@bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk shocking service. New WiFi cancelled without any communication, now having to wait ANOTHER two weeks for activation. A whole month without WiFi whilst having to work from home!

@bt_uk Believe me, I’ve done all that. Now assured service will be live by Midnight Monday !! One day to switch off and 5 days to switch on. Crazy, and all BT’s fault. No point in talking to anyone else, as ‘the system’ won’t allow any quicker action.

@bt_uk Hi I have spent the past 2 hours trying to log a fault for my mum in law who has dementia, you keep asking for her password but she doesn’t know it, I spent 45 mins on hold only to be spoken to by someone who was rude beyond words. How can I get a meaningful response from you?

So disappointed with the service received by @bt_uk this afternoon, left this morning without internet or landline (no notice) which has been discussed, but now I have raised a further issue but as it's an open reach issue they wont help :(

@btsportufc PPV price is ridiculous. Especially that there’s not a lot riding on this fight. We don’t even know if the division’s champion will fight again. Not even an interim belt at stake. @btsport is expensive enough never mind a PPV on top of it to watch it at 3am

@bt_uk @OakNational So my Internet has been playing up no end since this new firmware update, had a new smart hub sent out and still same rubbish which is awful net on mode 1 and won't connect to discs on mode 2. Shocking service that I'm paying nearly 40 a month for.

@bt_uk no help when I call. Promised broadband connection today - nothing! Ever tried working from home & home schooling kids without the net?!? Come on BT. Why go direct when you get this? I booked this appointment weeks ago and your engineer doesn’t bother to turn up!
