    @BTCare OMG BT are an absolute joke. Just rang them and told to press1 to speak to my case manager and they just cut me off twice. Should have known that was never gonna happen.

    @revPACman @BTCare @Microsoft It’s exactly what I had. Have you been into settings? Our WiFi didn’t work this evening and it had slipped off our network again ... grrrr! Once I clicked back on it, it was OK.

    @revPACman @BTCare I had the same for months. My son eventually did something and it works better now. It’s something to do with older technology. I just never knew when internet would come back. It seemed to help if I switched my mobile off though!

    @BTCare No the manager was supposed to be giving me that today...was never gonna happen though was it. I rang and complained and was meant to be getting a call again today but 8pm still nothing!

    @BTCare @bt_uk If BT ever tell you a manager will call you don’t expect it to happen. They will call your phone and hang up after 1or2 rings so the number is registered in your phone and say you didn’t answer!! Liars and terrible service.

    @BTCare Hi, cancelled BT Sport in March as i am on Virgin. Your staff call me, don’t speak most of the time & your live chat lady admits you have not cancelled correctly. Promised call back today 2-9, nothing. Very poor

    @BTCare One of the messages i recieved at 2pm was the apology text from RyanAir offering voucher details for our 2.5hr delayed flight. Which i never received as it didnt deliver at the time when i was using airport free wifi. So how do i claim back for non service?

    @BTCare Ive done as the last link told me from your collegue, renameing the other channel.... non are coming up on any devices. Its obvious that the wiffi link from device cant oick up the hub wiffi, so the problem is in the hub

    @BTCare No your colleague blamed local network and suggested a move locations to try different areas as i was reliant on any free wifi. All this i tried but phone never picked any network up auto or manually. I arrived back in the UK and instant network. No tech advice.

    @BTCare As far as I know the previous occupants already had fibre installed, so I don't know why that would be the problem. Could you find the actual problem? It feels like we're being left in the dark here.
