    Being told we have to just wait for @bt_uk wasn’t too helpful. When we asked how long we’d be waiting for the guy said “how longs a piece of string” nice service 👍🏼 @zeninternet

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @btbusinesscare I have had BTNet installed on the 2nd March but it is still not working properly. I get internal bills sent to me threatening switching me off. So much for the 6 hour fix

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    So @bt_uk couldn't find a call to listen to it and send me a transcript as I need to login to another area to ask for it. Now in deadlock and been told they have found the call and they are right seemingly ..... But I've still not heard the call or seen a transcript yet?

    @bt_uk Maybe don't offer cheap deals and keep prices the same for loyal customers??? Just a thought instead of the greedy nature of BT. Maybe that will increase customer retention when it comes to contract renewal time.... ?

    @BTCare how come bt mobile is the only mobile network in my area to go down when there’s a power cut? Everyone else’s phone is fine. I couldn’t even phone to find out what was going on. Couldn’t check the Scottish power website, nothing. But your asdas and tescos signal work ok

    8 missed resolution dates now @bt_uk. Not only that, you've changed the fault to fixed, and now I can't track it. You owe me so much compensation I'm going skiing. Offline for over 10 weeks. Explain.

    @bt_uk after 7 weeks delay 4 different engineers and countless calls Openreach have finally installed a line into our new property on Friday, only to be told it will be switched on April 9th…desperate to escalate this HELP

    Really unimpressed with @bt_uk. Ordered a home hub a month ago, arrived, no updates on engineer. Call them and they send 4g mini hub as temporary fix. Still no word on engineer so I call back. They tell me the order has been cancelled and they have no idea why.
