  @bt_uk I’ve spoken to 3 people. 2 who confirmed the third gave me incorrect information. No offer to escalate and the process on the phone is a smokescreen. How do I navigate it to get a senior customer service representative?

  @bt_uk engineers damaged lights in my garden. After contacting your claims people,and chasing 3 times, I’ve been told keoghs are ‘not entertaining’ my claim! The had NO BUSINESS being in my garden! Damage caused but it’s not your fault? Dismissive and condescending reply.

  @bt_uk I’m still blocked from my btinternet email weeks later. Your customer care person said someone would call but they didn’t. How can I resolve this? I have important information in that email account and you’ve stopped me accessing it with no warning.

  @btbusinesscare Been trying to order a mobile phone to add to our existing business account as per your current EE promotion. Had no luck using websites (yours and EE’s) keep getting messages to ‘try again later’! Can you help?
