    @bt_uk No one is looking into anything. I have rung several times and emailed a complaint and not a single person has responded. I have equipment missing and a service starting for a house I don’t live in. Please delay the order until 30/10 and ensure the equipment is resent for 30/10

    @bt_uk said they would call in 24 hours. It has been over 27 hours now. I urge people to never use this company. I have had no customer service from the day I joined. Disgusting !

    @bt_uk no internet or landline since Thursday afternoon & BT say they cannot order an engineer from @WeAreOpenreach because my address is wrong yet again, a problem I thought had been resolved. I am furious with this company, all they give me is bad service. No reply to email too

    @BTCare Well Jules after months of problems and getting it wrong we finally agree to a monthly price set for 12 months broadband and after a few months BT write to our old address & put the price of our broadband up! Apparently it doesn’t matter that you agree it verbally because .....

    @HannahB4LiviMP @bt_uk Major problems with BT. Mainly customer service. Being put through the circle of “untechsupport” getting back to the start but being no further forward. Eventually ditched them and moved to Sky. Not perfect, but much better. Customer and tech support much better.
