    @bt_uk I am not prepared to ring again. Be put on hold for upto an hour for the problem not to be resolved. Can you please get someone to call me.

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @bt_uk hi, can you help please. My mum reported a landline fault yesterday, engineer was booked, then BT cancelled this morning because network fault but with no information on when to expect resolution and no contact details. Status checker says fix expected Thurs next week??!

    @bt_uk I want you to know that I stopped my DD for BT Sport and a BT Openworld email to cancel them. I tried to email you to tell you but you - a communications company - have no email address! You send me emails but they're 'no reply' which is crazy. I'm not calling you.

    @bt_uk can you please let me know how to return my kit? I am going round in circles via your customer service / online. No link in my account to return equipment. Not received a returns package either (due 'couple of days' from 4th May according to the email - yet nothing)

    @bt_uk BT not to be trusted. Still without internet/landline. Messaged BT on 4th and no response. Customers should get a free upgrade or a dongle if it's taking this long. Awful seevice
