    @Odds_Watch @btsportfootball @honigstein @btsport Slow and steady, but to be expected. I’m hoping for good thing but know it won’t happen overnight, he needs to be backed as well which will be even harder now. But think he has potential to do well.

    @bt_uk I switched to BT after weeks of having no broadband due to issues with a previous supplier. I just wanted to say thanks to everyone I've spoken to as they couldn't have been more helpful. I'm now up and running and very happy!

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dig and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    Nearly three weeks with no or limited boadband service from @bt_uk continually moving fix dates /excuses and now no updates at all, just standard responses. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

    @btsport my monthly bill is going up and up and there’s no sport on. I call, it’s reduced, now it’s been put up from £17pm to £25!!! Please help, cannot get through on phone 😡

    @bt_uk Direct debit cancelled. I don't see why I should pay my bill when you've got no interest in fixing my broadband or even providing me with a service or update within 50 days. You should be paying me compensation too.

    Well I'm sure we were grateful to be able to see the Slough v Dartford game but the live feed was a bit shoddy by @btsport and @SportsRadar. The commentary was OK but the lack of info before the game and numerous losses in transmission were poor. Let's hope it's better next week.

    Might be nice if @bt_uk would do something about fixing my dead line and poor connection. Apparently they are 'Working on fixing the problem' but I've seen and heard no evidence of that and had no updates for two days.

    @bt_uk my parents are without broadband & a phone line since last Wednesday. I am hating that they are vulnerable at home,can’t watch any shows on Netflix etc, I struggle to contact them with no phone line. (Mob signal is not always reliable) BT are not giving them answers! Help!

    @bt_uk absolutely abysmal ‘customer’ service 4 engineer visits, trying to do work that was never requested in the 1st place, call operators who lie and deliberately cut off calls. Can you please advise how I can re-raise a formal complaint and which ADR scheme you are part of?

    @bt_uk My BT connection is pretty poor, but whenever I call to complain all I get is "if we come up and don't find a fault on our side we will have to charge you." Nice.

    @bt_uk Internet has been appalling the past few weeks. Internet regularly drops out and now the connection is painfully slow. Really not good timing with working from home!

    @btsport any danger of a reply ?? The women who finally answered was very sarcastic about the amount of time I had to wait for her to answer the call, she then decided to fob me off to bt box office, where it is not there department so was unable to help me.
