@sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach @burger_bas Please can you look into this? I’m utterly disappointed and frustrated. As loyal customer who’s been with BT broadband since 2013, this is my final plea.

@bt_uk why spend millions of ££££ to attract new customer, then fail to look after your existing ones? This is marketing 101. Ah well contract up on 21st I guess I'll say goodbye!

Martyn Cox (@Blackthorncox) reported
@bt_uk Please can you help us. After 2 fibre lines, 2 visits from engineers, 2 routers, lots of calls to you, we still have no phone. We are now getting very fed up with your advanced digital phone, it doesnt talk to the hub (s). Its now getting ridiculous.

@bt_uk At this rate I should have never changed to BT Internet, nothing but issues from the start. Three days on the bounce having intermittent disruptions to the connection. Not to mention the lovely price hike since first joining 👌
