Andy Dibble (@dibsy7) reported@bt_uk Been trying to complain for ages there never seems to be anything on the app that helps, it all Pre set questions. I have the halo with an extra hub and I still have to go upstairs or outside to get a signal. It cuts out 5 or 6 times a day but they’ll tell you your signals ok 🤬
