  @bt_uk I’ve done this already 5 years ago and still no movement. Terrible speeds offered with no hope of improvement incoming. With what I pay a month I should be given a sports package incentive which I had, but was taken away

  So @bt_uk installed the wifi yest. It wasn’t brilliant, but it worked ok. Then they messed with it, caused a fault & they’ve now said they’ll try & get it up again by XMAS EVE. My wife & I both need to WFH! Already had a complaint going through, so this is just salt in the wound.

  @bt_uk It's funny you should mention this after you mistakenly cut off my friend @RoMac_Art's Phone, TV and Internet off and say you can't reconnect her until the 7th. She is reliant on an emergency alarm in case of a fall and is monitored by her hospital via phone 4 times a day...

  I find it ridiculous that @bt_uk are still not offering fast fibre internet at my home when I can see the BT exchange from my window! 7mb only is terrible, we’re in 2020!

  @bt_uk been without telephone line or internet for two weeks now, your engineer never came on the day we were told he would. there’s an 88 yr old stroke victim who needs phone for emergencies and people working from home who need internet

  @bt_uk Is e-mail down? Can't use webmail (says service not available). Is stuff getting through using a client?
