    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk Yep, thought so. Support person from @bt_uk said the transatlantic was yours! Didn't think so. Still need a direct contact with someone from the group about an issue that's popped up about the cable.

    @bt_uk are there any issues with BTWifi at the moment? I’m unable to login to a Wi-fi hotspot today with my BT broadband account. Also just tried setting up an account buying a 5 day pass and I can’t even login to my account with that either

    @bt_uk my mini wifi home hotspot isn’t working ive tried everything including restarting it and it’s still not working. Your customer services like is rubbish you need to sort it out
