    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @BTCare hi I think we are having problems but the status says ok. Keep getting DNA errors. Have restarted router but still out . Number is 01872510709

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk @MarcAllera could you please add call back to your queues. I have been on hold for >2.5 hours in the past week trying to upgrade a phone line to your fibre service. Having not been a BT customer for 10 years it has been a shocking experience/reminder why I left 💩💩💩

    @bt_uk BT engineer missed my appointment today, broadband keeps dropping out over the past week. Today between 18:30 and 20:00 continually dropping in Bermondsey London, anyone else have a problem.

    @bt_uk After chatting on messages on twitter with the customer support lady(won't mention the name) telling the whole problem with the initiation of the BT WiFi. She suddenly disappeared. No reply.
