    @bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

    @bt_uk Can you please change couriers please. Paying £10 for a 24 hour tracked special delivery that was meant to be here yesterday and still hasn’t turned up, and the tracking information hasn’t been updated since Monday. Very poor regardless of Christmas post.

    @bt_uk Locked out of my email, 3 days later and numerous online chats and phone calls, still not resoled......BT worst customer service ever!!

    Being told we have to just wait for @bt_uk wasn’t too helpful. When we asked how long we’d be waiting for the guy said “how longs a piece of string” nice service 👍🏼 @zeninternet

    @edmndsmma @bt_uk Agreed. I can login to box office by laptop web browser just fine, the problem is 100% with the mobile app’s geolocation. Half way solution is to cast your chrome browser onto your TV, or use an HDMI cable. Quality isn’t perfect, but def watchable. Enjoy the show.

    @MyNameIsLukeL @bt_uk I figured as much. Bit of a mess, really. If the UFC are serious about clamping down on piracy, they need to make sure that their product is available through networks that provide super-easy, unproblematic access to it.
