    @bt_uk that this has been sorted. Just rang back a second time and after 1hr on hold the phone cut off. I am appalled at the disgusting service I have received having been a long term customer. I entered into a new contract with you I don’t expect bills for double the amount 2/3

    @bt_uk I have been trying to cancel my BTsport subscription for 40 minutes now but each time I get transferred to cancellations the line goes dead. Has happened twice now. Please advise.

    @BTCare I have received calls 2 days in a row claiming my PC has a malware issue. I have hung up on both calls, I am assuming this is a scam. This seems to be on the increase.

    @bt_uk You don't care make changes next year and go to another provider the provider I should have stayed with for when I was with him for 10 old years and I've had no problems at all

    @bt_uk my internet is down, I’m stuck in with 2 kids on lock down, and after nearly 45 minutes on the phone you still have not answered. Absolutely disgusting customer service 😡😡😡😡😡

    @bt_uk It is placed exactly where it has always been which always worked fine.We have not built any extra walls in fact nothing has changed apart from the Strength of the Signal.

    @jenniseex @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep. I have very poor Internet in my home and pay large prices. Everytime I phone to get it rectified, I'm told there is nothing wrong with the WiFi and my house is the issue. Pathetic. I detest them

    @bt_uk no landline for almost 2 weeks, broadband constantly dropping. reported it several times and you always say that there is no issues. so no landline and broadband dropping, definitely working as they should be (sarcasm). i'm going to have to change provider. BT = Bloody Terrible

    Is Australian tv still in the 1950’s ? Not sure how much more of these guys I can stand @btsport #Ashes in-jokes, pro-Aussie excitement, did they ever listen to the real pros McGilvray or Benaud? Just awful - watching on @willow in the US - turning off the sound

    @Stuart_Linnell @btsport No interest whatsoever Stuart. Like the Champions League the impact and interest shrinks when it’s tucked away on a very expensive paywall. BT Sport coverage generally is poor and I’m not surprised they haven’t invested in a UK commentary team, even one based in the UK.

    Imagine waking up in the middle of the night to no wi fi, @bt_uk are always doing this like it’s ok to start their connection issues because it’s when people would usually be asleep, well I’m awake! And I want internet,it’s the 3rd time in 6 months, too often for my liking.

    @bt_uk The engineer installed the service. This was on Tuesday. Turned up without second person so came back. Left without turning hub on. I reported fault and told will be by Monday but no confidence it will be sorted as no indication of problem.
