Dermot O Callaghan (@Omodon) reported from Quintrell Downs, England@bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

Tom Tolkien (@tomtolkien) reported from Newquay, England@bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

It was Only when I ran out of mobile data I called for help to find I’m entitled to no help at all!

Ben Chandler (@benchandler93) reported@bt_uk Hi, we need a broadband issue addressed due to fale sale information from BT staff. On the 2nd June a BT salesperson knocked on our door and tested our internet speed and told us the internet speed was below our contracted level.

Ross (@Rossva1189) reported@bt_uk I have read all this. The point is you are making me pay 7.50 a month for IMAP enabled email, whereas a) I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and b) many providers offer this for free. It’s daylight robbery and you do it to try persuade people not to leave you
