    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    Hi @bt_uk we’ve had no fibre broadband in our area (Forest Hill, SE23) since Saturday. It was supposed to be fixed by 1pm yesterday. Spoke to call centre and they promised it would be done by 5pm. Still not working this morning - what’s going on?

    @bt_uk No. Have u seen how many there are & the poor condition of them?! It's every phone box in Catford & Lewisham! I'm not running around getting locations, phone numbers of all these boxes for you. Pls, just send out your maintenance team to London Borough of Lewisham & fix them all!

    @bt_uk hi, remember me? I tweeted you some weeks back about my landline and broadband issues? Well here we are, 24/1/23 and I have still not been reconnected. You disconnected me on 18/12 -3 days before you were coming to connect full fibre.
