@bt_uk wait in all Saturday morning to finally get a phone call saying they can't do anything about getting access to my email account till Monday, how many phone calls and how many times do i have to explain the problem to you!! NEVER NEVER USE BT!!

@bt_uk Paying £61 monthly for broadband £732 per year I never agreed to this and would never agree to it I have made a complaint and now asked for a letter of deadlock so I can go to the ombudsman. I want out of bt altogether

@bt_uk Absolutely awful company I believe that they have added products to my account without my knowledge paying an extraordinary amount for internet that is rubbish and they can’t provide evidence of me agreeing to it Avoid bt at all costs I’m going to the ombudsman now.

@bt_uk They screwed my change of address with no intimation twice and left me without internet now though I placed the request well in advance. This is creating lot of stress as it is a problem to do my work which requires internet.

@btsport Hi. We've been watching BT Sport on our LG smart TV since last year when we bought the tv. Its suddenly stopped working and we're getting error message VCO89. We know there are issues with LG but don't know why its suddenly stopped. Help!!

@bt_uk Yes we need help. Poor handling of customer service is giving lot of stress. Twice order was cancelled with no intimation. The mini hub sent us not working and we are not getting proper help and we are wasting 2 hours per day in customer service call with no solution. @bt_uk
