@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@btsport Can you clarify something for me re Europa league, in the Feyenoord game after an incident the commentator said VAR was not in place in this round, Braga v Rangers VAR was used. Why one game and not another. All teams need equal chances to qualify.

@bt_uk My broadband has been half the speed it normally is. I registered a fault and according to your fault tracker it has been resolved. I’ve troubleshooted again but got a text to tell me there are no issues. This seems to be an ongoing issue - please help #thinkingofleaving

@bt_uk Longtime BT customer but now out of contract and looking at options. New customers seem to get better deals than more loyal customers and when friends are having such difficulties it makes me nervous about upgrading with BT. I just couldn’t work without my broadband connection.
