    @sophb66 @bt_uk I didn’t know BT could take formal orders via twitter. I’d still suggest giving them a 📞 as they’ll likely need payment. I used to place these orders and it’s never been possible over Twitter.

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @bt_uk No - I don’t know what’s going on. There was a fault between March 26th and about 8th April which was fixed. (A car crashed into the open reach cabinet) worked since then. But this afternoon the phone line has gone down.

    @bt_uk We’ve had a problem with our phone line (very quiet & crackles) and low broadband strength since we moved to @bt_uk in December 2019, the engineers have been out several times but it’s never been fixed, promised high speed fibre but can’t phone a mate up the road. Poor service.

    @bt_uk I've had 3 no shows trying to upgrade my Internet to be told BT have cancelled my order. You've closed my complaint with no resolution. I was told my order will be expedited but no contact to advise new date..4th times a charm!!!!

    @bt_uk Moved house. Loads of messages from BT and @WeAreOpenreach to get me connected to Full Fibre on the 8th - still no broadband and no idea when it will be resolved. I’ve taken time off, my wife and I cannot both work from home. Terrible experience.

    @bt_uk It's up and down and that's the problem ... three or four failures in three weeks though mostly fine. We need consistency of service. Check out services in central Tunbridge Wells.

    @bt_uk im having issues i bought hotspot access due to my wifi hub breaking but it says the signal is weak and i cant use it and im trying to get it refunded and having no replys can someone please help
