@btsport @SkySports allowing customers during this national crisis to pause sports subscriptions, within a few clicks of logging into your online account, great work sky. @btsport forcing customers to call in to cancel, with very long wait times, not so great work bt #shameonyou

@bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

Good grief @bt_uk if you call, text or email me one more time to remind me you're installing broadband this week, your engineer will get a phone inserted sideways. This is harassment: I'm receiving calls texts and emails every day. Stop already. Very p*ssed off customer.

-

@bt_uk No all ok. Speed 150. Recent letter saying that our phone service will soon be switching to the back of the hub, was worried it might not work. It hasn’t helped by an idiot openreach engineer outside telling us we are not on full fibre when our contract clearly says we are.
-
CharlietheShepherd

Is this a phone scam. @bt_uk Phone rings, I answer - recorded message - This is BT, we've been trying to contact you, we are going to close down your landline & internet due to some suspicious activity. Press 1 to speak to our executive.
-
Kirsten Gibson
(@reallyblonde) reported
@bt_uk I appreciate the update Dee. Can you confirm it will be an Openreach engineer that will come out to connect it and not a contractor as contractors cannot resolve this problem. Also, how will we be reimbursed automatically if you don’t know how much costs we have incurred?

@bt_uk @BTGroup Day 18 without Internet - BT have now supplied us with a 4g hub which they initially said they dont do. The hub is useless considering I live in an apartment with concrete floors so 4g signal is rare. The hub cuts out every 30 minutes on the dot which is great!
