just FYI, was experiencing very poor WiFi connection according to your App. Looked at all the fixes you listed but discovered a magnetic car phone holder,which are popular, was the problem. One part goes on dash other on back of phone case. Might be worth updating list

@SueSuezep @bt_uk Took a broadband, phone and tv package with them but the tv service never worked. Had to fight tooth and nail to get out of it after giving them reasonable opportunity to get it working. 44 phone calls in total. Shambolic organisation to deal with.

It is so frustrating when @bt_uk disconnect your phone and Broadband through a mistake and it takes ages to get through to them - a different person each time so start again with the problem and they promise things that don't happen. Back to square one this morning.
