@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

@bt_uk I am tempted to cancel my entire package (phone, tv, mobiles, broadband and line rental) and go with a company who can provide the service.

@bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

@bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@AngryBritain @bt_uk Is dude. Wifi doesn’t carry an unlimited bandwidth, wired always work unless of hardware fail, maybe a wifi extender might be your solution.

@OpenreachHelp Just spoken to @BTCare who advise you guys say it needs a field engineer to investigate. That's after the engineer investigated last Friday and identified problem but said you have created a specialist team that deal with this. Confused!! Annoyed!!

Also **** @bt_uk for giving codes to customers to buy a ps5 and making the codes invisible to a bunch of people. I had no way to find my code and couldn’t get one.

@bt_uk my building doesn't have fibre but both of the building beside me both have fibre optic. This is terrible that its 2020 and the exchange is across the street from my flat and I am struggling to get fibre optic ran to my building.

@bt_uk Unbelievable! This is the SIXTH time your contractor has been booked & not turned up with no explanation & it seems no one at BT is able to hold them accountable! Is there no service level agreement? Does no one at BT oversee the contract? Absolutely diabolical service!
