    @bt_uk infrastructure clearly not up to the job. Told two different times for fix yesterday, still not sorted. Now told Wednesday. Ongoing since Thursday. Moving goalposts on SLA. No good when you're self employed. Reliable broadband essential. Utterly useless.

    Week 5 of broadband speeds so slow with @bt_uk we may as well not have it. 4g is faster. They've fiddled and dug and made excuses and now, once again, can't even update when they've said they would. All this, right now when we're trying to work and school from home. @Ofcom

    Can anyone at @bt_uk help?!? My parents in 70s have been waiting for phone line & broadband to be installed - order place on 4th July. They’re completed without internet or phone with v poor mobile signal. They rely on internet and in current Covid climate it’s distressing them!

    @bt_uk We're having to reboot router to get things working. Twice today. Yesterday evening there was an issue too and... It's too frequent and doesn't match with the WiFi guarantee

    @K_Katastrophe @DebbieFletcher @bt_uk Plusnet is separate from BT but owned by them, I think you’ll find with the big companies that customer service is poor, especially now with many call centres cut back, I’ve been with BT broadband since 2001 not let me down thus far.

    @minxhoney @EE @bt_uk @MartinSLewis @EE love to give you the spill even in the shop, then when you get your first bill realise it’s a load of rubbish. Happened to me twice now. I will be leaving @ee when my contract is up now. Been a customer for about 20 years.

    @bt_uk Just upgraded to Smart Hub 2. After logging out of website and back in its managed to get back into the stream now but having wanted to watch a 90 mins football match pretty peeved that we missed most of 2nd half due to poor broadband 🤯 and we lost 🤬

    @Ofcom might want to take a look at @bt_uk. Seems lots of people getting poor service and poor excuses right now. Charging people for a service they've promised but clearly don't have the infrastructure to provide.

    @bt_uk Reported 85 year old dad's landline fault 5 days ago. Earliest engineer appt today between 1 and 6pm. Dad waited no one came despite me getting a message giving the engineer's name and that he was on his way. Later message received saying fault fixed. Still not working?

    @bt_uk Yes, why is my internet still down? It’s been 6 days and not fixed. The whole block of flats has no internet and no one can tell us what the problem is. Not good. Send 5g router.

    @EE @bt_uk As both a BT Broadband and EE mobile customer; what's the difference between Coverage Boost and the BT Wi-Fi app? Do I get access to more hotspots via it compared to the automatic connection provided by CB? Or is it redundant on my iPhone as CB will handle the same?

    @bt_uk Still I’ve no landline I’m on a non existent number and I’ve still not got my number back I’ve had for 46 years. My friends think I’m dead because my mobile has no signal And my landline has been off for over 2 weeks. Digital isn’t working for me. I wish I could get my no. back.
