@bt_uk excellent customer service from Tom this morning. Refreshing to actually have people who are committed to solving your problem. Best experience I’ve had with BT and I’ve been a customer for 6yrs +. Just to add it wasn’t the outcome I wanted but can’t fault Tom for trying!

@bt_uk BT services are the worst in history. How can I change service provider to @Bt_uk since 25th August and yet to be connected to its fiber broadband in October. It’s really a pathetic story . I have been data on my phonetic work from home .

@bt_uk Thanks for the reply. I’ve done a factory reset which has made me realise that if I stand right by the hub it will connect. Get 5m away and it loses signal and says that there is “no internet connection”

@bt_uk I have never in all my years dealt with a company as truly awful as BT. Time after time I am made promises, given assurances and mis lead with regards to my expectations. Share price is lower than it has been for years. No wonder! Shocking company.

@bt_uk The automated/remote diagnostic had highlighted a slow broadband connection. We can’t correct that to say NO Internet connection - although not sure that would make a difference to response time.

Hi @monzo it looks like you can't use Monzo cards anymore to pay recurring card subscriptions for @bt_uk. Mine doesn't work and bt just confirmed on the phone this is the reason. Is this known about? How can this be fixed?

I have no words to describe how utterly incompetent @btsport BT are. I have wasted so much time trying to cancel my subscription to BT Sport and they still keep charging my account. I have chatted with multiple agents online, been passed from agent to agent on the phone. 😠
