@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

Surely I’m not the only one with @bt_uk lagging #issues tonight .. I’ve tried both tv’s & several digital apps & they are ALL laggy AF ! But status checker says BT is fine in Edinburgh?! Time to sleep then I guess!
