    @bt_uk It is absolutely ridiculous, how difficult it is to contact BT, if one has a problem or a simple inquiry. And to think, BT are supposed to be Trial Blazers in this field. Anyway, I need to speak 🗣 to someone about a refund for an Installation that was not carried out.

    @bt_uk can’t believe how bad the customer service has been with BT. No internet for two weeks, tried to end contact and was told to pay £350 to do so. Absolutely shocking!

    @BTCare If anyone is thinking of going to BT don’t.They forced my mum onto digital and no end of issues since,she is a 78 old vulnerable lady and has not had a phone working since sat night numerous calls to BT & just had a txt saying taking longer than expected.

    @bt_uk how can I speak to a person, and not a bot! (As lovely as the bot is...). I have a neighbour with a landline, no mobile. The line is faulty and he cannot access your repairs service. I've also Dm'd. Thank you #apolitetweet #itsveryurgent he's been on his own, no contact.

    @bt_uk we have been on hold for an hour waiting to speak to someone. The service we were promised when transferring from one property to another is so bad (now just 5 megabits) that we cannot stay with BT. We need to arrange cancellation of services. Please instruct how to do so.

    Have tried to resist the urge to go Full Karen on @bt_uk. Phoned them 2 weeks ago to tell them my parents’ home phone line has been cut in half and broadband is down. Have booked 4 appointments with their engineers, each time they haven’t turned up or said anything. shite 🗑

    @bt_uk Worst service u could ever have i had a dodgy router when it come which I had to wait for a new one the tv went fuzzy when a car went up the street and u have to use the router to access bt sports and it’s too slow the speed. Rip off I think have no problems with virgin

    @btsport I have on previous occasions spoken with your call staff who are lovely, but there is a lack of strategy in place....on the South Coast, open to elements, Signal always lost due to weather.

    @bt_uk 1/2. can you tell me why your team hung up on me earlier? Whilst trying to find out how much money I was owed for the 44 days without service? I'm sure you'll say it just cut out, in which case why didn't somebody call me back? I'd been on hold for 45 minutes

    @artsngrafts @bt_uk I had an awful time with BT in my last home. They messed up my moving process so I was without internet for like 3 weeks, charged me for their dongle type thing that kept disconnecting, upped my package which started a new 24 month contract then tried charging me £500+ to leave.
