    Being told we have to just wait for @bt_uk wasn’t too helpful. When we asked how long we’d be waiting for the guy said “how longs a piece of string” nice service 👍🏼 @zeninternet

    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @bt_uk shocking service - just been on hold for 30 mins. then get to speak to someone speaking to them for 30mins they get cut off. Why haven't they phoned me back? you have my phone number? now on hold trying to get through

    @bt_uk No. I switched my supply to a reliable provider. One whose speeds don’t alter all the time and offer competitive pricing. Not overpriced poor product garnished with extras that offer little value. If you can change the entire service strategy then great I might come back.

    @bt_uk Brill, I thought as much! Thanks for confirming it for me! Another thing I wonder if you could help me with: received an email saying that we was getting a "Halo 1" Router upgrade as part of our package nearly a month ago but still not received it yet and I can't track it online
