Hey @Ofcom how is it that @bt_uk are aloud to use this number for their customer service : 08456006156 Charged £3.70 for a 7 min call. I see others charged £20 and £30. Absolute ripoff.
@bt_uk Well I haven't signed any contract for digital service and do not think I will your letter arrived unsolicited so I won't be accepting BT digital services.
@bt_uk has anybody had any luck with trying to sort a IPC6023 error code the internet isn’t being much help & my BT Tv is hard wired to the modem

@bt_uk I have a BT Halo 1 Fibre 900 package. You promise a “reliable wi-fi signal in every room” whatever that means. In my son’s bedroom, I don’t even get 1Kbps. I have to get back on 4G and switch the wifi off. How do I get the £100 back?
@bt_uk I was bitterly disappointed with BT when the BT engineer didn’t turn up between 1 and 6pm last Monday 14th to discuss my full Fibre installation. I then called BT where a person says, you haven’t got a new order with us and starts to proceed with prices! 🤔 #COMPLAINT
@bt_uk Seriously you expect people to pay £84.99 for something that could mean the difference between help and no help!! I'll say that is disgusting I do not expect to have to pay for something that is a necessity. Or maybe you're having a laugh....
@bt_uk My provider @skyuk has provided me the details on how to deal with. And they have also checked the number and not on their Network. Which I believe you need to do as well and terminate the line before someone innocent falss prey to them. #dutyofcare
@bt_uk you can read and review the complaint without removing goodwill, clearly i wouldn't be here talking on social media if things were completely resolved. Goodwill is fine with all that has taken place but since you can do the things that before your staff said BT couldn't, do it...
@bt_uk if you really mean and care to help your customer, do all 3 things without removing any goodwill. or since i believe after going through all that i have i deserve that goodwill and more. i should expect a negative response, let me get ready to be dissapointed again.
