@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk She lives alone, has dementia and cannot use a mobile. The issue was fixed on Boxing Day but has recurred. She needs to be phoned each evening to take her medication.

@bt_uk @b_PauLT_d We had the same in our local Area BT been made aware our internet is down in Devon and that there a fault outside of our home earliest it be fixed is Friday 7th of January
