@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

Disappointed with @btsport @btsportfootball last night. Man Utds most comprehensive victory since 1995 and the focus was on VAR post match. Should have some respect for the footballers who created that record. Very poor.

Just a fun anecdote to add @bt_uk...we've spoken to at least 4 people about this and have been cut off every time. I have now driven to a car park in the hope of actually getting to speak to someone who can fix this problem. Pls help.

@bt_uk We have a new hub coming, today, so will see if that solves things. Support told me that, if it doesn't, there's nothing more they can do. Not sure where that leaves me, having shelled out £200 for Complete Wi-fi discs, though.
